Evergreen Veterinary Clinic: what do users think?
Mary Avery: Wow. This was my first visit. Excellent care. My pups are a bit unruly and the receptionist gave us some looks. But the vet was able to treat them without issue. Very happy pet owner
Nichole Olson: We switched to Evergreen when our vet closed and I couldn't be happier. It's easy to get her appt, make sure she's healthy, get the food prescription that she needs and check out!
Liz Mcgwin: Dr. Jess was great and the MSU intern was very knowledgeable. The office staff were friendly and informed. Thanks Evergreen. You Rock!!!
Niki Topski: This place is amazing! The care from owner to pet is astounding. I have had the absolute worst expirences with vet offices, including here and Lansing. Everyone there is kind, thorough and personable. They want to be there and do what they do and they show it. No matter where I end up, I will come back to either locations. Thank you for being awesome, standing out and up for the animals in the community. I will forever be your biggest cheerleader!
Livia Pereira: I love this place. They are compassionate and patient with my cat. Dr. Jess is amazing and their price is honest.
ERICA GERRED: Very clean and organized. The staff is very nice and the prices are affordable.
Rachel Flesch: They are always so friendly and gentle here with my boy Tucker. They explain things very well, and show a lot of love and compassion to their patients. My dog gets anxious going to the vet, but he always is wiggly and happy to see everyone here whenever we get inside. I'm so glad we found such a wonderful place to oversee his well being.
Ryan Parshall: Great staff! From treating my old dog until she passed to my new, very timid puppy's first visit, I've had my expectations met or exceeded. Would recommend!
Paul Timko: I would never do business with this establishment ever again. They lied to you over the phone by telling me what something would cost. I was told that it's $65 for an office visit because of my new puppy and that it would be $35 for the vaccination which should bring the total to $100 and then when you get there it's always more and it's not the first time they're always trying to sell you things that you don't need and when you catch them in a lie', or you confront them, they tell you that they are sorry for the miscommunication and you know what they say about smiling faces beware. I made an appointment with Saint johns animal clinic for the office visit and vaccination for my dog it's $109 compared to $189 at Evergreen.
Sara Brockmiller: Great vets and staff.
Suzi H: I had the pleasure of working with Dr Jess. She is professional, kind and really listened to my husband and I with our concerns for a cat, Lux. Lux can be a handful and Dr Jess and amazing team did a fantastic job of handling him without having to sedate him. They fixed up his ear and did a routine checkup, made recommendations and were respectful of our budget. I love Evergreen, Dr Jess and the team. Thanks again.
Lena Alward: I had to my beloved baby to sleep today and I never expected the bedside manner for an animal to be as human and beautiful as what I got today at Evergreen. It was unbelievable the pain I was going through and to have such a caring and supportive caregiver/ vet made my pain a little less. Thank you so much, I will tell anyone who will listen to how great both the Lansing and okemos location is.
Sissybeliew Beliew: I love this place the vet is wonderful the staff is wonderful they are so great with my animals I love them I can't think of taking my animals anyplace else
Angela Canning: After talking to Dr. Jess Monday night, by phone. I deleted my first review. That one was nice.I took my cat Kieria in at the end of Dec., she had a mass on her stomach- digging at it & made it raw. I met with Dr. Jess. She suggested surgery, dental care, ect. & all updating shots. I paid over $1,000.00 for all cost. I picked Kieria up the next day. Her health declined over the next 2 weeks.I took her back in & got Dr. Zarka. She noticed x-rays were not done. I said yes, do that. Dr. Zarka pointed out to me a mass by Kieria's heart & multiple masses that she said might be tumors. If x-rays would've been done on my first visit- I would've put Kieria to sleep. As I did on my 2nd visit. She suffered for almost 2 weeks, slowly dying.According to Dr. Jess, they don't do x-rays unless the animal has breathing problems? No, after all your apologies & excuses, I will never refer you to anyone ever. Karma. You cost us over $1,300.00 dollars. Over $1,000 wasted.Best of luck to you & yours.
Jason Campbell: Great staff clean office very affordable I recommend 👌 👍 😀 👏
Michelle Kaufmann: Friendly, knowledgeable staff that care about your pets. Beautiful, clean clinic. Reasonable prices.
