La Saj Lebanese Bistro: what do users think?
Gerardo Madero: Their food and combo platters are incredible. The meat is so tender and tasty. The bread with the garlic dip is to lick your fingers too.The staff is friendly but the last time we visited it was so crowded that the service was somewhat deficient. We order to go very often, it's just that good.
Elias Dotis: Good service. Food was really good. Nice atmosphere. Will be coming back

C&C: They decided you can’t order a sandwich on the weekends. This is new and disappointing. The Saji was dry, vegetables hard, the rice was not seasoned except for the small amount of sauce. No more almonds on the rice. I like their bread and garlic. Shawarma sandwich was great but I can’t order it anymore.
Don Campbell: Phenomenal especially the garlic sauce. I’ve been to multiple lebanese restaurants none compare.Recommended dishes Shawarma Plate, Chicken Kabob, Tabbouli, Meat Grape Leaves, Garlic Dip, Chicken Shawarma Plate, House Salad, Grape Leaves, Lentil Soup, Pita Bread, Fattoush Salad, Chicken Shawarma Sandwich …More
Walid Mackoul: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Shawarma Plate, Chicken Kabob, Garlic Dip, Grape Leaves, Chicken Vegetable Soup, Pita BreadMore
Joseph Bumstead: We've been coming here for years, the service and quality of the food is always stellar. Their garlic sauce is hands down one of the best in metro detroit. All their dishes are amazing and they have some delicious vegetarian/vegan options. The atmosphere is nice, and they keep everything very clean and well maintained. Just wish they weren't so far out into the burbs, not the nicest area.Vegetarian options: Plenty of great vegetarian and vegan options. I personally enjoy the ghallab.

OhNo Antonio: One of the rudest customer service I have experienced in my life.I wish I could’ve gotten my waitress's name, but decided not to make a big deal about it in person. To my waitress: Mam, I just want to let you know that your passive-aggressive & disrespectful behavior was very unprofessional. It’s not my fault people from different parts of the world can have a hard time adjusting to societal norms & a hard time speaking English. The last thing these types of people need is an unpleasant & uninviting attitude from a seemingly racist human being.I walked in starving & couldn’t even finish my meal! You’re working at a Lebanese restaurant. If you may be racist, then go work somewhere else.Do not eat here unless you want horrible customer service.
Brandi T: Delicious food, as always. It was a pleasant dining experience overall. The only negative thing is that you are not allowed to make reservations for a small party. The waiting area to be seated is very small and can get easily crowded. With the weather being wet and cold, no one wants to be forced to stand outside. So it's crowded, insiding waiting. The wait wasn't long, about twenty minutes. However, I constantly felt as if I was in the way.
Lukasz Kaput: Food: 1/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Michelle Paller: Excellent, always have a great meal with excellent service. The bread is my favorite. They now offer the hummus in some of the local markets. Try the Kalamata olive one.

Michael: What used to be a fantastic place to go to has become a place to be forgotten. Service is slow and inconsistent. It's empty now. Even on the weekends. The food has suffered terribly as they don't really use seasoning anymore. Not sure if it was the waitresses first day, but she made us aware that we were not her highest priority. (Only two other tables seated in the entire restaurant)Based on what we saw and experienced, they're not going to be around much longer.
Rasha: There was no one at the restaurant when we were there. The place was so cold. After I mentioned it to our waitress they did turn the heat on. It’s a nice and clean restaurant. The food was delicious. Our waitress was kind and caring. Will be back again.
