Dennis Cox Jr.: You can tell a good restaurant based on how busy they are.Recently went to red lobster and half the restaurant was empty because not enough employees to wait on people.Texas roadhouse is packed for dinner every night of the week. The food is delicious, the prices are affordable, and obviously they take care of their employees which is why they can fill the restaurant with guests unlike other places. That means they like their job so you will get really good service.
Alfie TV: Had quite the delightful experience here. Adam P (aka tall Adam) was one of the best servers we’ve ever had! He was very attentive to our drinks, quick to answer questions, and clap some jokes at us. This man deserves a RAISE.As far as the meal goes, unloved my applesauce. The corn had great flavor, but we felt as though our steaks were a little on the rare side. Nevertheless, they had great flavor and were delicious.If I could hire a personal waiter for any restaurant I would choose Adam P every time

This was a very nice find!Side note: there was a review about the staff being neglectful towards a "person of color." A couple, who happened to have more melatonin than others, came into the restaurant. They were promptly seated and well attended. Treated just as nicely as everyone else.

Hardly any chicken in the pita, one little slice of melted cheese, and a portion of fries smaller than a "small" from a fast food place. Left still feeling hungry.Granted it was tasty, but compared to Gus' Coney Island's Crispy Chicken Pita (at the same price point and substantially more food), Gus' wins hands down. I might come back, but I'm not in a rush.

I would say #1 bigos, #2 lakeside combo and #3 polish combo (picture) are the top meals. My kids ordered grilled cheese but 2 of 3 ordered dill pickle soup.August 2022 - brought two of my kids out to dinner. They both had pickle soup and they are under 7. They loved the soup. I ordered the Polish Stew (pictured) and it was awesome. Very good. I am going to be selfish and wish the bowl was bigger.April 2022 - came here after church with my 3 daughters and wife. Food was great! Wife and I ordered the Lakeside combo (pictured). Always good and has one of everything. Best polish food in the area! Staff is always great with the family. 4 yr old loves the pickle soup.February 2021 - Awesome polish food! You have to try the city chicken.

Lulu: I went to Apollo Coney on 3/16/23 about 11:30 am. The restaurant has a Mom and Pop shop feel, nothing fancy but the food. This is my first visit here. The lady that took my order on phone was very polite. My order was ready in 15 minutes. Pick up my order, a middle-aged lady with blonde hair.( I didn't catch her name. She knows who she is) 🙂. I'm big on customer service and she delivered it. She didn't treat me different because I was a knew customer, I appreciate that. The breakfast was cooked like I had asked. It actually tastes like the food I cook for myself. I did put my toast in toaster though because I like the crunch. I had it with a Coke and a 😊. The customer service and the food will bring me back.
