Kenneth LaFord: Don’t drive as many miles as I used to so I don’t frequent the Audi dealership as often as some. That said, when I do service is always better than many dealerships I’ve used in the past. Last time was just an oil change, but when they finished I was totally pleased with time involved and cleanliness. They even cleaned the mats that had a winter’s worth of dirt road living (I was embarrassed bringing in to dealership). Thank you Dani and Audi of Rochester Hills.

His direct and clear approach regarding the purchase versus lease helped me decide to lease. And he spent a substantial amount of time educating me at the time of pick up of all of the technology. Of course, the Audi SQ5 is a great vehicle. But it is Brian who made the difference to me. I highly recommend him to any prospective buyers of an Audi.
Michelle Bedwell: Gouging on oil changes. They charged me $250.00 for an oil change. The next day I received a coupon in my eMail for an oil change for $116.00. I called and asked if they would honor it and the answer was no. Rochester Hills Audi just lost a customer….over an oil change. $250.00 for an oil change on an Audi Q5 is outrageous. Never again.

Koshanik Cade: Today my husband and I went to this dealership to look at the Audi Q7 for the reason, we’re in the market to get out of our 2022 Lincoln Aviator very soon. We walked into the store and not one person greeted us… at the very least say “Good Morning”... As we walked around and sat in a few vehicles my husband eyes met with a few associates, still not a word from anyone. It’s unfortunate in these times when our economy is all over the place, a business establishment as big as the Audi brand they’re not requiring SUPERIOR customer service from their receptionists to the general manager, from the time a potential customer or returning customer walks in the door.We’ve alway purchase all our vehicles from one of Detroit Three for a few reasons, to support our friends and family who work for these companies, quality of the vehicles and most of all their service. But this time my husband decided we’re going to check out a new brand to see how they compare… well my expectations of how it would be and the experience deeply disappointed both my husband and myself.To be fair we did get an apology, after we called and expressed our disappointment to the general manager. He said all he could do is apologize and hope we’ll consider shopping with them since they’re a “Champion Dealership”…They might be a Champion Dealership but they sure not a Champion in my opinion, not when it came to simplest thing of superior customer service. So we’ll spend our money with those who appreciate our time and our money spent with their business.
Isabella Pllumbi: Took my car in for an inspection and lightbulb change and they did a phenomenal job! My car was available in a timely matter and they really honor their warranties. Overall, I’d describe this dealership as attentive and thorough with great customer service all around.

My sales associate, Susan McClain, went above and beyond to obtain the exact spec vehicle that I wanted. The sales manager was also extremely helpful in the difficult task. My recent interaction with service associate Mark was another positive experience. My recent lease was my second from Audi of Rochester Hills, and not my last.

I purchased a car on a Friday, and was told I could not take it home because the check engine light was on. Of course I was not happy about it. Because I test drove it the day before and it did not have this issue. So I was expecting to have it on Saturday. I’m upset now because on Saturday right before closing I was told they only had 1 tech with appointments in front of me. I should not be considered an “appointment”. The vehicle was a certified pre-owned 2019 Audi Q8 in good condition to begin with…Now I have to wait until Monday.

Craig Wills: Stopped going to Audi Farmington Hills for service after our Audi's completed their service contracts. We tried the dealership again this week with our Q7 and worked with a new Service Consultant (to us), Emily Mcknight. She was great. Better then any Service Consultant we have delt with in years. She understands what it means to be a Service "Consultant". The other ones, in the past, were just Service Cashiers. Request Emily when you take your Audi in for service. Very positive experience.
m j pannucci: Purchased an SQ5 from Audi Farmington Hills, and it was the most fun I've had buying a vehicle. From my initial order last year until I drove off the lot, I was a valued customer. Both the salesperson and finance manager were very transparent with the timing, costs and options. I never felt like Audi was just trying to get more money from me, like other dealerships have done when I am purchasing a new car. I also enjoyed that Farmington Hills has a special area of the showroom to prepare and show my new SQ5 on the day I pick it up. I look forward to buying another Audi.

Derek Wang: I would give negative stars if I could. My attempted purchase with this dealership was a disaster from start to finish. The salesperson ordered the more expensive trim without confirming with me first. The purchase manager lowballed my trade-in by $1500 despite a firm offer from another dealer. The salesperson canceled my appointment 1 hour before the scheduled delivery of the car because they failed to complete the loan paperwork despite sitting on my banking info for weeks. They are delaying refunding my deposit with excuses including: "the cashier has gone home" (before the end of the business day), "we've upgraded our system and no one knows how to give refunds", and "we MAY write you a check" (instead of refunding the charge on my credit card). However, there is a silver lining to this nightmare. I stopped by another dealer the night of my canceled delivery and purchased a better car with a nice discount.Update 1/31/2023:The dealership's central office responded to my experience, and refunded my deposit via a check. I appreciate their effort in resolving this.

Fred Lavery Audi - Porsche Pre-Owned Center: what do users think?
Dylan Walsh: Sold us a car with tires that were not road worthy. Tires were worn in the middle from overinflation/had 2/32s tread on them. Alignment was also out of wack/have to turn the steering wheel about 2 inches to the left for the vehicle to drive straight.
