Katherine Cybinski: Do NOT use 5/3. They don’t care about you. The whole “making banking better,” is a scam. I have never had so many fees with any other bank. I’m looking into getting my mortgage with another bank. The way they process payments maximizes fees: and one of their costumer service members actually agreed on that when I pointed it out. Avoid at all costs, or else you’ll be paying later.