Dylan Hawthorne: Fast, caring, helpful, reasonably priced vet center. 10/10 have recommended
baby jay: They were very professional while also being personal and friendly! They were all very great with my cat, who was frightened.
Hattie Danby: They did great work amputating my cats leg on short notice. They do seem a little expensive when compared to other clinics. It's really frustrating watching people that arrive before you leave before you in the waiting room after waiting a half hour and never getting an actual room with your pet. That's a downside. They also don't let you pay later if you forget your wallet, even if you do have several pets that are seens by them and a history with the business, and are driving in from another town. They kind of let me down after waiting a half hour to be seen.
Jeff Leikam: Great place to go for your dog or cat
Pat “The Real McCoy” Mccoy: Very reliable well-educated vet.very courteous.I Would definitely recommend using them.We just took our puppies in for their 8 week check up before they go to their new homes. They did awesomeNot even 1 complaint about getting their shots. I think the staff does a remarkable job with all pet's.Thanks Again to everyone at Evergreen veterinary clinic

Lake Lansing Road Animal Clinic & Pet Resort: what do users think?
Kimberly Magruder: Took great care of our little jack jack
Shelby DeHaan: Love this place! Will always recommend Lake Lansing Road AC to all my friends and family. Great staff/vets for all of my furbabies.
Kristin Scripter: If you googled “exotic pet vet” and found this place ? They don’t do exotics. Even though they’ve clearly selected that they do on their services for google search results.
Matthew Harrell: Fantastic veterinarians!
Mark Chamberlin: Very clean and professional place.
dean bigmook0907: Great place to take your pets, they are very caring and full of love. I recommend this place if you love you pet
luna he: Paid for a wellness exam but the doctor didn’t check my dog at all, no ear/teeth checked. Rushed to give the shot and left, didn’t even have time for me to ask ONE question
Claire H: I have recently had two urgent pet issues and both times I have called, despite this being the clinic we regularly bring our pets to, they were no help. Their website says they can help with emergencies, but when I called they told me to go elsewhere both times. I am switching vets due to their complete unreliability
Amanda H: They are nice and give my pets very good care. I have two small dogs that I board with them and it is nice not to have to worry about them being taken care of while I'm gone.
Deb Katz: Dr. Beach was kind, patient, and tender with my 5 lb dog.
Alexis Phillips: Dr Benisek is absolutely wonderful! It is very clear she loves what she does and the animals. I learned a ton of good info from her during my cat’s annual visit. I highly recommend!
Sylvia Gauna: The staff here are very kind & knowledgeable.
Carey: Excellent service
Justin Garcia: I liked this place Dr Jones seemed very knowledgeable and it seemed like he cared
Alexis Wilson: Found our new favorite vet! They got us in same day for an emergency visit after our dog tore her ACL. Within a week we were able to schedule surgery and the staff answered all of our questions and made the fees easy to understand. I appreciated that they called us to follow up on how our dog was doing the day after surgery.
Angelica Cardenas: We love this place! We normally go to the DeWitt location but this place has the boarding service. We’ve boarded our dog a few times already and she’s in great hands. They answer any questions you have and keep you updated if anything happens. Since this location is connected to the DeWitt clinic, if she needs a shot or needs medical attention, the vet there can take care of it all, instead of waiting to make an appointment for them to see her. Definitely recommend!
Sherry Bond: I love the separate room for cat boarding and that I can pay to have them let my cat out every day.
Dan: The vets are very caring and compassionate. They went above and beyond for us.
David Hilton: They take great care of any pet that needs to stay there for a few nights in their kennel/resort. My dog loves it here. They’re very friendly and understand your animal’s needs.
Melissa Kramer: I am not an established patient of Lake Lansing Road Animal Clinic. However, when my dog couldn't keep anything down for 15 hours, and my current vet clinic couldn't get us in for four days, Lake Lansing Road Animal Clinic was able to get us in a same-day appointment. The care the staff took for a stranger off the street was so heartwarming. They treated my dog like she'd being going there for years. Dr. Nolan was kind and thorough, but didn't go overboard recommending tests and exams. To top it off, the bill with food and meds was still less than what I would have paid waiting for hours at MSU emergency.Thank you Lake Lansing Road Animal Clinic staff! You may see us again to become an established patient!
colleen cade: Clean, friendly always helpful.Prices are average, 45$ for office call. Took my babies in for worm meds but separately and my female cost 71$ and my male 75, vet is awesome and anyone would be lucky to have this woman as your vet.

