Tony and his wife are very compassionate people, not only to their employees, but to their customers too. Due to personal circumstances, I was only able to work at the company for a couple of months. Tony was very understanding and supportive. Overall, I would highly recommended working at this company. There’s an abundance of knowledge to learn and there are positions for a variety of backgrounds.

Daniel Cesario: I loved this place years ago when it was under another name. I was back in this city today helping a friend fix an appliance and decided to get the part we needed here.I'll take the blame for not having the model number, but I didn't think it was needed. I walked in and asked the woman at the counter for my part. She said she needed the model number of the appliance. I said I didn't think it mattered and she insisted it did. So I went in the parking lot and proceeded to make and recieve half a dozen phone calls. 50 minutes later, I got the number I needed. I walked back in but this time got a different employee. He didn't even ask for the model number that I had scribbled onto the margins of a local newspaper. He came back in a flash with the exact part I needed.The first employee saw this take place and simply shrugged her shoulders at the incident. Then asked me, "Have you been here this whole time?" She offered no apologies and said nothing more.

Alan Crill: Ordered parts for my dishwasher which had to be shipped in from another location. They said it would be about 7-10 days to get. I found the parts online cheaper and ordered them and got them in 3 days so I didn’t need the parts I ordered from Dey Distributing. I tried calling the local number numerous times to cancel my order but no one ever picked up and my call was rerouted to their call center in Minnesota who just rerouted the call back to the Center Line location. I finally got someone to pick up in Center Line and I told them I needed to cancel my order and get a refund but they kept saying I must have already picked the order up since the items weren’t there and they refused to give me a refund. Obviously someone there doesn’t know how to keep track of inventory. Disputing the transaction with my credit card company.

Said it must of been faulty. Although I will not have to pay house call I will have to pay labor. So the next time out will be the third time I will have to stay home to get this job done. Plus previously the ice maker was replaced. So I really won't be happy till the right part is repaired.
