Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM): what do users think?
Ron Twigg: Always had great experience with this bank.
Dita Ri: Bad service
T5T Towards 5.0 Tennis: worst branch ever.they have online scheduling system but they are not ready on time and someone comes out like 10+ mins later saying "oh you reserved online, that's why". what??also the banker who helped close my account wrongly told me online statements for the closed account should still be available, but it wasn't. So I ended up wasting another few hours on phone with bofa to resolve the issue (re-opening, downloading statements, and closing again). Also the banker kept fiddling around as if he wanted me to go away asap because he had to go somewhere.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
B Lockwood: Awful, came in, was told I needed to make a appointment, yet when I made a appointment and came back, I was delayed by 30 minutes by a walk in appointment. Worst part was the manager was the one that made the decision to push my appointment back by a half hour.
salar mi: I don't recommend this bank to anybody they don't treat customer right
April Clouse: good service
François-Xavier Padiolleau: Went to this branch of Bank Of America to do a transfer on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Georges was extremely helpful and took the time to find the best way to perform the transfer. He made sure to update my account details for the transfer to go through. All that while explaining everything. Thank you very much!
Revan Kakooz: Very bad service they don’t help me when I go there they give me a hard time
Vivian: I’m so disappointed with this location and the lack of knowledge by their tellers. I went in to deposit a check because the ATM message said there would be a hold (assuming because it was a check from my new job?) anyway, went inside and explained to the teller that I cannot and do not want a hold on the check. That if she processes it and it states anything of a hold, I want my check back, as I cannot wait to have funds put into my account due to a hold.Teller processes the check and assures me that there’s no hold, money will be deposited into my account by the next morning. I went in on 10/20, so by 10/21, check should be deposited.Well miss bank teller, you gave out inaccurate information. My check is now held until 10/29. NINE days after my initial deposit. I’ve called BOA daily begging them to have someone help me. Anyone. There has to be someone who can remove this hold. I’ve explained and expressed and cried my situation and why I need my money as desperately as I do. All I get is “we’re so sorry you were lied to. There’s nothing anyone can do.” I’ve been a BOA customer for 14 years. Once this check is deposited, I’ll be going over to Chase- where they treat you like a person, and not just another transaction.
Quamrul Mazumder: I tried to call and talk to someone several times. Their robocall system did not allow me to talk to anyone. Everyone is busy to talk to customer. This is the worst experience I had. I just wanted to know if they have safe deposit box. I guess, I will never call them again. I hate online robocalls
Margaret Topous: Even when you get there early you will wait. Didn't open on time. They wouldn't even let the Brink's driver in even after time to open. ("10 more minutes.") The driver said something like 'this is why you don't get stops.' He cooled his heels with vehicle idling for several more minutes and then left. You got to step it up several levels BoA. You're dropping the ⚾️ at many locations.
Nahrain Dawood: My visit here went great! Sangeeta Singh was very helpful. Coming back to this location again.
Stevo Shaya: They closed my account because I deposited a check for 39k . Like really . Customers always right but not with Bank of America. They can’t tell me what was the reason. But they told me to go somewhere else .It’s ok , I made sure they lost bunch of business.I convinced all my family friends to close their account and they did 😊 now I’m happy
Ali Algawwam: Amazing customer service
lenny yono: By far the worst bank in the state of Michigan lazy staff even lazier management I waited in line for 48 minutes eight staff members were there only two were working the teller get it together this is a Bank not a lemonade stand !
MICHAEL H. NGUYEN: need to hire more staffs. no walk-in services as of 06/16/2022
Streetz A: Beware of discrimination and profiling. No matter if you have all your info/paperwork in order they will 3rd degree you the whole time. Doesn’t matter what your profession may be, they are rude and difficult. Nina and Antwone especially. Find a different branch if you can.
