Project Twelve: I used to come here twice a week for redbulls. The last time the lady rang everything up wrong and it over charged me 15$. The rude old lady refused to entertain the idea that 30$ was too much for 6 redbulls at buy 2 get one free. I'll never return. I can handle a mess up, but telling me deals change and refusing to entertain that you have made a mistake is just bad business.

The coffee and cappuccino is amazing and iced coffee tastes wonderful. Thank you Patience for the savings today and I appreciate all the courtesy you all have for the driver's. Without the diesal mechanics and the staff there we wouldn't have the amenities and showers and things y'all provide to us. Thanks for the ratchet strap and the promo of the savings. I appreciate it.

Jon Veringer: I come to loves in Lansing Michigan 3-5 days a week. The days I do come to loves there is a gal that stands out. She has a personality about her that would light up the darkest days. I look forward to seeing her every time I come in. She always seems to being doing so much. But has never stopped to say a friendly Hi hello how are you doing have a great day. But to top it off I want to say loves you are VERY LUCKY to have a lady like her in your company. It is people like her that makes us drivers feel good coming in your stores. Thank You Robyn for going that extra mile for everyone that comes into loves.

Merdan Ozkan: To the resting Area of Truck Drivers - Management:Driving for long hours- days is not an easy job and we as truck drivers, we need the resting areas to be available to us. There are times that we have no time to use the rest room- and take a shower but when we do, “Unfortunately” it is “CLOSED”. It is unacceptable for the resting area (to take a shower) to be closed. It is unacceptable to have the bathrooms dirty-filthy; it is unacceptable to be treated this way because we are a customer as well ( our companies purchase the gas needs from your station-area). Please take this into consideration because this is something that needs attention.. It is not FAIR that we are treated this way..

Fawn Jackson: I read a recent review by another driver who says this location doesn't provide addtional hot food on 2nd shift or showers after dark, so I put that claim to the test. It's true they stop offering showers if they only have 1 person on shift qualified to run the fuel desk due to call outs. The same goes for the preparation of hot food/restocking cold items on later shifts for the same reason; they cannot leave the desk unattended for the length of time needed for those tasks.This is an issue for the truck stop as they also need to allow for staff breaks and other requirements or emergencies. If regular employees cannot show up then managers need to come in and cover the tasks so the truck stop can offer all the amenities and safety for customers and staff it is expected and/or lawfully required to provide.

Craig Ross: Nice truck stop, good selection of needs and products available. Only small gripe is that there isn’t a lot of truck parking on site.
Ken P.: Buy items in his store, running has the nerve to pound on my door, and charged me $15 for parking, even though there is nothing posted. Guess the guy forgets how tough he had it in the Homeland.
Business Man: You go here if you don't mind lousy customer service in an overall dirty environment. Bathrooms are always lacking soap and smell foul. The restaurant has tasty food, but it's sometimes undercooked. So overall, this is a try at your own risk type of facility. Not many truckers actually go here.

Might be pay to park I'm not sure but the folks running the place are friendly.I overheard one of the staff members going through area mechanic places for a lady over the phone and helping her because their place did not have those services.Again, the place is so clean and well lit on the inside that it almost feels like you're walking onto a television or movie set, weird as that might sound.A nice change of pace from the mega truck stops so if you need a place to stop, I would recommend it ✌️

Natalie pierce-shult: I stopped here for breakfast and to try and repair some damage done to my trailer from a place I delivered. I was in the back of my trailer hammering away and the Owner came out to check if I was doing alright. She offered to help me with a few tools on hand and proceeded to check-in on me about an hour later. Not something I would have expected, but I am grateful. I wish I could give this establishment ten stars for their caring and helpful demeanor. The food in the restaurant was delicious and coffee was fresh. Thank you for your help, and I highly recommend this location to any trucker who's in need of a friendly face and good hot food

There’s a “Jersey Giant subs” inside, all fresh. Also a restaurant called “Bears diner”. Looked like a good place, people looked happy eating inside lol but we ended up ordering subs (we had limited time). Lots of parking spots. Bathrooms were just OK, but looks like they may be doing some remodeling. My husband is a long haul trucker so we’re in & out of truck stops every day & I’m marking this stop, nice place! Good job guys!

Business Man: These scam artists tried to scam me tonight and I caught them. They were advertising E85 fuel at $2.59 a gallon, but had the pump set to $2.89. when I confronted the clerk about this and told him to change the price to the advertised price because that was false advertisement and illegal, he called his boss and got the sign changed and never gave me my gas for the advertised price. I'll be reporting these lowlifes.
Emily Butler: Love this gas station! In the post-pandemic world, it's hard to find a place to get food at 3 am, and most open gas stations in the area have very limited options. This place is very large and has an amazing selection of food, snacks, drinks, etc! And the employees are so nice and I always enjoy our conversations when I stop in (I am a bit of a regular at this point). I used to go to this place out of convenience but now I go out of my way to go here!
Sean Murphy: This place is very clean and a large selection. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was ok not overly friendly. We had to stop to use the bathroom and it was not convenient because it was a bit of a drive to get to. But we thought it was a nice place, even my 12 year old son commented at how nice it was for a gas station.
David Tusberg: I came in without my cane. I broke my knee and the girl who checked me out was nice. She even offered to take my groceries to my car. When I got home, and not able to return, I noticed that I only got a pint of Jack Daniel's. I paid $36 for my bill, which also included an $8 beer purchase. After calling several times with NO Answer (after an hour) I decided to post this.