Pennsylvania Veterinary Care: what do users think?
Gregory Bartlett: Very knowledgeable, professional, and Friendly Staff.
Jenn Worthington: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueEveryone there was so sweet to my dog. They did an excellent job saving his life and caring for him after! I couldn’t ask for more than that. Highly recommend their practice.
Diane Marvin: After trying to get our beloved Sophie into her regular vet, who had a two week wait, we tried Pennsylvania Vet and received an appointment within 48 hours. Unfortunately her diagnosis was not good and we had to let our 13 year old border collie go. We were given all the time we needed to say our good byes, hugs and kisses. Today in the mail we received a sympathy card from the clinic not just signed by everyone but each person expressed their condolences. It is very appreciated to find a business who cares about people but more importantly about their clients. I am sure Sophie thanks the clinic for making her last moments with us painless.
Rodger Ward: They don't answer the phone all the times.
Penny I: We had to put my daughters old beagle down due to major health issues. My daughter took it very hard and the staff were very understanding and compassionate.
Crystal David: They just want your money the vet wouldn’t even come talk to me before they started wanting to run tests on the urine, had she came and communicated with me she would not have recommended an urinalysis because he didn’t have any symptoms of a UTI.. they will make you sign a bunch of price quotes before even seeing your pet. The only reason i gave 3 stars is because this is where my dog had his knee surgery and Dr. Joe did a good job on that.
Julie White: Staff was extremely pleasant and went out of their way to reduce the stress for my pet. Price for visit, vaccines and meds are reasonable and scheduling appointments are easy. Staff thoroughly checked my pet and explained condition of health and products for improvement.
ROBIN GRAHAM: I don't have enough good words to say about the vet's and staff. I have been so pleased with the way my cat's have been cared for.
Sam Vincent: I have seen Dr joe with a few of my dogs . He has always been a very good gentle vet . My dogs just love him . I recommend Pennsylvania animal hospital. Friendly heart warming caring staff . And he will always offer you a second opinion. Or help you make the best decision for your fur babies. Thank you 😊 all for being amazing 🤩
Luci Buchanan: have been with Penn Vet Care for about 20 years. have had 4 pets, separately, during this time. Dr. Joe & his staff have consistently been caring, professional, & friendly.
Liz Q.: Fantastic vet. The pricing is fair and I was walked through the final cost before they filled his prescription + treated my cat, so there were no surprises. Vet staff is very caring and the no-fear environment is great. They treat my cat just like they'd treat their own pet.
Debby Savage: great staff! Doctors are really great in taking care of my two dogs. they explain everything so you understand everything.
Michelle Rodriguez: Thank you so much for being my SHYLA'S ROCKSTARS. We thank you everyday for saving her life!
Tammy Atherton: Helped me with a very unhappy kitty. Find ways to make him happy and that he was healthy. Very patient and kind to him. Would highly recommend them. Love the way they treat animals and owners!
Vanessa Cabrera: Theyve been wonderful to all the cats/kittens weve brought in
Kris Gilbert: All office staff was friendly and helpful. Doc was open with his diagnosis and method of care for Queenie and her babies, as well as Lucky. I'm extremely pleased of the holistic remedy for Lucky and that it didn't require surgery or anesthesia.I was very impressed with the upfront pricing, treatment plan and how quickly I was seen. This gave me peace of mind that my pets were appreciated and seen by your office staff and the doctor as loved pets and not dollar signs, as my previous vet only saw them as money makers.I have told many people about my experience and given your office information to them so they can use you as their vet. Thank you very much. You are all greatly appreciated!
Karry Croy-Mang: Above and beyond. Thank you guys for everything.
eric jones: They are outstanding vets who work there but they are expensive over some of the other vets around
Amy Pipes: Everyone is so nice. Love the Doctor. He is amazing. I just wish I didn't live so far away. I'd definitely use Pennsylvania Veterinary Care for all my vetting needs.