Ivan Shangi: After waiting for 15 minutes to do a wire transfer oh we’re sorry the machine is down there just too lazy not to do their job
Michelle Pyle: Bank closes 4 pm which is RIDICULOUS but at 3:40 pm the manager pulls 1 of the 2 tellers and starts counting down her till. THERE IS 11 PEOPLE IN LINE at this point!!!! Now there is 14 people and it's 3:50 pm. I've been standing in line since 3:25 pm and there is still 4 people in front of me. I understand about being short handed but there were 3 employees behind the counter 15 minutes ago. OH LOOK AT THAT IT'S 3:53 and THE MANAGER JUST LEFT FOR THE DAY!!!!!! I can't wait until my employer switches banks it's in the process as we speak because having to wait over 40 + minutes in line just to make a deposit for work is uncalled for!!!!!
Raham: If you dont have life or if you have a lot of time to waste then come to this location.
Zbyszko P: Needed to convert a small amount of foreign currency so I checked the website which stated I can do this at this branch. I drive over during lunch and go inside. After getting to the teller the nice lady tells me that she cannot do it and I have to see someone at one of the desks (fine). Walks me over to a chair and tells me to wait for the lady helping another customer to finish (fine). After waiting around 15 minutes the manager comes over and tells me I need to make an appointment because they're swamped (not fine because I was told they'd do it and asked to wait, which I patiently did.) I wasted over 30 minutes + gas for something that any currency exchange counter at the airport can do in about 120 seconds and still didn't get it done. Supposedly I'm a "premium customer" I'll be moving my money elsewhere.

Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM): what do users think?
Douglas Hodges: Just the worst experience. Waited for over a half hour to change my PIN number. Ended up leaving without having it changed. Woman insisted I could change it on my phone, even though I had already tried everything. Never using this branch again.
Taghreed Shamoon: If I could put a zero stars I would. Most of the staff are Karen that won't listen to what you have to say. They don't help you, and when you ask for help they need manager who is never there. I have came here many times and there is never manager so nobody can get help. Worst costumer service.
Sami Adam: bad experience they lost my money 1507$ and when i call BOA they said your card is blocked and my account is not on my app !!!! i need my money to pay bills
Ryan Law: Had my debit card details swiped after using the outside ATM on Monday October 17th 2022 morning 5 AM, was hit with 1600$ in fraudulent charges. That I had to dispute and now waiting on resolution...
Indrit Sufa: BAD EXPERIENCE!Will never go there again!Went there today for a notary and one from the personal bankers welcomed me very well and said Yes we can do it and a Lady who works there Sydney or Cindy who seems to be the person who have the notary acted un normal and said no I might have appointments and I said well I can wait! Again she said no without knowing if she has appointments or not not even looking if she does or not!I hope she will retire soon from that bank, she will make a bad name for that branch!I have a personal account and business at BOA, this was a very bad experience at this bank.
Zeeks A: Great experience here Cindy is a great relationship manager. Best experience at a Bank of America so far thank you
Thomas Trudel: Closed Saturdays with only access to 1 ATM. Should invest in more since all your workers push customers to use the ATM for everything.
B Lockwood: Brutal. ATM IS BROKEN. Don’t come to this branch. The company has no intention of fixing it. If you deposit more than one check or one bill it spits it out. If you’re lucky it will be windy 👎
Kathy O'Neill: Took my 92 year old dad who has Stage IV Melanoma Cancer for an appointment to withdraw his money from his "inactive" account. He had received a letter the day before from Bank of America stating that his account had been inactive and it was possible that his funds would go to the state as abandoned funds. My mother's social security check was diverted from deposit in Bank of America to Chase Bank in Sep 2021 in an effort to consolidate accounts. I guess this was not acceptable to Bank of America. We decided to withdraw my dad's $100,000 and close the account. The bank rep told us we needed to sign a form that would be submitted to the corporate office in order to reinstate his account before we could withdraw his money. This process would take five business days. I looked this up online and it should only take one business day for the account to be reinstated after a request has been made. This branch treats the elderly abhorrently and should be put out of business! My dad limped out of the bank with the aide of his walker, and it just broke my heart. Shame on these people!
