Kayla Terry: I made an appt for my speakers to get checked out. It was a $50 pull in fee. Dropped my car off at noon. Hadn't heard anything so I called around 430. The guy told me they were still working on it and he'd call back. He called back around 520. Said he couldn't figure out what was wrong and to go to the dealership for them to figure it out. Which was weird because when I stopped in and spoke to the owner he said he pretty much knew what the problem was and it shouldn't be a difficult thing to fix.I get there to pickup my car and it doesn't start. They didn't mention to me my car was having issues. It's a 2018 with 30,000 miles so my car is in relatively great shape. I end up having to get a jump. The guy inside tells me oh yeah there was a problem with your cars battery, it's prob bad. I later got it tested and my battery was fine.I checked out my dash camera and this is what really happened:Dropped off at NoonDidn't get pulled into garage until 5:17They kept it running until 5:20They tried starting it again at 5:31, they jumped it and put it back in the parking lot.I don't expect anything to come from this review. Just really was super disappointed in this business and their customer service. Hopefully they will do better for customers in the future.

They've been doing it for many years and they know their stuff. So much so that they can be extremely busy. Plan ahead if you want a service done because they're going to take the time to do it right which can understandably be time consuming.

The guys at the store designed a speaker box to fit between the 2 little flip down seats in the back! The sound is perfect now... I also got a remote car starter.. Life is much easier being able to start the truck from inside my condo.

Luke Thomas: Had full tint done on my car. Immediately noticed wasn’t adhering correctly to the dotted matrix on windows and brought this to the tinters attention. He became very aggressive instantly. Paid and left him to cool down. Kept the tint for awhile but became noticeably worse with each time i washed the windows leaving lines and bubbles. Brought it back and asked if they could simply cut that top section off or redo just the one window. Said he might be able to do that but would have to come back and talk to the owner all the while being angry and unprofessional. Won’t be returning as i can’t trust the work or the worker.

I recommended them to a few people.Since I was so happy with the outcome, we took my daughters (new to her) used car in for the same service. I am disgusted.After having the car from 9a-4p all of her seats were still sopping wet. Her pants were soaked after driving 2 miles home. So we put a towel in each front seat to be able to drive to Kroger. By the time we got home, the towels are soaked with dark brown liquid from the seats.
