Carly Lynch: I'm sorry if this is not the same but I waited on a group of Amazon dispatch workers today. And they did not tip me at all. They ran up a $200 bill and wasted my time and energy. I don't think it was done on purpose but they took all of the credit card slips and my pen and left me no cash or anything. I get people make mistakes but this is a mistake that affects someone being able to feed their family. I count on this money to provide for myself and my family. Severely disappointed.
Sq Grooper: I do not work here, but I get almost daily deliveries from this facility. These delivery drivers who deliver my items are the BEST. Never lost items, always on time, always carefully placed. Thank you.These hard-working guys deserve bonuses!! And, yes, I will also email Bezos.

John Doe: I don't know what these drivers deals are but they must be lazy. Supervisors letting drivers get away with deeming packages undeliverable on Christmas eve is unacceptable. Late deliveries making people think they're get a package at 10pm is also unacceptable.

Tom and Rilissa Nettling: Plan on getting your ten hour break or more here. TERRIBLY SLOW. One of the worst I’ve been to in 15 years of trucking. Looked around the weather seal to find the unloader sitting on my freight on his phone. He’s managed to unload 3 pallets in 8o minutes. Have 16 pallets. Been in the dock since 5am. 1130 now. This is one of the reasons men don’t want to be truck drivers.

They also have overnight parking. I got a message at 6.57am with door# but I didn't hear message so they called me at 7.45am. I'm empty at 9.23am

Jesus Falcon: People should take pride on their jobs, but apparently Meijer does nothing to ensure this. Have been at the door for 5 hours, they say at least 4 more hours, and this was less than half a truck (about 25 or 26 feet). Will never come back here. They have no respect for drivers, for their jobs, or for the company that employs them
Cameron Hirsch: Been here several times, but today the check-in guard was an absolute nightmare.He was yelling at people as I walk up, yelled at more people as I was checking in, and then yelled at me when going through the gate after getting assigned a door.
Bill MJ: One of the worst place to deliver. Avoid it at all cost. No love and respect for drivers at all!!! Unloading takes minimum of 6 to 8 hours if you are lucky. Oh, of course no restroom.

Under Siege: Wow. If I could give them a negative star I would. -🌟 the security had an attitude. The dispatch lady told me the had to check all 5000 cases. Not my concern. Took 5 hours to unload my truck. Then refused to answer my calls. N then the distribution workers broke the display that I had to deliver to the next stop. It was the worst experience I ever had at a distribution center

Hello to management, wake up! Spending a lot of money for paychecks, wasting lot of time of your employees and paying lots of money for detention time to outside drivers is very bad for everyone. If you continue that way your loads coming in will be more expensive, your staff in your stores will be double or triple up, you will lose customers like many other companies and will go out of business. If careless people continue to manage this DC.

eric carty: AVOID DELIVERING HERE AT ALL COSTS!!! Most inefficient,lazy,and incompetent place I have ever delivered to. Have been here over 30 hours and still have yet to be unloaded. This place needs new leadership or needs to shutdown and go out of business if this how things are done. I worked for a food distribution center for twenty years. There is absolutely no excuse for the amount of inefficiency and/or laziness this place has.

Now I get to wait 3 extra days to get my package because the driver didn't want to knock on the door I sit 5 steps from every day. Either the Driver lied about coming or they don't know how to knock. That or they knock and ditch so fast that stepping away from the door for 1 minute means you lose your package.

Susan Goliday: It's not so much that I just like FedEx ground it's their drivers how rude they are and how fast they drive through residential areas I reported them several times but it doesn't seem to help.
Mark Collins: FedEx is absolutely awful. Drivers do not follow delivery instructions. Corporate customer service is worthless-they literally can't do anything because of the structure of their 'independent contractor' driver model. Local customer service won't be bothered to call back. Avoid at all costs.

M V.G.: If you need something shipped I wouldn't recommend fedex. Supposed to have a delivery the 11th. Now the 13th have 1 of 2 packages on shipment. 2 of 2 is on the truck back to hub. FedEx website doesn't work. Tried to register so we could have packages dropped at a hold location, system wouldn't accept verification code for registration. So I called talk to who knows, where they are is a mystery. He said "a hold at location has been submitted." The 11th comes they try a delivery to street address. Finally get fedex site to accept registration. Put a hold on master tracking number of "2 piece shipment" apparently master tracking isn't master of anything. In short if you want a run around to receive a shipment use fedex.

Thursday around 3 I checked to see my where my package was and they said invalid address. No call no email if I wouldnt have looked. I would have never know I needed to call and have it rerouted. Call service was ok. Wouldnt recomend
tara scott-miller: This is not the typical FedEx retail storefront. I don't recall seeing clear + visible signage that guides customers toward the area to coordinate picking up packages.GPS directions will simply lead you into an employee parking lot.Once there drive toward the fences where you see a revolving gate. To the right of the gate, there are signs posted on the fence that designate the parking spaces marked for package pickup.The phone number to call is listed on those signs.Have your tracking number or doortag number available. An associate will bring your packages out to your car.Be prepared to wait 10 - 15 minutes for the whole process, depending on the size + number of packages.
