Kacety: Hearing consultants has been a life changing experience.I went in for my first apt, got my test, same results as my previous. I bonded well with my handler and she was very detailed with me about the process. What she wants to do for me and got me underway for approval from the state for funding for the best hearing aids for my condition. Knowing there is much better technology out there now that can help me thrive and raise my daughter with ease is such a relief. And knowing there are people who understand my hearing issue better than I do on a mental and emotional level, was the most uplifting experience. Thank you Donna for everything. I can't wait to get my hearing aids from you!!!
Grayson girl: I felt very heard,no pun intended. They were very attentive and did not rush me. I felt like I was their priority and they took their time.They were also very upfront with their pricing when I asked. Their receptionist Amy was very kind in explaining everything to me and helping me. Dr Marino was wonderfull as well. Will be returning!

Then found her here at Sterling Hgts because she was excellent explaining what’s different Hearing aids. Last year I got new hearings n it’s was the best cuz I finally heard bird singing as I never heard in my life. I was 64. I just love Melissa n her staffs!! Friendly smiling faces when h first walk in!!!
Rose Fox: A life changing experience for me! If your are having problems hearing this is the place to go. As soon as you walk in your are welcomed with helpful and friendly staff. Dr. Donna has a fabulously warm and helpful personality that eases any nerves. Look no further. Oh and I no longer have to say What? Excuse me, did you say something? Lol

Love my new hearing aids and am totally in love with both doctors,,Melissa and Donna beautiful caring and very knowledgeable hearing doctors wanted hug both of them for helping me get my hearing back to normal...Plus wonderful ladies just to talk too,,, makes you feel very comfortable...Damn we need more Doctors like them...Plus went in a second time for an adjustment and they had me in immediately...Set me up with a second setting for higher end settings and it works beautiful...Now I have 2 settings one for my guitar and one for normal use...Absolutely fantastic.

raymond ooghe: This has got to be the best place anyone can get any hearing aids I've lost two one because of the virus with a mask on mask off and they had taken care of me and I'm so happy today to say I got my hearing aid I can hear again and the tinnitus is gone so I would advise anyone that wants the most professional place to get hearing aids I'm very reasonable pricing please try this place first

Jamie Burdeski: Very pushy salesman here. Became very unprofessional and aggressive when I exercised my right to return a set of hearing aids I didn't like. I've been to many audiologists in the Detroit area trying to find one I like, and this guy is the worst I've been to. Not only was he pushy and aggressive, but he lied multiple times about the capabilities of his products and the capabilities of competitors products. If I didn't know so much about the market and the choices, I definitely would have been taken advantage of. Go literally anywhere else for hearing aids.

Roseanne Cerra: Very disappointed in our experience with this hearing aid center. Felt we were rushed through the process. Hearing aids did not work properly from the start. Representative did not explain how to clean aids until the third or fourth visit even though we complained about ear wax problems on the first visit. Kept trying to sell us more expensive aids. Ultimately returned the aids. Despite all these problems, the company refused to return our initial deposit of $250.
John M: This was my first visit. The staff was friendly and professional. My appointment started on time. The audiologist (Molly) listened to my concerns and presented the options available to me based on my insurance coverage along with the cost. I was able to demo the hearing aids I was interested in and Molly presented an overview of how they worked. I was very pleased with the attention and advise I was given.

kathleen bankes: Came in for an appointment to check why I was not able to hear out of my right hearing aid even though the battery was good. I was taken care of at my appointment time and the lady who took care of me, sorry forgot her name, took my hearing aids to clean them and put new filters in them and that’s all it took. I now have extra filters in case it happens again. The plastic rubbery cap that is on the part that goes in your ear was torn around the bottom and she replaced that too! All in all very pleasant experience as always and not more than 15 minutes. Thank you!

Liz Littlejohn: They had us wait 35 mins past our appt time, only to tell us after the exam that we needed to make another appt to discuss options. My husband and I both had to take off work to make this appt during your business hours, and I was told I should be there for the appt with my husband. Waste of time. "Tester" had horrible disposition as well. Not great customer service experience, and we will more than likely going elsewhere.

The care that Steve provides is exceptional, he adjusts the hearing aids to your specific needs and follows up to make sure you are receiving the best hearing experience possible. The hearing aids themselves are very good, I've had other makes but I'm hearing better now than I ever have thanks to Hearing Life!

Explained the extent of my loss and provided me with a pair of SONIC hearing aids. He methodically programmed the devices to each ear while seeking my input. Follow up care is terrific.
