Joe Smith: We spent a lot of money remodeling our kitchen they ordered the wrong cabinets they installed our countertops crooked we had to have them pulled back out and re-leveled. The contractor was very nice but his work was not after the remodel we still have moldings that are popping off and the drywall repair to the ceiling as noticeable through the paint. The kitchen looks better than what it was but for the price it should’ve been perfect and it is not.

The price I felt like was fair, and staff was really nice.The downside they didn't communicate very well, told me they would call in the morning, and just kinda showed up later in the morning and said they'd fix it. The problem was none was home and they threw cigarettes and left chunks of stryofoam in the yard. Just wish they would've cleaned up better.

Brian Mikulka: I used this company for a insurance job in 2014. A tree landed on my house. They had to rebuild part of the roof structure and reroofed the entire house in November. In the summer of 2015 the roof developed a leak. They had to come back for a patch job and take care of the ceiling that was damaged by water. Now on August 1st of 2020, the roof is leaking again in the same area. Called and left a message with no call back as of yet. He has been easily accessible and timely in his follow up. Your Demo crew messed up my plumbing and I couldn't flush my upstairs toilet for over a week and the bathroom in the basement for over five days. No showers, toilets what a mess we had to go anywhere else to do normal daily bathroom activities. Over $1,600 to correct your mistake and yet you have re-inverse me for anything. You guys also cracked the wall on the other side of the bathroom wall and killed my grass in the backyard. Hope you are proud of yourself for taking advantage of a 68 year old woman. Brandy Lewis: So I'm disappointed that I have to share this poor review but wanted to share my experience. When I first contacted Jonny he was very responsive and set up a day to come give me an estimate quickly. I wanted him to repair my very small bathroom that was in really bad shape and also asked about replacing a maybe 4×2 foot section of floor directly outside of the bathroom. He quoted me at $4,000 to completely redo the shower, floor(bathroom and hallway), install a new vanity and install a new toilet. I decided to just have him redo the shower, floor in the bathroom and install a new toilet, which he quoted me at $2,000. Mind you this did not include replacing the vanity or doing any painting. A lot of people told me that was pretty expensive for the size of my bathroom but I wanted the repairs to be done correctly as I had waited a long time to have the bathroom redone. Due to the damage from the old shower head, they had to make a new hole in the wall to place a new one.When the repairs were done, I did a walk through while I was on the phone with Jonny before paying. I noticed that the hole where the shower head had previously been had not been patched. I mentioned this to him and he said he would come back and patch it when I was ready to paint. I agreed and paid him.I contacted him again in September to come back out and patch the hole. It took a couple days to get a response but he said "he would take care of me". A couple days later I asked when he could come out and he said later that week. Fast forward 10 days later and I have still not heard from Jonny so I messaged him again and got no response. 6 days later I messaged him and again, he did not respond. I messaged a day or so later and asked him why he was not responding and he said he told me he would come out "Sunday". That was on September 30th. On October 9th I asked which Sunday he was planning on coming out, to which he replied "This tuesday". At that point I was getting very frustrated at the lack of communication. I understand being busy but I am a paying customer and an acknowledgment was really all I wanted. He came out that Tuesday and when I got home and looked at the shower was caulk was very sloppily placed around the hole and was not patched. When I asked him what was going on he said he would have to come back out again and that was just to hold the patching in place....fine. TWO MONTHS LATER he came back and put the patch in place and said he would come back again after the holidays to finish it, which I said was okay.Shorlty after that, I was in my son's room one day, who's wall is directly behind the shower, and I took down a picture to find a hole the size of a softball or maybe slightly larger behind the picture. I was never told about this and I'm assuming because the picture was put back that they never intended to tell me about it. I asked Jonny what this hole was and if they were going to patch it and he said no because I needed an "access panel" in case I needed to make future repairs. I understand that I am not a contractor but there is no way I will ever be convinced that that is the way a professional contractor would make an access panel. Again, he said he would come out and repair the now 2 holes in my walls. It is now April 14th and I have not heard a word from him.I feel like because I didn't have thousands to spend on the remodel that I was never a priority to him. It shouldn't matter the amount that I am able to spend, I should still be treated with respect and the job should be finished in an acceptable manner. I was pretty heartbroken by this experience because I thought I had gone about this the right way when I contacted what I thought was not only a professional but from what his website advertises is a Christian family man.