Shaheed Aldarraji: My favorite bankThe staff and management are very good at customer service
ranya najjar: I recommend Change some of the staff this branch new managementso many people have issues this branch is closed and the issue covet it is a extremely a lie and excuses and most bank of America it’s closed sick issues even onlin service it’s horrible no one call back
Krista Lay: So my 72 yr old mother went on Friday December 17th to withdraw from our joint account. She went to this location because the other two branch locations were closed she tried to go to. Random closures at random locations have been ongoing thing since covid. So the bank teller says she needs more than one piece of ID for a withdrawal, last time I checked when you have a huge amount of money in the bank and have your driver's license with your picture on it it should suffice. My mom even gave the amount of money that was in the account to them. She talked to a bank manager the manager said we need two more forms of ID. How does one have three pieces of ID on them especially when they're 72 years old. My mom got flustered and left without her money. Bank of America is holding our money hostage because my mom couldn't produce another form of ID. She literally has one credit card, she pays cash for everything. Her mortgage is through Bank of America along with her bank accounts. I'm working on convincing her to change over to a credit union that I belong to. If I could give zero stars I would, despicable people. Shame on trading seniors this way
Ashley Walker: This is the worst bank of America branch I have ever been to. I tried to come in to change my last name because I got married, they told me I need an appointment. Okay whatever no big deal. Well fast forward to a week later I come in they tell me I don’t have an appointment but will “take care of me anyways.” One of the tellers even said she recognized me. Then to find out I can’t even change my name without my mother and husband there because I have them on my account. Even though they have no access to any debit/credit cards. My husband banks with Chase and they were able to add me to the account without me even present. Bank of America has just really gone down hill. They make it impossible to do anything. I will not be making another appointment- I will be switching to my husbands bank! So good job Bank of America you just lost a customer of 26 years. This is probably for the better considering all of their locations are randomly closing…. They are slowly going out of business and I can’t say I’m shocked! :)
aidin ilyas: If I could give zero start to this location I will do because they are very lazy employee and what I asked them for they said we don’t do👎👎👎
mario marogy: I was at this banck this morning it took little bit longer but they were very helpful especially ( violets ) I don't know why some people complain there is a process they go through sometime it takes longer
Bradley Leyten: This branch is one of the only within 20 miles. I went inside to make a large cash deposit. The teller rather than help me with the deposit simply tells me to use the ATM. The reason I went in was to help keep the tellers employed by requiring their assistance. I know how to use the ATM, but if that's how you want it, fine I'll help a machine eliminate your job.
Fadi Philp: Always the ATM machine not working
Jessica Easterly: Any time you need help with anything, they are quick to transfer you to customer service. Never want to do their actual job. Always playing run around with them.
David Young: This ATM is down more and more. 4 times in the past 2 months I went to make a cash deposit at the ATM and it says cash deposit temporarily unavailable. This bank cares so little that they can not even empty the money out. Try to call to report it and says to call back during buisness hours. What a joke.
Ali Bakir: Could've been better
rami yousif: Worst branch for back of America!!This is the third time for me going there and the experience is just garbage... These employees have the worst attitude and so disrespectful..I would rather go to an ATM than deal with their unprofessional attitude...I wish ATMs could do everything,,, but I'm sure soon everything will be automated and those employees will be sent home for good!!!

Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM): what do users think?
Dave kerner: Very slow. Teller not very helpful!
Amanda Krok: I give LESS THAN (1) ONE STAR.BOA is the most Hostile company I have ever encountered.
Raninmikhael: It’s “temporary closed” almost every time i go! It’s ridiculous!
Eric Shepard: Everytime I call any of the number, the 1800 number or each store, I'm constantly hung up on without even connecting. The very rare time I do get through, the prompts aren't what they say they are. It's beyond frustrating when trying to fix an issue or get a loan. They collect so much money and yet can't even have a working phone system. Wasted 3 hours of my time waiting and being transfered.
