Rick Miller: It's rare these days to find an honest business owner who is willing to lose a little bit of money but truly put the customer first. We had Brian come out and look at repairing the vinyl on our van driver's seat. He did a thorough inspection before starting his repair and called me out to talk about some things. Turns out what we were looking at was cosmetic and the big problem was on the other side of the seat that would have caused us to have to replace the seat. With his honesty, he walked me through steps to get a replacement cover that will last a lot longer then what is there. I compensated him for his time and advice and thanked him for shooting me straight. Said if I get into the weeds trying to figure out the repair myself that he would come back out and take the amount I already gave him off the total at the end.Because Brian was honest with his professional opinion, he will be my first call and recommendations to friends for all things upholstery. Thanks Brian!
Kelly Dreske: A piece of painters tape took off the color on a new leather chair from Pottery Barn. I made the matter worse by adding baby oil to the aniline leather. After calling Brian at Fibrenew, he came came out immediately to take a look and provide a quote. I am so happy with the results. He saved my new leather chair. It literally looks like new. Don't hesitate to give him a call! I highly recommend.

Chris Benard: Took a headliner there to get redone due to old glue and sagging. Dropped it off on a Saturday, should have taken a day or so, didn’t hear anything all week called the following Saturday and was told oh yea I’m going to get to it today. Called me a couple hours later said it was done. Went to pick it up and there were multiple wrinkles in it up by the front where your clearly going to see it while driving. He acted like it was no big deal, said oh it blends in you won’t see it... the whole reason I took it to an interior shop and paid 150 dollars was to have it done right and without wrinkles. So I was pretty upset, but rather than trying to talk about it and make me happy he happily charged me the whole 150 and proceeded to complain about me using a credit card. Felt like my job was just meaningless to him because it wasn’t a lot of money... I would rather have taken my business elsewhere and paid double to someone who takes pride in their work and appreciates the customers big and small that support them. Would not recommend this place and I sure won’t be back!
TV Casualty: These guys are great! I recently had a custom seat upholstered after providing the seat pan. I dropped off seat pan and described what I wanted out of it, I was called 3 days later to be informed my seat was ready for pick up!The turn around was lightning fast, the seat beat all expectations and the cost was very reasonable! 5 stars all around and highly recommended!

He did the install with no issues and communicated with me through the whole process. And at a fair price. I’ll continue to bring any of my upholstery projects to kevin and let anyone I know of his excellent stewardship.Kudos to Kevin and the gang.

Walt Gastmann: Took my car in to have them take a look at my convertible top which was peeling back. They could not have been nicer. Dale had me pull in and they took care of it while I waited. I'm sorry I didn't ask the name of the gentleman that glued and stapled the top back down, he did a great job at a reasonable price. Going to have them do more work in the future. Brian Fox: Great guys and awesome service! I took my newly purchased truck there after finding some chips in the rear leather back seat as well as some fading on my door panel, I stopped in there right before they were closing to go over the damage and they got me in the next morning, Dale also called the dealership to get a price on a new seat cover just in case I wanted to go that route, all I can say is you can’t even tell where the leather chips were and my door panel looks brand new!
Phillip Hayes: Went here to get a quote to have some seats possibly reupholstered and to inquire about other services. The owner was very honest and forward. I've seen his work first hand and it's probably some of the best you'll find anywhere around. One of the things I was considering was having a bimini top redone but he said honestly it would probably be better unless you want a perfect fit to order it online because it's a lot less. Not often that you'll find someone who is going to tell you that instead of just trying to get the business. I respect that very much and I'd say if you ever want something to look like it did out of the factory this is the place to go!
