Chris Pequeno: This was my first time meeting Mike and having him perform one of his many services on my vehicle. I met him through the owner Evan of Cloud 9 Detailing which is right next door. Mike got me in to work on my car the day after I first called him. My drivers seat had quite a decent burn hole, one about the size of a quarter the other about the size of a dime but they were both connected. I can’t even begin to explain how AMAZING and skilled Mike is! He took his time and I can’t stress enough how spectacular the final product came out looking! I will be coming here for auto service as long as Mike owns this business!

Dropped it off before work and he called just as my shift ended and said she was all done. I got there to pick it up and we ended up chatting for 10-15 minutes, he’s extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I will most definitely be going back and I would recommend him to anyone looking for any work.
Matt Vagi: Took my Marauder there for a paint repair on the front bumper. Mike had it done the same day, and the job was very professionally done. He went above and beyond by taking the time to touch up some problem areas around the vehicle as well!After that was done, I asked him about detailing. He again had it done in a day, and he was able to restore the paint (black which it the toughest) to a like new shine! Interior and exterior attention to detail was amazing. He also steam cleaned the engine....Attention to detail and professional workmanship- strong recommendation!

Laura Amodeo: I used a magic eraser on a stain and ended up stripping the color off the leather of my 2015 Lincoln Navigator driver's seat. The stain was still there. Michael got the stain out AND repaired the stripped leather. He also filled in the cracks that were starting. I swear I have a brand new seat! I am amazed at the skill. It only took him two hours! I highly highly recommend this place for all of your automotive needs.Thank you Michael for getting this done for me even though it was the end of the day. You are amazing.

Honest Opinion: I’ve been taking all my cars to Chromatec Services for years! Mike makes sure it’s done right the first time so you’ll never have a paint problem again. He’s also fixed rips in my leather/fabric seats and does amazing interior/exterior detailing work. I highly recommend.
Richard Hore: I have use Mike for exterior paint touch for many years and have recommended him to many of my friends . He does excellent work. Yesterday I took my 2007 Infiniti G35 to him as my front leather seats were in terrible shape, especially the drivers seat. The color had actually worn off in spots and the corners were wrinkled. The seats now look like new. AMAZING difference. Would recommended Mike for all interior and exterior touch up and reconditioning work.

Adam: Worst experience I've ever had with a shop. I was belittled. Numerous occasions when I presented my concerns. My lower radiator hose is rubbing on the sweet bar. I was told that his normal. I have taken pictures of multiple vehicles. Of the same make and model. All their lower radiator hoses aren't rubbing.There are more things wrong with this vehicle caused by the accident that they told me it was not part of the accident. I've only had one accident with my truck. Now that I have AAA involved. I would highly recommend not to go to the shop.
julie v: Adam H. 2019 Colorado the technician left multiple bolts loose. Multiple other things were not addressed. Lower radiator hose is rubbing on sway bar. Told thats normal. Its not normal. I even presented pictures of what it should be and how it's correctly on there to be told no that's not normal either.I was belittled by the tech and shop Foreman.I had to return numerous times for other things that they missed still finding things that they haven't done correctly. From the impact the cab slammed into the bed and sports bar they missed that so my interior is leaking water from the third brake light. But I was told that's not part of my accident when I only had one accident. This is the most worst experience I ever had Body Shop. I literally ended up paying for a rental for over a month and a half and I keep going back. I would highly recommend not to use this shop.
DonnaJo D: I've had to use Gerber twice because some person hit me. Both times they were thorough and knowledgeable. Their staff is professional and communicate very well. Because my car is older it took longer the first time to get the replacement parts but the job was excellent the paint is perfect the pinstriping was replaced perfectly I couldn't be more happy.

Two months later, I call them back to check the status, and they haven't ordered any parts yet. Cateru Art (Cateru): My car looks great after the repairs, everyone was so nice and they even cleaned my car before bringing it back. The only issue is it felt like they didn't have the best communication with our insurance. We asked to be told certain things before repairs began and that never happened. Thankfully our insurance covered it. Thankfully the employees are really kind.

After calling around to many shops a close friend of mine recommended me to this location I gave Maria a call and she told me I could bring it in immediately! J.M. Tisdall: They refused to provide service! I made a appt for rear end damage that happened while another dealer was driving our vehicle. That dealer's insurance was covering the costs. Lady on the phone said "We cannot fix it. You have to pay for it yourself, or it has to be your insurance paying, that's our policy." Absolute nonsense! Took our business to another dealer group body-shop, and they had no problem with the situation whatsoever. I hope management knows they are turning business away

Stephanie Erickson: I am so happy I took my business to Suburban Ford! I have went to several local Ford dealerships and have been unimpressed at best. Suburban Ford should be the role model other dealerships follow! Their customer service is excellent and treat you like a person not a number. They go above and beyond what is expected. Little things like their courtesy car wash after service or repairs doesn't cost them much but (I feel) makes a world of difference to us as consumers because it shows their appreciation instead of just collecting payment and out the door you go.

They took the time to review the damages with me when I dropped my car off for the repairs and they walked me through the work they did afterwards.
