S LaBean: 16ft truck drivers side is cramped for 6ft and above but other than that we had cruise control, decent cooler and space for our pet (on top cooler) recommend getting something that doesnt sit on the floor as it gets extremely hot and melts the ice daily. Or, keep the cooler in the truck, but we had our pet and so she needed to he higher up for air!Otherwise, did a great job crossing country. Recommend getting AAA for the discount plus keep checking after you reserve!!! They can always adjust the prices. Don't forget a truck lock!

Susan: I’ll rate this a O star. Didn’t have the option tho. This is Concerning the 3000 Michigan Av, Lansing Mi location. Mistakenly left another rental truck on his lot. Left keys and contract in his drop box. Owner of Penske moves vechicle out of way, then calls an impound yard to tow moving truck, he then loses the keys, denying where they are. Ends up costing me nearly 600.00 to retrieve my Uhaul. This owner didn’t have to go out of his way to put the screws to a competitors customer. Yet he did. Rotten and evil to the core! Good luck with that when you meet the creator of this world, rotten Penske owner

Michael: I would avoid. They rented a Dodge 300 out to me. Not only did it emit the smell of burning oil my entire drive home, but it also left several large oil leaks all over my driveway... and those spots are still there weeks later. I have followed up with both corporate and local branch. Corporate has assured me multiple times that they would look into the matter and have the Lansing branch follow-up. I have sent several inquiries, and no one wants to make this situation right. Finally, Corporate has stated that if I don't hear from the Lansing branch within 5 days, assume that I won't be compensated.I'd avoid Enterprise in the future. Not only did they risk the vehicle breaking down on me (did screw the oil cap back on the car I'd assume) and the permanent oil stains their vehicle's leak, you're better off going elsewhere. I'll be letting my insurance company know what poor customer service I received at Enterprise.

Daphna Gadoth: Aaron Collins provided exceptional customer service. My insurance sent my reservation info to the wrong branch and he resolved it and made sure I was in a vehicle in time to make it to a conference. He also gave me sound advice on how to navigate communicating with my insurance agency that really paid off. When I dropped the car off, he took the time to walk me through each fee and charge. I was very happy with the level of professionalism and care I received.

Allen Wicke: I rented a truck from this location for 1 week. I brought the truck back 2 days early under the premise that I would have my final bill adjusted accordingly. When I got home and checked the statement in my email, I found that I had been charged for the full week. I think it would have been proper, and prudent for the person who took care of me on my return to have notified me that there would be NO refund at all. I took the truck back with a half tank of gas (I received it with an empty tank). If I had known that I was forfeiting 2 days of my rental agreement, I would have certainly kept the truck till the rental week ran out. I consider this to be very underhanded, and disrespectful. I have rented from Enterprise exclusively, and have always been satisfied till this occasion. I will not allow myself to be taken advantage of again by this company. I feel I have no choice but to rent from a different company from now on.

Dan Dinolfo: Had a rental confirmed by them, but when I showed up they didn't have it ready. Said to come back in 4 hours or pay $20 a day for an "upgrade". I had dropped my car off at a body shop that morning and gotten a Lyft ride to the store. My house is 20 minutes away.After I pushed back, they "found" a cheaper tiny car and said to call back in the afternoon and they will have a mid-size car I can swap it for. I called back and they basically blew me off. If I call them and ask to rent a new car with a phone number they don't have on file, they magically have the car in, but apparently, they don't want to rent the cars for "insurance" rates. Bait and switch.

I had to go in and answer all the questions (I had filled out online). When I commented that it didn’t work as it had said it would; they just said oh yeah, people didn’t do it right. buddy ayres: Likely my last time using enterprise. Reserved a small truck a week prior. On pick I was informed they upgraded me to a full-size witch is not really a good thing for someone driving to Florida and back. Then told they had no smaller trucks. So after going over the inventory lot the truck was my only option. Go to rent it and get informed they know require a credit card for all trucks and standard size and up SUV’s. So know I’m forced down to a little Jeep Compass. Then am told it’s going to cost more. At this time I’m just over it. I got dropped off and am hours from leaving for Florida. Going forward I’ll no longer be able to rent any of the vehicle I’d normally use in the past.

The lady at the counter was an amazing young lady and she had great customer service skills and the Manger he was there answer all the questions that it was my first time with a rental car purchase.

She was excellent on answer all of my questions and concerns. It was quick in and out customer service. Once I got the car, she gave me options to see which car I wanted. Car that I rented was good on gas, really clean, and super comfortable.

I was not having the best experience with my insurance company,and probably was a little short to start off. James put me in a great car to use while my car was in the shop. He was always friendly even though he was clearly very busy. I work in retail, and James provided excellent service. He is an asset. If I ever need another rental in mid Michigan, I know where I'm going.