Joseph Malani: Very good with aggressive dog and very friendly and accommodating..great staff
Caleb Jenks: My wife and I stumbled upon this place from a stray we had show up at our house. Got us in the same day to have the cat checked out for free. We’ve since been taking our cat there and we love the place. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and all seem like they love what they’re doing. We’ve seen Dr. Rizzo and she is very kind. Would recommend this to anyone in the area. Prices are reasonable compared to other vets, and they always tell you what it’s going to cost before you do anything. They don’t pressure you into buying stuff and don’t make you feel bad for not purchasing top brand in house. We will continue to go here for as long as we can!

Eastside Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Byron Lake: I think this. Vet is. Wonderful? The staff are great have had no problem since I've went to a different Vet. If you're looking for a place to take your dog cat or whatever Animal you have this is the place to go. Mary is a wonderful wonderful vet And she knows her stuff.
R: Great service. They real care about your animals
Hannah: The staff and doctor took good care of my dwarf rabbit that I brought in for neutering. They took the extra time to examine him and explain thoroughly ahead of time and got him in first thing the next morning. You can ask for a basic price quote and worst-case scenario quote. My bunny Binky can out of it fine, the staff called and emailed twice afterwards to check up on it, and he's healed well. I do recommend them! Ty!
Jeffry Rausch: Was recommended this place by one of the employees and they treated my dog great. I spent a good chunk of money but it was worth it will definitely be back. Already got a follow-up appointment. Highly recommend this place of you want it done right!
Jordan Liles: Dr. Seager and the staff are all very excellent at what they do. You can tell Dr. Seager cares very deeply for animals. She intends to give them the same level of care that a human should expect to receive from their doctor. Because of that, some people mistake her thoroughness in doing lots of tests, etc. for greed - but I contend that her thoroughness is instead a result of her genuine desire to figure out how to best help animals. We have 5 cats, which isn’t cheap. Given we don’t make a lot of money between us, about 10% of our annual income goes into cat care alone. So it’s always a difficult pill to swallow to hear about the next big bill for one of our kitties. I get it - it’s so stressful, especially when you don’t make a lot of income. But don’t mistake the bills as unnecessary or frivolous.Dr. Seaver’s thoroughness saved the lives of at least 2 of our cats who were given cheaper treatment elsewhere. For our other cats, the treatment plans Dr. Seager recommends always surpassed what the previous vets we went to recommended. Our cats are as healthy now as they’ve ever been.Lastly, I never feel bamboozled out of anything. Dr. Seager and Joshua always explain in layman’s terms what they’re thinking, what the costs are, etc. Bills are tough, but if I’m gonna pay bills I better not be getting surprise charges. Never have to worry about that here!
Pam Rymanowicz: I have been to many vets this is one of the most caring and thorough vet's I have had. Not priced super high either
Nora Sailor: Dr Seager and staff provide the best health care ever! Highly recommend ❤
Zainab Shatta: My cat Selena got her shots and spayed here. When I would get concerned they were always available and even checked up on Selena no cost. The staff is very smart and professional. Planning on getting my cat Sheldon nutured here if possible
Louellen Beeman: They tell you one price on the phone then when you get there they double it then they look at the cat's teeth and say oh that counts as a physical I would not send anybody there for any reason whatsoever
Don Laughman: The staff and Doctor was awesome with my dog.
William Goralski: When I first adopted my dog, Bear, and established him as a patient, Dr Seager came out and spoke with me in great detail about canine health and wellbeing. In doing this, several personalized recommendations were made for him. Dr. Seager emphasizes a holistic approach to animal well-being by caring for every part of them. She made sure I was aware of other resources, like trainers, located in the area. This practice values a preventative approach to medicine, which I appreciate. For example, she emphasizes steps to maintain proper dental health in order to prevent issues down the road. She also recommended Purina Calming Care (a probiotic supplement) as a simple, over-the-counter solution for my dog's anxiousness. This has helped him a lot. As far as prescriptions go, they have their own online store as well as an in house pharmacy. Prices are competitive with other retailers, like Chewy. They also will fill prescriptions for outside pharmacies if requested.Dr. Seager and her staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question, each staff member I’ve spoke to has been able to provide helpful information. Staff have always discussed everything that is going to be be done prior to each appointment. As a result of her and her staff’s knowledge, I feel that I have been able to better care for my dog. This practice definitely takes an individual approach to each pet and their needs. I highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for a Vet in the East Lansing/Okemos area.
