Made a 3 year old cry because he wouldn't make him a balloon at an event that he was paid to be at.If you like to be talked to like an idiot or watch your kids be talked to very disrespectful and pushed out of the way, he is perfect for you.

Whiteside Fam: Big Don was hired for my son & daughter school Fun Fair. My daughter was so excited to get her animal balloon made. We waited patiently while he made 2-3 balloons for kids and parents too. My daughter got up to the front and he changed the rules to one balloon per kid. I was fine with that because I had another child in the room to get a 2nd balloon. He stood over me and my 5 year old daughter and screamed at us and said one balloon. I said ok I have another child here. He then proceeded to tell me that may child does not go to school there. Then told me to get out of line or pay him a $100. He was very aggressive and intimidating and scared my baby girl. Thankfully another parent stood up for me and told him that I do have 2 kids at the school. I'm confused on how he would know who attends school there. But I do know that I was the only person that was singled out and I am a African American woman. I have 3 kids that have been in Troy schools since kindergarten their ages are 12, 10, and 5 years old. I have always had a good experience and never treated any different. So this is no reflection of Troy schools. I am disgusted with his behavior and I did not deserve to have my head ripped off over some balloons. I sent my daughter home with my Aunt and went back and demanded a apology only to get a sacrcastic response with no accountability.
