Bankruptcy is tough and the stigma behind it is even tougher but he made me feel alright and comforted in a way. I knew exactly what was going to happen, when it was going to happen, and how it was going to happen. My bankruptcy was filed in May and I was discharged the beginning of August. Granted it all depends on what you have going on in your personal life. My debt was inherited. His fees are fair (my insurance covered everything but court costs...They only cover up to a certain amount) and he works with you! Also, his assistant was amazing. She is on top if it in constant communication with you and following up with the things that you need. She rock and may other assistants should take after her. I would highly recommend him for all bankruptcy filings and other legal matters.

I filed bankrupt with them back in 2018 they were not taking the money out of my account they said they were and Months had went by and it was not done finally they had me on auto pay for a few months.Then I asked for the info myself and started paying it. I asked the Receptionist what I still owed she said 500 something. I kept tract of all my payments I had paid 550. I called the Receptionist to ask if I still had a balance and she said it was 100 something so I paid that. Now here is 2021 and they saying I still owed 342. The last person I was working with he left so when I was e-mailing him I wasnt getting a response. so I had to keep calling the receptionist to find out my balance. I feel like if I still had a balance why wait 2yrs then Email me this? Scammers Never again with this company.

They waited patiently until I made up my mind to go forward with the bankruptcy. A staff even comforted me during tearful moments. Very compassionate people. I felt as if all the weight of life's baggages I collected along my journey suddenly fell off my shoulders. Tai Rad: I was referred by a co-worker , so off the strength of her word I called them and spoke with Stephen. Everything sound very good. I made a small deposit and was supposed to get a email with some instructions and etc believe it was called a welcoming letter or something. After I paid that deposit down I never received the email I just thought it’s Friday perhaps Monday it would get sent over. As I waited I look at the reviews for the law office which I should have done before agreeing to having them represent me. So now I’m a little concerned but yet willing to still move forward. I called Monday morning looking to speak with Stephen he was supposedly in court or something so I put on the phone with the paralegal I voice me concerns and also told her I didn’t get that email . She said she was sending that email right off to me and all I needed to do also would tell my lawyer to call for those concerns.I never received that email ! I called them back and I just told them I’m not going to move forward and the receptionist told me i can’t get my money back , there was no services done. If you choose to use them be careful I’m glad I didn’t put hundreds or thousands of dollars into this attorney

Ryan Carol: I was referred to John by a coworker, and honestly at first it was going alright. We talked about everything that needed to happen and was going to go on. He mentioned to me that because I was getting garnished, he could get the money back. We will do 50/50, their 50 would apply to legal fees and I’ll receive the rest after going to court. He NEVER told me that I had to complete and pay for multiple classes, but I did it to get the process done. I NEVER heard from them for over about 2 months except for once. Then they didn’t give me a call once receiving the check. Once I called and talked to John, EVERYTHING flipped. He stated that they get 50% of my check JUST BECAUSE, and that the other half is theirs because I have to apply that to what I owe them. Then when I said I don’t understand because that’s not what we talked about, He started to say their 50 was for lawyer fees. I again said I needed at least some because I’m pregnant and have two small kids, he then stated and I quoted “It’s okay, you’ll be getting your taxes”. I wish I haven’t gone through my process with him and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM.
