Joe Zimmerman: I was asked to write a review by this company in exchange for a small discount... I bought 3 chairs, while they are used and show some wear the chair that was the most expensive (closer to new prices) was said to be nearly new. The customer complaint was that it will make a loud clunking noise. They assured me they tested the chair, it was fine and the customer was just having buyers remorse. Having sat in this chair for a while now, it DOES make loud banging noises a few times a day as you shift your weight. Something isn't right and I worry I over paid for a broken chair. The customer service was friendly, but buying reviews seems a bit disingenuous.

No knowledge and cheap products. So I decided to give this place a try. I walked in and was greeted by Lucas instantly. For a big guy he shot right out from behind his desk to help me out. And wow, what a selection. You have to move quick though because it doesn’t tend to sit there long, and it’s priced to move. And the quality, so much better then box stores. I will definitely be back, and can’t recommend that place and especially Lucas more. A hidden gem for office furniture.
