Nicole Hanson: Granted his wife helped my bf out however, they do not return calls, do not call client prior to court hearings, the only time we would hear from them is when they wanted their money. Tried charging more than we owed. Paid $180 more than we were suppose to and he kept putting us off with excuses that he would check the records and get backNot only did he just not contact us he did not bother to give us the money back that he owes us. Good thing we kept track or he would have kept charging us like he was trying to do. Full of excuses. Never did get our money back & he refused to contact us back or even give us our money back.

Teresa Matheny: Talia and Tonya have went above and beyond to help us adopt our son! We had an extremely difficult case (by no fault of theirs), and they refused to give up. I have never worked with an attorney that gave me their personal cell phone number. They have both worked non-stop round the clock and have been available at all hours of the night, even for my moments of panic. When I say all hours of the night, i mean i have called them both several times at 11pm or later, and they always answered - ALWAYS. Through this difficult process, they have proven to be more than just our attorney - but we consider them our friends. I honestly don’t think we could have gotten through our adoption without them. We will forever be indebted to both of them - they made our family complete!

Elizabeth Shvartsman: Attorney Keith Jablonski is not an ethical attorney. He will charge his client for exurban amount of fees for time that he wasted on the phone, or writing emails. He will use any ways to pressure you into paying him. Do not use him, nor this law firm! It is not an ethical place! Stay away!Keith is not ethical in how he conducts his business. First of all, it is his client that does not want to make payment for improvement that is done on his property. His client hired Keith to negotiate with me. I was on the opposite side of Keith, he has received a payment check for his client which was deposited into his client's trust account. Before he can release the check, he wants me to pay for his time and he wants a cut from the check. He is using his position as a negotiation tool, that is not what attorney does. He threatened that he will not release the check unless he gets his cut from the payment. I have never heard of that, and probably will not hear that again either.Be sure that any such unethical conduct by Keith or his firm will and should be reported, if he will do this behind the doors, he will do anything. Keith, You should not practice law if you continue such unethical behavior. Be warned!
Sydney Raines-Schuh: This law firm is the absolute worse!You can call all you want, you will not get a call back unless you call in with an attitude, that is the only way to get them to help you. The attorney Craig Schoenherr and is paralegal are NOT professional AT ALL. When speaking with Ann she was very nasty and rude, even when asking a simple question, she repeated her last statement which had nothing to do with the question. I hope Craig enjoys court... My attorney will be calling soon. Thanks for wasting my time. Good day.
Kris Keel: Wow. Just got off the phone with an attorney with the first name of Craig. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I called to try to resolve a problem. He immediately started yelling at me for accusing that he never called me back when I told him it was a woman I left a message with. I knew then I was not going to get any assistance from him. I will be filing a complaint with the bar association and maybe seeing he has lost sight of his job he might want to retire. I know the company will stand by his behavior as that is how most men treat women. Craig is a bully pla and simple. I'm still shaking from this incident.
