GG: I went to Bollywood Fashion to purchase a dress and a lengha for my first Indian wedding celebration. Tito, the owner, was great! He took the time to really teach me about the clothing, made great recommendations for colors and designs, and helped me match jewelry. He also referred me to a seamstress to help fit the clothing. Great customer service! So excited for the wedding.

L T: As I read the other poorly reviews about customer service, I agree with them and here I am adding another one. First impression walking in the store, there is no welcoming vibe that is felt. Noor was helpful with us.I guess the prices on their dresses change within a few days which is not professional. This store and secret 2 are not in the same page with prices & communication. I don’t understand how a dress magically increases a $100 more overnight when the dress itself was already pricey and mind you this dress wasn’t all that. I honestly thought it was very unprofessional and wrongful, how do you expect to make business or to even have people return to your stores when this is how it is. Anyways, you lost a customer and I highly don’t recommend this location.
Riyam T: Consistent with other reviews, my biggest problem with this store is plus size shaming! When we politely asked if there's a plus size of a dress they said this is the biggest they could go to, otherwise they'd have to "order a parachute!" This left my mother very sad and hurt. Moreover, I wear a size M and when I was holding a dress the owner looked at me and said "it won't fit!" They didn't even proceed to help me find my fit. I tried going there twice and unfortunately same experience!The owners are always on their phones and have no interest in customers.. unless they're loaded! The clothes are nice but please if you want customers you should consider their feelings and be more professional.

R Oym: This is only for the 14 mile location:Pros of this store: The dresses are nice and that is it.Cons of this store: Trash customer service. We walked in and the man did not greet us, we brushed it off. We then started to get agitated when he didn't ask us if we needed help, what size we were looking for, if we needed a fitting room, but made sure to help another customer and then proceeded to use his phone. This is the first time I have been treated this way and I have told all my friends and family to beware of this location. Bad customer service will tarnish a business, just a heads up.The 16 mile location is way better at serving customers and is helpful. I recommend that location only.

Teri Boyd: Secret Haute Couture is one of the BEST boutiques I have ever set foot in, if not the BEST in the Metropolitan Detroit area. They have a large selection of evening gowns and dresses in a variety of colors and I was more than delighted when I found the perfect Emerald Green Dress w/rhinestones lining the neckline (off the shoulder) and on the cuffs of the sheer sleeves. This was my first visit to Secret & my first purchase and I was very pleased w/my selection. The owner was very courteous & made sure that I felt welcomed in his store. I look forward to wearing my newly found "Secret" to my cousin's wedding next Saturday (June 26).
