ann smith: We met with them July 1st. They took our order, said they would have their graphics person do a mock up and get back with us after the Holiday. Told us three days for the design proofs. Never got them!!! They asked for ALL the money up front, which I thought was sketchy. I paid it, but then had to ask for receipts and the contract copies. Now 11 days later we call and call. Goes right to voicemail. Voicemail box is full. Texted them from the number they texted me from. No reply. They are not answering phone or text. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and would suggest No one do business with them!! Very shady!!
