Jeremy Hogan: I'm still waiting for Ron to call me back. He told me he was ready to take my order then after telling him what I want he proceeds to make me feel guilty for trying to pay over the phone because he's "loading a truck". After telling him it's fine just call me back when you're ready I hear him mutter a very unprofessional few words to me and then says okay no problem and hangs up. Ron im not here to play games with you. Call me back so I can get this straightened out and possibly give you a 3rd chance. Or I can just stop by in person since over the phone seems to be a lot for you to handle on a professional level

john: Called looking for a product for my pond. Guy was beyond rude and disrespectful. He literally told me I was spending 6$ so he wouldn't be spending much time with me. Laughed when I asked for directions, told me to measure instead of bringing something to make sure fit was right. I said I would measure. He kept repeating it, and I kept saying I would measure. By the 3rd time I told him I had already told him twice I would measure so he didn't need to keep saying it. I've worked retail and sales for years. This guy was the worst thing I've ever encountered.

Ron is one the most helpful and politest persons that I have ever dealt with in my work related experiences. It amazes me to read the negative reviews about him and then talk to this man they are referring about. If your one of those negative people you must have got up on the wrong side of the bed that day. I didn't see it in him.
