Regina Andersen: Not friendly or personable. I just drove 45minutes to come to your store, I don't need attitude, I had other things to do also. Put me in a corner with tech support and walked away, never even came to check on me. When I was finished, never asked if problem got fixed or if I needed a new phone.
Erik Owens: Got there when they opened and it was already busy. Was doing a online pickup order and paid for set up on new phone. The guy that helped us seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. Most of my wife's apps didn't transfer to new phone so l had to do it myself. But by then l had reset old phone, which Verizon wouldn't take as a trade in by the way.Wish l had gone to my sister's store on South Saginaw.

SO I LEFT VERIZON! ONE CARRIER WAS OFFERING ME THE SAME AS VERIZON BUT WERE 40% CHEAPER! THE SECOND CARRIER OFFERED THE SAME AS VERIZON BUT WERE 55% CHEAPER SO I LEFT VERIZON!!!
Donald Goodrich: Purchased two iPhone screen protectors. Also had them professionally installed. There was a little waiting before we was helped. I think they were understaffed like most places right now. Not a big deal because the service was excellent.

Mr. Green: Just left the store and was helped by Marcus and I can’t recommend him enough! Very friendly and knowledgeable with the products and the plans. Was able to help me order a new iPad and even found a way to save me $$ on my bill! I never once felt like he was trying to talk me into things I didn’t need and was a great resource with choosing the right plan (which can get confusing). Thanks again!
Autumn Koenigsknecht: I normally don't write reviews but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. This was the first time I've had to purchuse my own phone. I walked away to think about my purchuse and what I wanted to do. I wasn't sure how the trade in process worked and agreed to do that in the end. However after that, they stopped helping me. They didn't even take my old phone, which I thought was odd or help me transfer anything over. A few months later, I found that I was being upcharged because I never traded in my phone. I know, I should have realized sooner but I didn't. I'm extremely disappointed in my first phone purchuse and feel slightly deceived. I also turned down a few promotions, which is when they stopped helping. I feel like they lost intrest because they couldn't make more money out of me. Very disappointing and may even switch network providers.

Kathy Church: I recently went to this Verizon’s Store to see what my options were in replacing my 7 plus. They we’re helpful but I felt it was a bait and switch deal going on. At first told not eligible for the current iphone 13 deal that was advertised then told I would get $220 for turning my phone in then told opps I made a mistake it’s only $100 for turning phone in. Then told I would need a new adaptor which was not true as it turns out . I told him my son needed a new phone also but was not given any information about the offer for 13 pro max and additional $800 off on another 13 pro max. I live in the U.P. of Michigan and my son purchased a new iphone 13 pro max on Monday in a small verizon store in the U.P. and got $250 for turning his broken iphone 7 in. Very disappointed. I was wrong in thinking this Verizon Store would be a better choice than a smaller Verizon store. Will not shop here again. Also I was given a ups box to send in my phone myself while the small Verizon store my son went to took care of the whole return.
Steve Schouten: Got new phones. They helpsed us transfer data and get set up. Pretty good customer service. Sold us almost $200 in additional products, but we agreed.
Jim Camero: The people working are so deliberately slow and unconcerned about the 5 or 6 people waiting patiently for their turn. I understand customer service, however when people like myself that have other places to be and things to do, to just laugh and visit with the current customer is unacceptable. Real management would instruct their employees to be courteous while they quickly address the needs and move to the next customer! Ridiculous

Chase Curtin: For some reason the only person allowed to pick up a purchased phone was different than the owner, who is the only person allowed to change who is allowed to pick up a phone. When the owner drove out to the store to try and pick up the phone when I could not staff sent him away without telling him he was able to assign himself (!?!) As able to pick up the phone until he had left.This entire process the staff never answered a direct question. They did not even listen when I asked a question, meaning they repeatedly told me wrong information. When I tried to explain to them and figute out why it would not work they wouldnt listen and condescendingly told me the same wrong information. I spent 2 and a half hours at the store, the account owner drove out and we were not able to get the phone. It took that entire time to get any staff member to even listen to me and give me this information.If I coud rate this store zero stars I would.

Two days after my initial transaction I was charged an additional $300. I highly recommend keeping your business elsewhere and save yourself the grief of doing business with this store and Verizon.
