Livvie Johnson: Ordered a 24oz smoothie and they made me a 12oz and when I told them it was the wrong size they added 12oz of ice to my smoothie. Also ordered pickup and waited 30 minutes while my pickup order was the only order on their screen, didn’t start making my smoothie until almost 20 minutes after my pickup time and having to ask them if they could start my order. :)

Max Bauer: DO NOT order delivery from this location. They don't package items together (especially smoothies), so delivery drivers only grab the first thing they see and almost always miss half your order. I've ordered from here 4 times and only ONCE did I receive my full order. Doordash gives a full refund but I'd much rather receive my actual order.

When you go inside they ignore you and avoid the counter entirely when you're standing there because they stand just out of eyesight by the back room. The Okemos location is 1000x worth the drive if you're truly craving a smoothie.

Kylee Taylor: Worst experience I’ve had this far at any tropical smoother. I ordered two peanut butter cups and they both came with NO peanut butter, they taste like straight cocoa powder. We also ordered two chicken quesadillas and they both came WITHOUT the salsa. We waited around 15 minutes and other people’s orders were completed before ours even though we got there minutes before them. Not going back to this location.

Monica Goble: Met a friend for lunch there and it was great. Highly recommend the Thai Chicken wraps. One thing though ... When placing our order we indicated we were dining-in but surprisingly our wraps were handed to us in plastic to-go bags. My smoothie came in a styrofoam cup. The overall vibe there was friendly but the excess plastic and styrofoam seem decidedly environmentally unfriendly. Here's hoping that TSC and other businesses more carefully consider minimizing plastic and styrofoam in our world.

Isaac Allen: Mediocre food and smoothies for too high of a price. And it takes forever to get your food. Yes they cook it right it front of your face so you know it's fresh but fresh food can still be bad food, and that's what this place has. It's edible and serves when you're desperately hungry but the wait is too long to be worth it. Go to McAllister's for a good sandwich or wrap

Liz Abdnour: AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We ordered from Uber Eats and our driver forgot to bring us our smoothies - just brought the other food. We tried contacting him but he did not answer his phone. We then contacted Tropical Smoothie to find out whether the driver had picked up the smoothies but not left them at our house, or if he never picked them up. They told us that he never picked them up and I asked if there was any way they could deliver them now. They said unfortunately they could not but then they offered to let us reorder delivery directly from them (I would have done this from the beginning if I knew i could!) and reimburse us for the smoothies!!! It was not even their mistake!!! A million stars for this location and their manager whose name I did not catch. Thank you Tropical Smoothie!!!

I almost always end up spending about close to $20 dollars for just myself between a wrap and a drink (no side/no fruit), and close to $30 for two people's meals, —AGAIN WITHOUT any sides of chips or fruit either. WAYYY to overpriced!! On top of that, I go to the location over on West Saginaw and one of the workers always seems to have an poor attitude when taking my order or handing me my food. You'd think with the prices it wouldn't be too much for some smiles and good friendly customer service. Probably won't be going back until something changes.