Karisa Rodeghiero: Recently had gotten a young cat and had brought her to this vet numerous times with no issue. A potential health concern came up, so I called to schedule an appointment like usual. I left a voicemail with my name, my pets name, and my number (all of which were already in their records). To this day, over a month later, I have not received a call back. Office staff are all incredible, but I felt as though I was being talked down to every time Dr. Seager and I had an interaction. Will not return or recommend.
Veronica Brackins: The people very caring and understanding right up to the end and I thankyou
Carrie Schaeffer: Excellent customer service. The knowledge, sincerity and considerate care they give to each client's beloved pets are just a few of their outstanding company services/qualities. They took excellent care of my cat with cancer walking me through each step. I am grateful for their excellence and and approach. I highly recommend Eastside Animal Hospital!
Chasidy Dungey: I've had a wonderful experience bringing my cat to Dr. Seager. Her and her entire staff are very friendly, caring, and responsive. When I inherited my cat, Elsa, I soon found that she had multiple health issues that needed to be addressed. I brought her to a different veterinary office in the area before I knew about Eastside animal hospital and had a bad experience- the vet there gave me a powder medicine and told me I would need to see a specialist about anything else. However, when I brought Elsa to see Dr. Seager it was a completely different story; she actually took the time to figure out the underlying causes of Elsa's health issues and what needed to be addressed and assisted me in finding every solution possible for her. I felt so much better after bringing Elsa to Dr. Seager because I knew she was getting the best care. Dr. Seager and the entire staff are always super helpful with any questions I've had and seemed genuinely concerned for Elsa's well-being. She even always helped me to find the most affordable solutions. Elsa has now passed, and I received a very thoughtful sympathy card in her honor from the office. I don't know what I would have done without Dr. Seager and the entire staff of Eastside animal hospital, I'm so happy I had this veterinary clinic to bring her to!
Brenda Wolodkin: I drive 50min to bring my dog here, Dr. Seager and staff are absolutely wonderful and very thorough. I wish I knew about this place many years ago.
Christopher Wehrle: I was put t ease
Julie McKay: I love Eastside Animal Hospital. No unexpected charges. They were very upfront about how much the costs would be for the surgery my cat needed after the place I adopted him from caused issues with his teeth and a wound. They were one of the few places accepting new patients with Covid going on, so I stumbled on this wonderful clinic. I don't feel I was overcharged. Dr. Seager even gave me her personal number to call if my cat had issues after surgery. When I called with a concern, she happily addressed it. Dr. Seager took the time over the phone to recommend foods for my cat's sensitive stomach. She was sensitive to the price point of the food and recommended ones that would be most affordable but still good quality. She even recommended ways to get his flea, tick, and heartworm medication at a cheaper price than buying it from the clinic that day. I've ordered from their online pharmacy which was a great experience. Definitely a place that cares and isn't interested in just making money.
Misty R: Dr. Mary Seagar has been such a God sent to my family, dogs & cat! She has stood by us when we adopted a puppy mill Sheepdog that was full of worms & aggressive. She took the time to educate us on EVERYTHING she was doing. She never judged. She let us call the shots when it came to if we should euthanize or not. She sincerely was empathetic to all we were going through. I know if our animal goes to this clinic, they are giving quality care & love!!!! Did I mention Dr.Seagers staff? They are so very kind and our animals are so excited to see them! I promise you are in good hands here!
Charlie Raven: The staff was very helpful and did everything they could take care if me and my pet. Sadly my pet did pass away during the exam purely because she was old and had a tumor that wasn't spotted until that day. They talked me through what happened and were patient with me and helped me find the best way to memorialize my pet in a kind way that didnt just seem like it was their job.I appreciate the care I got and the staff are great and are very professional and patient.-------My guinea pig was an eight year old who was a rescue. She was neglected from previous owners and constantly stressed and isolated for 3 years in a too small cage before we got her- the fact she lived as long as she did was amazing. She was a very happy pig who had a constant friend and got to free roam all day long! I love her very much ❤
Kate Williams: We’ve been bringing our puppy George here from the start and it is safe to say he is a “frequent flier” due to some medical issues. Dr. Seager and the whole staff are so helpful, caring and accommodating even when they are busy. I feel like they care about our dog (almost!) as much as we do. They even sent us a note after his surgery (elsewhere, it was major) to see how he was doing after checking in with the surgeon.Thank you for your great care of our problem prone pup!

