Michael Marcil: I have been going here for about 5 years. I always have to go back after a service because a problem light goes off on my dashboard after I leave. Pretty disappointed that I always have to return a few days later to fix something they didn't fix right. They are pretty nice and fast but please do a better job ensuring everything is fixed before you send us on our way. I live an hour away and it's inconvenient. I've also gone there twice to change my tires but they didn't pull them from the warehouse so I had to reschedule. I hope my car is fixed without costing me extra money.

And I really didn't want to buy a car in person from a dealership - I wanted to buy from one of the 'on-line only' dealers - but the price on the used truck at Vyletel was too good to pass up. So I was expecting another bad experience of pushy sales people, price changing, being held hostage, and no post sale support.My experience could not have been more the opposite with Gino. From start to finish Gino made the purchase process transparent, appropriately informative, and most importantly - he delivered on everything he said he would do.I feel like I found that incredible hole-in-the-wall restaurant that no one else knows about....and while it may seem I am doing HIM some favor by posting this review - which he rightfully earned and deserves - I am actually doing YOU the favor.Don't change Gino - you are the good person every car buyer is hoping to find when they walk on a lot! Carolyn Stolarski: Matt did an incredible job with my deal. Everything was organized and ready to go upon my arrival on Monday and I was in and out in under 40 minutes! It has never been so simple for me to get a new lease and I truly appreciate the effort Matt and Todd put in to make sure it was a great experience.
Karina Beltramo: CAUTION- THEY DAMAGED OUR CAR ENGINE WHEN REPLACING THE STARTER AND REFUSE TO ADMIT ANY FAULT. We took our family vehicle in for a starter replacement to this facility. Prior to the starter issue, the car ran perfectly. My husband works from home and the car is parked in our driveway and never leaks oil and never had any issues. We bought it used in December 2022 and had it fully inspected at your facility (at vyletel) and we put a couple thousand miles on it. We had the car dropped off in the morning around 10 am. Vyletel replaced the starter and was suppose to perform a fuel injection cleaning as well. They got the car running again. We were called at around 1 pm and told that by Gina that the car was up and running. Then a couple hours later Gina calls again and tells us that our car is leaking oil all over the shop and needs an oil change now. Then an hour later the service manager Chris Lawson calls us and tells us that the tech seized our engine and ran the engine to failure and now we need a new engine. We now need a new engine because of the negligence of vyletel’s tech -running our engine to failure while the car was leaking oil. We have discussed this with Chris Lawson the manager but unfortunately he has been unable to help fix this issue. We are still out an engine on our car because Vyletel. We now have no family car. I have a toddler and a 1 month old baby and a growing family and we now have no family vehicle to transport our family together in. Vyletel refused to pay for the cost of the new engine. Money is tight right now and we cannot afford the thousands of dollars of a new engine. We live right across the street from vyletel. We would haveLoved to keep the relationship going as long customers. But we will never go to this dealership/shop ever again. We will tell all our friends to never go here. We are also still considering taking legal action for this negligence.Also.. this business is deleting their bad reviews. So you will not see the bad ones. How sad and dishonest.

IMANEKO: Sad but true, Vyletel has been disappointing the last few years. My husband and I have been repeat customers for a while, leasing two vehicles and additionally purchasing another. These exchanges have been ok - but when returning for service or presenting questions, it is minimal service, at best. Waits are long, and personal interactions are less than desirable. It appears to me that they are not interested in my business any longer; I am certain there’s others that are.

Theodore Hoag: Suburban VOLVO is the dealer at this address, and NOT all the other dealers shown in the photos or most of the other reviews. BE CARFUL when reading reviews, not all Suburban Collection dealers are the same. The Suburban Volvo dealer in the Troy motor mall is great. We have three Volvos vehicles, all purchase from Suburban Volvo in Troy. Some used and some new. We have also been using Suburban Volvo for over 12 years. We also have been using them for all our service. Been happy with both their service and sales staff. Over the years, staff have changed and we have worked with many different employees and we have always had good support at Suburban Volvo. Everyone will have issues with their Vehicles, regardless of brand or model. We have been able to find equable solutions when we have disagreed with Suburban Volvo.

Pray Surburban Troy cadillac dealership brings my balance to common sense $0.
