Jessica Janco: Had an appointment for my kids today, but I sent a message on their website on January 19th indicating that I needed to cancel and I wouldn’t be able to make it. Got a rude voicemail from Noah at the front desk today, wanting to know if I “intend to make my appointment.” When I called back, he was telling me they don’t have have a messaging system. Apparently the website is being “revamped” and he states the messaging system does not exist and nobody is checking it, even though I have an email confirmation that they received it. I went to their website again, and there it is: a chat feature. So rude. He was arguing with me, saying I had the wrong information. I confirmed their address and phone number and it’s the right website for the practice. That’s scary that nobody is checking these messages. I would steer clear of this rude front desk person. Thankfully we are already going elsewhere.
Ruba Pola: I have been a patient for over 6 years with Bethany, and I always get a reminder call for my appointment, tried to make an appointment and they said that I had scheduled one and did no show and they’ll charge me for an appointment that I never made and was never reminded of, basically calling me a liar, don’t waste your time at this office cause that’s how they raise your blood pressure to make you sicker!!!
Cesar Cuellar: Please avoid this place, they do not know read at all blod test result,I have everythin on the sky triglycerides/cholesterol/fatty liver and they did not call me to let me know, once I called them they said everythin is ok from my blod test. If you love yourself please keep away from this place, and always check you lab results.
Terri Swinburnson: This office was recommended to me by my mother in law who has been a long term patient of doctor Margolis. When my hubby and I joined there were great staff. But 2 years ago or so Margolis had a Terrible idea of introducing a selective service in which you can be his patient if you pay a monthly fee above your deductibles. This changed everything. Most people choose not to opt into this service . As a result all those patients that Margolis had were not dumped on the P.A.s of the office. We were patients of a PA who left and never notifiedthe patients she was leaving. When my hubby called to make an appointment with our PA we were told she was gone!The PAs who are left are over worked and drowning in the mess that has been created. We left because our prescriptions were not being refilled even when we called in … even when Kroger pharmacy called.The biggest wrong is they aren’t releasing our records!!! I went into the office and asked fo to transfer our records and was told they aren’t kept in the office and to call the woman who has them at her house!! That is illegal. I called and left a message and no one called me back. Our current medical staff has heard of this happening to other former patients of Complete Family care as well. Margolis’s office won’t even release to any other doctor either. This is not the place to go to!!! Keeep away!!
Can Man: Called office at the end of November to schedule an appointment for my son's 12 month visit. This would have been my first time, so I SPECIFICALLY asked if they accepted a certain insurance and they said yes. I get to the office today and the receptionist told me they don't. I am frustrated at whoever lied to me. I wasted my time. All of this could have been avoided if the person who told me they accepted the insurance I have aas actually honest!!!!! Will not be going back.

Scott Boughton: I've been seeing Dr. Margolis for the past 5 years. I really like that he suggests trying supplements first instead of prescribing medicine immediately. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming.Scheduling can be quite difficult, as Dr. Margolis is not in the office on Fridays, and his schedule is generally quite busy.The office can generally find an opening with a Nurse Practitioner fairly quickly, however I have not had good experiences with Brittany Sharp, and would only agree to see her for something minor.I've found recently, that there is a severe lack of communication between the Dr., assistant, and support staff. A referral that I discussed with the Dr. was not communicated to the assistant. And then the referral was not communicated from the assistant to the referral staff. It took 4 days and 5-10 attempts to reach the staff by phone to finally get the referral placed (it finally got placed the day of the appointment with the referral doctor, I never received any return phone calls from the office).I do not feel comfortable staying in the care of Dr. Margolis given the level of difficulty it has been getting a simple referral, and the lack of response by the office staff.
James Briolat: I had seen Dr. Margolis and Christina Munn until moving away in 2016. In comparison I wish the annual physicals and care I received from Complete Family Care was available to me here. I still use the same meds and my Cholesterol has been in check with totally clean arteries. I will stop buy this week while in town to obtain Methyl CPG from their nutritional supplements section.
Vik: A place where they treat you as a customer, not a patient. I wish I had read the reviews and changed my doctor long time ago!
Jodi Hampshire: My whole family of 9 goes to see Christina Munn. We love that she will go for nutritional supplements and dietary changes first before recommending a pharmaceutical. My husband received a diagnosis for a 20 year old symptom that 5 other doctors had brushed off. I highly recommend this office to anyone wanting natural remedies first.