Banfield Pet Hospital: what do users think?
Theresa Tippins: Prices are extremely too high
Meg Hill: They always take good care of my pets. They also go over what they did to my pet and explain what I need to do for my pet
rylie roehm: They always help the best they can. Thank you guys💚
Dawn Webster: Friendly staff, and they get your pet in for visits quickly. They are also very flexible about drop off and pick up.
Vikki McAninch: Probably the worst vet experience I've ever had. Tried using care credit to pay my$1200 bill and for whatever reason they kept telling me the account was inactive. So I called care credit myself to find out my account is active and it's just an issue on their end. Nobody there seems to know what they're doing. Any time I asked the vet tech a question they had to ask someone else for the answer, the receptionist didn't know how to ring us up, while waiting I overheard some customers were kept waiting because the staff "thought they'd left" when they'd only received one of their three dogs. As well as not being able to find a past visit prescription for another customer. Definitely do not recommend. It's a hot mess.
Patti Chapman: To high priced
Susanna Wheat: Our dog has passed ... we had a plan with Banfield since ge was a puppy 13yrs ago. Did they include the cost of his death in the plan? Nope, it's extra if your dog is terminally ill and THEY recommend to put him down... Did they let us cancel the plan after he's gone? Nope... apparently it's a prepaid plan for the year, regardless if the animal is still alive 🤬 literally your animal could pass within the first month and they'd still force you to pay the $75/month ridiculous fee till the end of the year. Such a huge SCAM. Other vets are responsibly priced. Banfield jacks up their prices so when you're on their plan, it seems like it's a good deal - it's not. Overpriced even with the discounts.
Steven Collins: Manager or supervisor was very rude to me when I visited to pick up prescription cat food and they apparently hadn't received a call/fax/email from our vet. I was patient and waited quite a while only to be given attitude when they couldn't find the info from our vet. She acted like I was trying to pull a scam or something over a bag of hypoallergenic cat food. It was weird and we'll probably just switch where we buy his food.
Verna Clark: Very friendly and very helpful
Nanette Gordon: Have taken my longhaired cat there for grooming twice. Very satisfied! Easy access & lots of on-site free parking.
Jenica Taylor: The staff was very kind I went to Banfield to get my pup her vaccines. I was was told the visit would be less than $100, I walked out paying $230. BEFORE I left that day I had an appointment scheduled to get her boosters, again I was told the payment would be no more than $105, fast forward to the day of her appointment again the price changed and it went up to $160, when I went to make the payment I was charged only $130 ( not complaining) but they are very wishy washy with pricing.
Pat Platte: Good pet hospital
Haimen Aziz: Very nice and professional staff. Taking care of my cat, scheduling his appointment, treatment, medication, wellness and health. Following up via email and phone, even better than my family doctor. Working hard to satisfy clients all the week. Free parking. I recommend everyone to take their pets there.
crystal bianchi: Miss quoted me pricing then forced a service on me I didn't want and was not necessary and still didn't find what was wrong with my pet
Julie Kuykendall: Worst customer service I’ve experienced in years and a horrible attitude from Courtney. I scheduled an online appointment and received a confirmation email, day before the appointment(on a Sunday) was told via voicemail it was drop off only and to bring my dogs between 930-10am and expect pickup between 4-5pm and they would see me tomorrow. Call back today since they were closed when I got the message to ask if I could stay in the store since i just needed routine vaccinations, it was fine dropping them off but felt worth asking, I was told no and that I don’t have an appointment. I clarified that I received the confirmation email and phone call stating I did have an appointment and was told that was not an appointment confirmation(?) and since I did not call yesterday they would not take my dogs at all. The email clearly states it’s an appointment confirmation with no information anywhere that someone will be in contact to confirm. In 7 years I've never taken my dogs anywhere but Banfield but Courtney's attitude and 3 minutes on the phone for a simple question was so alarming I legitimately will never take any pet I own to any Banfield again, and will actively discourage people from doing so.
