Mary Stoll: Dent Delete removed a dent in the lower part of the door on my Ford Escape. This is not an easy location to repair due to the detail in that area. I also hired them to clean/detail the interior and exterior. I was exceedingly pleased with the outcome. I would not have know the dent was there. The metal flake on the exterior was sparkling and the interior was pristine. I knew it was my car when I walked up to it, but I did double check the license plate because it looked that much better. Very talented team, thank you!

Raymond Buhay: Mike was great to work with and very personable. I took my vehicle to his shop one afternoon, without an appointment, and he was able to fit me into his immediate schedule after working on current customer's vehicle. He did a great job and his work is reasonably priced. Dent repair is a service you hope you don't need but PDR is a good option to pursue if possible. Mike has earned a returning customer, if I need PDR work done in the future.
Chip Eisenstein: Mike is a freak of nature! I was there, sick to my stomach feeling when I walked out to the parking lot of our hotel during a recent out of town trip. My 8 month old Explorer took it in the passenger door right on the body/feature line. I did quite a bit of internet sleuthing and found Dent Risers. All of the fantastic reviews are 100% true. He goes what did I tell you I told you twice already. Nice manors buddy. Apparently he was implying paint. Which was fine - I didn't have a problem with that. But the guy needs people skills. I told him I'll take my business elsewhere.***UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE***Putting words in your mouth? Dude you’re disorganized and have selective listing skills. Brand new never came out of my mouth. Now you’re reaching in pure desperation to try and not look wrong/hot head in front your customer base. I stated, I wasn’t worried about the paint. I said I could get it from the dealer. Than why would I pay you 3-400 for a dent not to be fixed than? A small dent. Can you fix the dent it's a Yes or No answer. Obviously it’s too complex of a repair for you.

The person who answered the phone said to send them pictures then asked what kind of vehicle it was and where the dent was. I gave him the year make and model and continue to tell him how the dent happened he then cuts me off says no can’t do it this is a paint less dent repair which is fine because no paint is missing it is DENTED. Pretty much brushed me off then asks to still send him pictures. No thanks.reply: I never mentioned anything about a fender. It was the bottom of the door that is dented. This review is about your customer service and attitude, which leads to not doing business with you so I can’t review your work.

mark wroten: The dent removal dude, Simon is a master craftsman/old school and that is hard to find these days. . I took my 2005 Impala SS up there on Nov 1st and it was like getting my oil changed. He repaired the dents on the passenger fender....which I had tried ( and shouldn't have) to "pop out" from the inside of the fender well. Not only did he fix what I messed up plus the two dents in the driver's fender, he did it all while I waited in the car and the price was a hell of a lot less than having a body shop fix and repaint both fenders. If you have dents, small or large, check these dudes out, you wont be sorry and you'll save a boat load of cash.
