Terrika Coleman: orientation talked a good game til you walk out on that floor and this place is absolutely filthy and dirty from the work area to the bathrooms absolutely disgusting. It looks like they haven’t took any chances on hiring a professional cleaning company to at least come out and clean the bathrooms, break rooms, windows, the slippery floors I mean it’s filthy. For a family owned company you work think they take care of their building after all these years. I couldn’t work in a environment like this and pay or benefits ain’t up to par anyways to be honest. The machinery is maxed out and old, so is the equipment it’s just plain nasty in there. Where’s the cleaning crew? The bathroom had no soap, dryers or paper towels. The windows were so dirty and outdated. The floors were so slippery and filthy. The break area is also on the floor just in a corner which is never cleaned, shows they don’t care about employees—it’s not closed off so everything that’s in the air from the machines pushing out you will breathe it in while eating your food, absolutely sickening. They say they require steel toe boots, people were in their gym shoes, a guy blasting music on his Hilo driving through the place I mean I could go on I seen enough for a couple of days. If you desperate I could probably understand, but don’t wear your good clothes and shoes. This is my personal experience from working at JG Kern “A family owned company” because they’re sure to thrown that in their ☺️

The line leaders treat their employees like a slave. For safety, they only give one pair of gloves every 1 week and they give you ears plugs every two weeks :( they’re really cheap.
