Tom Riddle: If you are looking for a very conservative CPA who will guarantee that you pay maximum top dollar to the IRS then this is the tax company for you. When I used them they handed me a tax bill that would require me to liquidate my retirement fund to pay my taxes. I looked around and got a second opinion and my new CPA got me a refund. 1/10 would not recommend.

Sivakumar Namasivyam: DONT USE , NOT TRUST WORTHYI have been using Jeff's services for filing my taxes for many years, my taxes is fairly straight forward only one W2 and one 1099 form.Every year he kept on increasing his fee from 110 it became , 150 then 175 and this year he asked 250 , I checked with my friends all for simple tax filing only pay USD 125 .when I asked him why he raised his fees and never informed me , his answers was forms have increased and he should be charging me 400 USD !!.I asked him there is no increase in form last 3 years , for which he had no answers , He was rude and told me pay 200 and next yer use H&R block.Here are my concern1) 250 for simple tax return way too high2) he never informed me he increased his fees , he tell us only after he finishes his filing3) Lies that number of forms increased4) says that he should be charging me 4005) overall being rudeI trusted him every year and been a loyal customer , so pls be aware of his behavior and find a good trust worthy CPA .Add to listEdit

The staff are not only rude and disrespectful ,but also incoherent when trying to communicate properly with them .We've reached out to "Julia" for our clients, however she became agitated and belligerent as we only tried to help our clients out . I can't seem to understand the concept of running a business but not be able to communicate effectively!!I highly don't recommend doing business with these people.

Ibrahim Tanana: They have a girl that works at their firm name Julia that called our firm prior to sending us a concent form requesting information on a former client of ours, she got upset that we didnt release anything to her without the prior consent from the client, then she went on to leave us a bad review. I called their firm to speak to her boss and spoke to a lady who stated she was the manager and told her that they should take action against this employee or I was going to be vocal about my experience, unfortunately after a couple days it didnt seem to happen so my son left a review online as well as responded to Julias comment, Julia went on to edit her original comment and says "I would have understood and gotten the consent form to them immediately, as I am a fellow professional, myself. I had the client on another line so I can add him to the call for consent". Then she proceeded to state that we lied about her not having a concent prior to contacting us. I mean anyone who can read can see that her statement contradicts its self because she say we are lying her not providing a consent form and also says that she would have gotten one for us and that she had the client on another line. I hope Al-Hassan, Howell, Sadaps CPA PC take action upon this employee because her actions are a reflection on how they conduct business, and if I was a client there I would be concerned.
Kassem Tanana: They have a girl that works for them named Julia that contacted my firm requesting documents for a client without providing consent prior and because we did not provide it to her she left us a bad review, ironically she left a bad review on another local business because they asked her for information on a client and they didn't provide her with consent prior, in her post she said"I informed him that I would need to obtain permission from the client before disclosing private information to him, especially since I had never met him before. He began cursing and yelling at me. Extremely insensitive and unprofessional. As a business professional himself, he should be aware of my legal obligations to obtain consent from clients before disclosing personal information to a random man who walks into my office.I can only imagine the lack of confidentiality for their clients in this office." So Julia I hope you take your own advice because now "I can only imagine the lack of confidentiality for their clients in this office."
