I came in and asked for a very specific type of vape, I’m very particular with the resistance and flavor profiles I prefer an he managed to get me into a vape that perfectly fit my descriptions and allows me to stop purchasing the disposable Breeze version. I also love that the Mr.Vapor stores do not have as stringent of a policy on their products as Wild Bills because I have had problems with returning products in the past despite it being a manufacturer malfunction issue. Thanks again, Nick for hooking me up with a solid vape, informing me on the settings and how to get it set up for the perfect draw, and a great e-liquid at a reasonable price 🙂

They tend to be staffed by people who are offended by questions, side-eye as their main work duty, and let it be known that they feel their time is being wasted.That being said; Tori is absolutely amazing. Not only was the store immaculate, she was incredibly personable, and creates an excellent B2P experience. David Fortney: Where to begin, I believe Kyle is the one I have dealt with when going in the last few times to figure out my vape set up to quit smoking cigarettes, and the crew in here is insanely helpful, very knowledgeable, and will go above and beyond to steer you right. They also have a very large walk in humidor with an insane cigar selection. A very cool glass selection as well. I Wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone looking for a highly dependable tobacco shop to this establishment. I learned today they are the mother store for Mr. Vapor down the street and I hope to make it in there soon to check it out. Outstanding work, and service team. Keep it up!Edit* I was on the last day of my return policy for my vape and the gentleman I was dealing with didn’t hesitate to call the store owner to try to get some snags with the transaction ironed out. The store owner was very kind about the issue and very willing to be flexible. You don’t find service like this people.

RV Rikard: Very friendly and knowledgeable folks at Puff Puff. I went in looking for vape coils that are sold out everywhere. I decided that I wanted an upgraded device. Instead of up-selling a $100+ device the folks suggested a reasonably priced device that works great! Many thanks! I plan to be a repeat customer.
Jonathon: After spending over 100 dollars just to find out less than ONE HOUR after buying a 50 dollar vape battery and wasting another 50 trying to get it to work cause I was misinformed by multiple employees at this store and they would not work with me in anyway and being very disrespectful not taking ownership that they were at faultDONT GO HERE 4 SURE ! ! !I know I wont be.
Jamie Rademacher: Puff Puff is my LAST choice option for smoke shops in Lansing. The last 2 Breeze Plus’ I bought (which were $4 more than other places, but since they were the only place open after 9pm I gave them a shot) tasted burnt immediately out of the packaging, and last night my girlfriend went in at 9:30pm to buy a Breeze Pro (which she normally gets from Wildside for $13, it was $18 at Puff Puff) was spitting large amounts of juice right out of the packaging, so she went in today with her receipt to try to either exchange it or possibly get a discount off of a different vapor and they flat out said “No, there’s nothing we can do, you would’ve had to come back in last night.” How was she supposed to do that when she didn’t even get home and have a chance to open it til after they closed?? She left the store at 9:30pm and says so on the receipt. It doesn’t make sense. Horrible customer service, way overpriced on all products, and definitely not worth wasting your money on, even if they are open that extra hour at night than everyone else. My advice: wait til the next morning for your go-to shop to open. I’ve only been to this place 3 times and each time it’s been a waste of almost $20, thanks a lot Puff Puff, but I gotta Pass next time.
Alex Domino: I originally bought a battery. It was the wrong size. I came back to exchange for a smaller one. I was told no. I have never had issues before like that, especially being a component that does not touch human orafices. It was not a vape cart. That was the last time i go there. Im out $20 for something that was not the right size. Lost a customer.

Austin Knowles: Was looking to get a nice cigar and it was Sunday and my usual spot was closed. I walk into the cigar room and notice it was as dry as the rest if the store and immediately had my doubts, on top of the odd cigar selection that looks to be weird labels with nice graphics on them. Found a Romeo y Julieta 1875 which I usually enjoy thoroughly but I go to smoke it and taste horrible and dried out due to no humidity in the cigar room. Would only recommend this place if you are a 16 year old looking for someone to sell you an overpriced bong or some swishers.
