Jessica Boerma: Cold Box Films came to my home to film a piece after choosing it from a set call. They were so respectful of my home and me while there. They laid down a blanket in my entry so that they didn't track in any dirt while unloading their equipment and Tracey came in and took video and pictures of my space before them manipulating it for their needs so that she could ensure everything went back exactly where it came from, which it did. They were very considerate of the 4-hour time slot they provided to me and were all cleaned up and on the road by the end of those 4 hours. Cold Box Films is welcome back to my house if they need a set any time!

Michelle Bray: We had contacted Cold Box Films to produce a video for one of our Amazon products. They certainly weren’t the cheapest company, but we thought it would pay for itself if done correctly. Unfortunately the video missed the critical selling feature of the product and, without it, the video is almost useless. We had produced a couple of our own amateur videos and sent to Tracey as an example of what needed to be shown, just obviously more professionally. Unfortunately these videos weren’t considered at all in the final execution. We brought up our concerns to Tracey who explained that they could re-shoot for an additional $500. While we had already exceeded the budget on this, we agreed to pay since the video was otherwise useless. We re-sent all the videos to Cold Box Films and spent time perfecting the script and going into details about what was to be shown, to ensure there was no miscommunication this time. I also hired people to review everything and make sure the messaging was clear. Tracey arranged a phone call to confirm all the details and, to my surprise, told us that they didn’t feel they could do the re-shoot and suggested we found another company to do so. I am now left thousands of $ down and no video that can be used to showcase the product. I am shocked that Cold Box Films wouldn’t finish a project they started or want to ensure full customer satisfaction. They were recommended through Amazon ___ and sadly I will be forced to share my experience there too, since I wouldn’t want another business owner to now be stuck in the predicament we are - thousands of dollars down, no video we can use, and now we need to find and source another company to do the 20 second scene that is needed. Disappointed.
