G L: Since the owner asked for a review, here's mine so hopefully things will change. Change machine didn't dispense quarters on me once , and was not working another time. Water leaking from the overhead hose in one bay, I had a wash as well as my car. The last minute warning is not audible in at least two bays. 10-15 second delay before foam comes out of the brush. Tire cleaner options dispense mostly water. Yes, I am aware it's "only" $3 but it ends up being $12 because of one thing or another and for that money I can have someone wash it for me.

Always Right: Great local car wash that does a good job. It's a small business so they close early but super convenient when I need it. Fair rates with a couple guys at the end to dry the car off. Not sure how the main person who preps the car takes time off as he's always there! I appreciate this car wash!

Michelle W: If I could give 0 stars I would. Went on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 in the afternoon to get a car wash. When you drive around the back to the "entrance" of the drive thru car wash, it has the hours posted on a sign (so they were open and seen a few cars there) with the prices for the car wash as well. The garage-like door was closed and I sat there for a minute, then blew the horn and still nothing, went around to the front where the cars come out at and that door was open but I didn't see anyone. Not sure how they operate but I left disappointed wasting my time TRYING to get a car wash....

Noticed scratches on my hood and other areas of my brand new Jeep, took to manager Nik today for him to look at, was told that “his “ car wash did NOT put scratches on my Jeep. His car wash no one gets scratches period ! Basically called me a liar! Did not offer anything to help with my situation. I would like the owner of this car wash to contact me to discuss what is going to get done about these scratches!I want a refund for the month I purchased!! I paid for this place to scratch up my new vehicleNik is not a good example of a manager, had a reason for every scratch I showed him with a smirk on his face. Would not give me the owners email told me he didn’t have a email, yeah ok.Even a piece of the material got caught in my headlight.

Jeremy West: This is the only place I take my truck to for an excellent and thorough wash.Includes a manual prewash with hand brushes and they do a great job with towel drying when you exit.They use an excellent product for their tire shine.I'm always very satisfied with the results.Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bisma Rana: I was pulling into the car wash and the guy who collects money (Mark) told me to steer my wheel to the right. I continued to steer it as he indicated to me, and then he randomly started screaming and throwing a fit. I rolled my window down to ask what was wrong and he proceeded to aggressively grab my steering wheel and started hitting it, exclaiming “you’re doing it wrong!!!!!!”I proceeded to tell him that he can communicate this in a calmer manner, to which he screamed that he couldn’t because I could have “ruined his business” with the way I steered my wheel. The fact that he felt comfortable enough to scream and hit my car in the manner he did makes me heavily concerned for the safety of others.

The Man who collects the money who also gives us instructions to go through the car wash was beyond disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. He informed me if I wanted the $3 wash it can only be paid in cash or else $5 and up with a credit card.. I politely told him I don’t have cash but I’ll pay with my credit card. He takes my card tells me to go through. Two men proceeded to wash my car. A few minutes later the guy who took my card tells them to stop washing my car and he informs me that his credit card machine is down. He asked me again if I have cash I told him from the beginning I do not. He rudely tells me back up and asks the few cars behind me to reverse so I can get out. I was very displeased by his actions. As he is telling me to back up my car, the person behind me offered to pay for my car wash and I appreciate the person that offered but at that time I was very upset and just wanted to get out of there. I will never come back to this place.

I sent two e-mails through their web site (one 3 weeks ago and another last week) and still have not received a response on how to cancel my monthly subscription. Honestly the wash facility is good and have been satisfied with their service, but why is canceling so difficult. Now I am cautious to even continue doing a subscription wash with them in the future with my other car.

I called almost two weeks ago to figure out what the $29 charge was. I was told that someone would call me back. Haven’t received a call back and now I can’t get through on the phone to them.
sebreaz1: Been going here since the place opened. Recently however, the washes have been mediocre to non existent at best. Not once but twice within the last month I paid $14 for the rain-x wash and tire shine. No soap dropped, no wax dropped, tire shine didn't even come on, and the drying system was barely working. If I'm gonna pay $14 for a wash I expect to get what I paid for. Dropping the ball a little bit guys

Michael Kohn: Fast, easy, inexpensive, high quality.I was referred here by a co-worker who said they do a great job, so I signed up for the monthly unlimited plan. The monthly plan here was much cheaper than the previous car wash I had been using. The employee who signed me up was very prompt, helpful, and friendly. This wash is equipped with an easy to use kiosk, so all I have to do is pull up and the kiosk scans the small barcode inside my window to let me through.As for the wash quality, it is fantastic. My nasty jeep comes out perfect every time. I also have a rhino lined hood, which typically does not come out very clean from other car washes, but this one is able to get it spotless.