Jacqueline Fontana: Absolutely the rudest teller I've ever had the displeasure of having to work with. My husband and I recently married, went in with our gifts to ask advice on the best way to deposit all the numous checks, and we were belittled, loudly. The teller was even told by other customers that she was being rude and that we were only asking the proper procedures. Will consider my deposit elsewhere.
CG: If I could give Bank of America a zero I would. For the past week I have been searching for an open B of A branch, to deposit a sizable personal check. Unable to locate an open branch within a normal radius, I called the main customer service number and was told that I could deposit this check online. That didn't work. I found a branch open in Sterling Heights at 44100 Schoenherr Rd and stood in line for 1/2 hour. One teller on a Saturday at 11am, 4 people in front of me and a line out the door. The teller informed me that the other branches are closed, because other employees had covid. Is that why certain branches closed permanently and were knocked down? I work in a hospital and we don't close down when our coworkers get covid. Time to start looking for a more convenient, helpful and friendly bank!
TAP: It seems that all BOA branches are understaffed these days (way before Covid), no drive thru (really?), and tellers and managers seem to unhappy. Unfriendly and inefficient.
Trish Sapienza: called 6 times today, also retried several times per call. No answer. Can't tell if anybody works there.
aldina ketanovic: Service at this branch is extremely poor.
april: Every time I go in there the line is so long one teller and a wait about 15-30 to talk to an banker they ask you to go to another bank or make a appointment for a simple pin number! Not a good bank.
Anita Bhandare: Awesome branch with great staff. I worked with Anton Naber and he is the sweetest most helpful person I've met.
Dr. Scott Briggs, Broker, Attorney, Home Inspector: Mortgage representative, Linda Ottenbacher is dishonest. I submitted a loan estimate from NASB bank that had zero origination and processing fees and Linda said Bank of America would match it and offer no fees. She sent our official loan estimate and it is padded with useless and worthless fees that Linda said BOA would waive. Because of Linda, a hard pull was done on our credit. Everytime a hard pull is done, it lowers your credit some. Now we do have really good credit but still, she damages us a little by doing a hard pull under false pretenses. I would never had let her run our credit if she was not going to actually match NASB. Also, she is terrible at returning phone calls.
Daniel Kim: No enough staff
Steven Schebil: Awesome coustermer service, Sufia helped me out alot with some trouble I was having with over draft fees best bank around been a happy customer for over 10 years
Michael Shallal: The staff used to be very courteous and would greet the customer and guide them as soon as they walk in, recently this changed, now the customer has to chase after the staff at their desks. They look as a customer and ignore pretending to be on the phone.I will not be coming back to this location nor will I recommend anybody to this branch of Bank of America.
Jenna Grant: They were awesome from the greeter to the Manager Tim
Mary Page: My husband and I have been to this branch several times and the people are rude and do not want to help. The most recent encounter we had was when we went in to see our options for a mortgage but no one wanted to help us. They took our info and said they would call us the next day. No one ever called. If you want to use bank of America chose another location these people do not want to help you and obviously do not want your business.
Maranda Ayar: If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. The MANAGER Tim is beyond rude! The bank teller called him over to get a financial representative to take over with what I needed help with, he cut her off mid sentence and proceeded to tell me that I could not be helped today because both representatives had 11 o'clock appointments. Instead of asking me if I wanted to wait or come back a little later he stated that we would need to make an appointment another day. I stated that it was my only day off and today was the only day I could take care of this. He then stated we can try to have you come in a little later. Never ever had this issue in 10 years of having my account with BOA! Made me want to cancel my account with them. First time attending this location and will never return thanks to Tim.
Jodi Koontz: Middle of the day, CLOSED! Seriously?
sam yono: The worst of the worst. I've waited over 45 minutes to transfer money and to speak to a banker. They called the lady named Rita to help me out, she was helping a customer, the customer left and then she got on her phone and start giggling and laughing while I was sitting and waiting. She did not even acknowledge me know where that she came to say I'll be right with you. Where's management staff need to be retrain tied up profession with customer service
Eva Eya: Good