Ignacio Cervera: Worst Place to bring your friend if you care about them.
Allen Lacroix: Great food, good people, very nice inside
Angela Searles: Helpful very friendly environment
Yuri Zhivago: Our baby needed to be seen and they were able to take her and treat her. They kept us updated throughout the day. Great service.
Dan S: I take my dog here for her every "Wellness Checkup". When I arrive in the parking lot I call to let them know I have arrived as per the instructions and they let me know when to bring my pet into the building and back to them. The staff here is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was taken back into an exam room with a nurse attack who explained what was about to take place today and listened to all of my extra concerns that I had which I wanted the doctor to address. After taking all the information down she gave a rough estimate on what time I should expect a phone call from the doctor. After which I left. Later on in the day I received a phone call from the doctor stating everything that he had done and the home Care I was expected to give and then asked if I had any questions about my ability to carry out the home instructions. After our conversation he said I could come in and pick up my pet..... I have always had a wonderful experience bringing my dog here and I encourage others to do the same. Especially since Banfield puts your beloved pets information on a network that can be accessed by other Banfield pet hospitals when you are traveling and have a concern for your pet.
Todd Schoenborn: Owners BewareThe office staff is bar-none the worst I have ever seen, at any business. They are not consistent when they speak to you.  The same question will get completely different answers by different staff members.  They will promise to call back with information, go through your pets records, etc.. Beware, they will not do any of these things.  The biggest item to be most aware of, if they tell you they did something, make sure to verify every single thing.  It is likely they are out right lying about it.  They will tell you anything to get you off the phone or out of the office.Given they are charging the some of the highest per-service fees in the industry, you would think the follow-up and care the office staff provided would be the best in the business.  Unfortunately this couldn't be further from the truth.A 1 star rating is far to generous, they are truly the bottom feeders of the industry

East Lansing Veterinary Clinic: what do users think?
Mandi Williams: Amazing staff, treated my Yoda so well. He seems to actually enjoy being handled by them
Michelle Rodriguez: Slow and rude
J D: Still requiring masks. Still curb side only. Just warning.
Adam Simmer: My favorite vet!
Daniel Crisp: My parents have been going here for their dogs for the last decade. My wife and I have been taking our dog here for the last 8 years, and our dog has a condition that requires monthly visits. What I'm saying is that we know this place well. We absolutely love these people and the way they care for our animals, so much. They're on point. They themselves are through and through animal lovers, they're very well organized and seem to take great internal notes (when they enter the examination room it's as if no time has passed since your last visit, as if they remembered everything), they communicate issues incredibly well to clients, they communicate with the local MSU critical care facility amazingly well when something happens, they've even cost effectively spread laboratory tests (and their costs) across two of our monthly visits before and let us know of rebates on meds if they exist. I've never heard of a better veterinary experience anywhere else, truly, East Lansing Veterinary clinic is second to none.
Kylie Huitema: We started going to ELVC after a fast-growing tumor appeared on my dog and no other vet (including our previous primary vet) could get us in for a few weeks to over a month. ELVC squeezed us in within the week, and thank goodness they did because my dog had a cancerous sarcoma that needed removal. Ever since, I've switched all of our animals to ELVC for everything and I couldn't be happier with their compassionate care.Beyond that, their curbside service that has stuck since Covid is the best thing since sliced bread. As an owner of a reactive dog, waiting rooms were always the worst part of navigating a vet appointment. Now, my dog is able to calmly wait in the car until our appointment time. Yesterday, I was most impressed by their handling and attentive care to my recently adopted dog that unbeknownst to me, is fear aggressive at the vet. They did everything they could to prioritize care while minimizing stress, as well as strategizing with me for our next appointment with him.Thank you to all of the staff at ELVC, you are the best!
Samantha Sesi: The EL veterinary team are the kindest, and most knowledgeable group of people. Highly recommend them for all your pets needs. Dr.Howe and his team do an excellent job at calming my nerves, answering all my questions, and never make me feel rushed (which is rare in veterinary practices). My bird, and cat love them - and I love them in regards from a pet parent standpoint! Always feel very taken care of when im in communication with the staff here rather its in regards to test results or office visits. :)
Cyndi Baker: We took our senior Chihuahua-mix for her dental cleaning. The staff and the vet were very thorough and very clearly explained procedures and expectations, answering all questions, including the FAQs I didn't even think to ask! Following her extractions, their follow up demonstrated their care and concern for Wilma's physical and mental well being. In fact the entire staff showed genuine concern to both Wilma and ourselves from beginning to end. For a sense of complete Wrap-around care, I highly recommend East Lansing Veterinary! Thank you for your caring ways!