Regina Gjonlleshaj: I have been going to this practice for 6 years, recently ive changed doctors considering they stopped my needed prescription without a warning or without my knowledge. The office manager , completely rude and unprofessional was unsympathetic to my situation and demanded I pay $60 for an appointment I allegedly missed. In order to obtain my medication (which i never did) I needed to make an appointment with one of Dr. M's associates: (Dr. Christina Mums being the absolute brillance out of this entire practice, the others googling my symptoms in front of me) Out of the 6 years of being treated by an associate i have never once met Dr. M. All in all, I never obtained my needed medication, the office manager, always rude and inconsiderate. I highly reccomended either dealing with Dr. Mums only or getting medical attention else where. This practice seems to treat their patients more like customers. More caring about if they get their money over their patients medical needs.
Payton Martin: I change doctors and I wish I had read the reviews before staying with this place. I read the comment too and my pharmacy called and told me they had tried calling the office several times to get an authorization. I finally called and was told it's only done ONCE a week (Wednesday). Also my job requires I get a check up to have a lower insurance premium. Dr. Margolis' nurse put down a date I had a physical almost two years ago instead of the date I went and got charged a co-pay for a "follow up" you aren't supposed to be charged for this, so they are getting over on anyone that this is required for. I had to schedule an appointment with another doctor and get the form in before the deadline although I had already gone through the steps. She claims she has filled out hundreds of forms and I'm the only one that she's had trouble with. I find that hard to believe.
Chris Stocks: Terrible. They charged me for not cancelling my apt. There phone were down for a week and I couldn't cancel my appt. I just got diagnosed with something very painfull and dire, doctor wouldn't see me cause I didn't have 35 Dolores for an appointment I didn't miss. Don't go to the place. Money hungry.
Vlad: Dr Margolis is extremely knowledgeable, there is no second guesses or hesitations. Extremely thorough and cutting edge testing and complimentary treatments with proven results. I was so Impressed I have sent all my close friends and family to Him to switch over.
Donna Harless (NaDonna): Unfortunately, there is not a "less than 1 star". This office has gone totally down hill in the last 5 years. My husband and I have used this office for over 10 years. The staff has gotten worse and worse. Each month prescriptions that should easily be sent in to the same pharmacy, takes a week to get filled, due to the lack of follow up. After multiple phone calls, between me, the pharmacy and the office... they finally get it right. I also read the comment by another patient regarding the dr wanting to see them for test results and then wanting to charge for that follow-up... this has personally happened to us, until my husband said to either tell him over the phone, or we can just find another office. This year I have been calling my insurance company each time I have to deal with them for physicals, tests, etc. Come to find out, they don't know how to bill things either. Or they send the test to a facility that my insurance says won't be covered. Makes me wonder how much I have paid out in the past 10 years, that could of been avoided by having a billing department that knows the correct codes. I have a job of my own. I don't think that I should have to do their job too, especially considering that they are the "professionals".
Geralyn Carter: I am disgusted with this office. When my doctor left to go to another location, I decided I would stay because of the location's convenience. Though the new doctor was nice and the initial visit went well (I go once a year for a regular physical), I was asked to come in to review the results of my bloodwork. I'm not sure why it could not be discussed over the phone, but I agreed all the same. When I got there, I was asked to pay a copay. I let them know I was only there following up on results from a previous visit and was told that it was still considered a "doctor's visit" so I'd have to pay if I wanted to speak with her. This didn't gel with me, so I asked them to have the doctor call me with the results at a convenient time. She never did. Of course. A few weeks later an incredibly large bill came in the mail. We had not changed insurances and everything they do is generally covered. This office is a crock and I cannot believe they are allowed to operate under the Beaumont name. They only want your money.
Joseph Cler: I have been going to complete family care for years and the doctors are very personable and helpful. My issue is that I had a biopsy a month ago and I was never informed that it was cancerous. Luckily I called to check. you would think that is information they would like thier patients to have.
Gayle Castle: Been going here since 2007 this was my dads doctors office they took such good care of him I came over with doctor Shaya, now with Munn who is the best and listens to her patience.
William Kuck: I have been to Complete Family Care and Dr. Margolis has a pleasant nature and a good sense of humor and has always been easy to talk to about any health concerns I have.
