Richard Betson: This is the 2nd time I've used Shamrock..I've never had an issue with time or or kindness from any driver..But I was very disappointed, I'd called and stated I was being released from the hospital, and would like to put the charges on my debit or credit card as I had no cash..the driver, a kind man seemed irritatedmwhen i said the dispacher said i could use a card..He explained that he would have to go thru all sorts of paperwork..and it was obviously upsetting him..I kept digging until I found my grandson's gift money, and used that..I gave him a good tip, and he greatly appreciated it...but the point is..I had been released in my pajamas.,I couldn't go into a bank to get the cash..it was a lot of unecessary pressure for someone being released for stress that bumped their heart rate uplike crazy, and I wasn't looking for more stress.. Please pay attention to this..it was unecessary to put me thru the stress just to make a better day for the driver.,they should show some responsibility and treat their patrons better as far as payment goes..I had no problem paying but the driver made me feel like I was a burden and ge was veryirritated, not a nice thing or way to treat a good customer...,

Michael Martin: My first ever cab ride since moving here in 1979! The driver was very polite he drove like a champ! I went to my bank and then to the repair shop to pick up my truck! The cab fare was outrageous, it cost me $90 dollars one way! Because I asked if Veterans can get a discount he dropped my bill to $80! I hope I never have to use again? Sorry, but thanks!

Andrew Batts: used it months ago when i temporarily lost access to 5g lte and wifi. you would think when an entire industry is under threat from something cheaper, better, cleaner and just overall less of a pain to deal with(Uber, Lyft) they would take steps to improve customer service, but no they act like they are still the only player in the game. rude people filthy vehicles never on time. was so grateful when my phone was working again and i was able to go back to my beloved uber. the same ride i can get for less than $12.00 with uber costs around $30-$40 with the cab companies. i will be so glad when ride sharing apps finally push those worthless cab companies and all their employees into the trash heap of history where they belong