Kaitlynn Allen: Amazing staff and amazing care! Thank you for taking such good care of my fur babies!
Lauren Rost: Great care of our new kitten
Ben Manns: Very knowledgeable doctors on staff. They have been a life saver with my dogs conditions and treatment plans. However, they are not cheap and also overbooked with clients
Christine Roberts: I’ve been taking my cat Muffin (right) here for the past few years. I just brought my new kitten Dobby (left) in this past week for his routine shots / checkups. The staff is kind, friendly, compassionate, and I couldn’t recommend them more for the care of your pets! Going to the vet is often stress inducing on both cat and human but going here always puts my mind at ease. Thank you for all that you so East Lansing Veterinary Clinic!
Kate G.: Our dog loves East Lansing Vet Clinic. Every time we show up, he’s thrilled to go in for his visit and the staff is super kind. Anytime I’ve needed records or a receipt, they are very helpful and prompt.
Brooke Rathbun: I like the ease of scheduling and the veterinarian here - I am not ever dissappointed with either. My only two complaints would be 1) the $50 fee for new patients (and not on a per-household basis but per pet) and 2) the inconvenient wait-in-your-car check-in process.
Jerrod: Everyone is very nice and they love my dad's cat.
Rick Lewandowski: The best thing I can say about ELVC is that I absolutely trust them with my best friend.
Amy Wisner: Great care, excellent staff. All three pets love them!
Maggie Crawley: Reasonably priced and they take very good care of our pup
Jennifer Williams: The vets and vet tech are all equally exceptional. They have always taken the time to thoroughly examine our dogs and explain in detail any issues.
Julia Crow: I've been taking my pets to ELVC for about 6 months now. I have 3 cats (2 domestic short hair and 1 purebred Bengal) and 1 pitbull mix. I love it. They take care of your pets. I moved to the area a year ago. I started taking my pets here when my senior cat seemed like his jaw was broken. The two bones in his lower jaw were moving independently, but he was still eating and acting normally. I was absolutely terrified I was going to have to put my cat down because I could not accord a $3-5k surgery to put his jaw back together. Every other vet office I called refused to see him and simply said "take him to the emergency vet." Well after moving and still trying to get on my feet in a pandemic the cost of the ER was not really an option. ELVC was the only vet that would take him in. They immediately took him back to sedate, x-ray, and do whatever surgery necessary. They gave me the option to have them call if it got over a certain cost to decide what to do. Thankfully he only needed to have 6-7 teeth pulled which causes the issues with his jaw. They explained why he has this issue, most likely being pulled early, and whay to look out for. Since then we have had 2 more emergency visits with ELVC with my dog having his lip torn open by a muskrat (needed surgery), and most recently the same cat having his foot broken in a freak accident. Every time I go in for one of those visits I expect to spend $1k and it has never cost nearly that. They always answer calls and emails promptly. The doctors and staff all take the time to get to know your pets and answer any and all questions you may have. They've always been so great with me and my pets. They take the time to address each individual pet and talk you through the process. I've gone to vets where they dismiss issues and concerns, rush you out, and leave you confused as to what just happened at that appointment if it was anything other than a routine exam. This clinic is not like that. I've also been to vet clinics where my dog has been attacked by another dog as soon as we walked through the door each and every time we got there. Due to this, my dog has developed dog aggression in some cased unless introduced properly. While at other clinics, this had been ignored or blamed on the "aggressive nature" of his breed. However at ELVC they take the factors leading up to the reactivity into account and actually take steps to make sure there aren't any possibilities for any accidents. While he isn't always reactive I prefer to not allow a chance for it to happen and the staff at ELVC make it so easy. They're amazing and I have recommended them to everyone I know in the area. I cannot say enough about this clinic.
Ben Smith: Solid bet, kind techs, and an overall awesome spot to bring your bunny!
