Viscount is reliable and we would never go anywhere else and recommend this company hands down.

As others have mentioned, the staff can be quite rude and condescending, but they are close to my home and frankly, I just want to pick up my products and go so I don't let it bother me much.This time though... this time I went in with a water sample because my pool was green. The 2 seasoned employees blew me off completely and sent me over to the very young man that is new there. He told me that my pool sample was fine, nothing wrong with the water. I showed him a picture of my dark green pool. He proceeded to sell me a $30 bottle of clarifier that did not work. What a waste of my time and money!! I will be going elsewhere from now on.

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in many areas and even came to out to help us the next day, which we really needed since we are new home owners with a pool and have Zero experience with. Thank you Rudy to the rescue! Everyone at viscount is helpful and nice. I highly recommend Rudy as he took the time to explain everything to us to better understand things when it comes to taking care of our pool. (Definitely 5 + stars !)

They applied a new table cover and new pockets in the process per my request, it is now outstanding and we love it. If we wanted to keep the same cover, they are that good, but, we wanted to change the table color to black. They were professional, friendly, polite and they completed the work in timely fashion. I’ve been so blown away by Michaels knowledge and skill I can’t even put it into words. This pool table is very dear to me. It belong to my grandfather, then my father, whom we lost in the pandemic. This is the table that I my father learned to play on, and that not only myself, but my children also learned to play on. To look at it is like catching a glimpse of him still on this earth. Michael understood how important this table is to me and took great care with it as if it was his own with equal personal value to him. There were many hiccups along the way due to its age. Michael was very upfront, honesty and fair regarding unforeseen obstacles and unknown repairs needed to restore it to its former glory. I will never be able to truly put into words how great it was to work with him and his children to finally bring dads pool table home. Thank you Michael a million times over for your amazing service and all your care and hard work. It is truly appreciated.

Brian A.: We recently purchased an Inground pool and were told to test the pool water every week. We started by testing the water at Viscount Pools and what a mistake! The guy running the store was very impatient with us and when we asked questions he seemed annoyed. We were the only ones in the store so I’m not sure why he seemed so rushed. We called him to make sure we were doing everything right (this was the first time putting chemicals in the pool) and again he sounded annoyed and rushed. Definitely don’t recommend viscount pools for your water testing needs.

Phil Spuhler: If you are looking for a pool go no further! Head to Viscount in Chesterfield and see Lauren or Anthony. Both are highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. No pressure sales here just explain or options and allow you to pick. They will not steer you wrong. Oh and also on top fantastic pricing! Overall it was a great process!

I made the purchase and took it home only to find out after flicking the on switch several times my old one came to life. I took the new one back within 10 minutes and was sold sorry we usually don’t take returns for those. At no point during my purchase was I told all sales were final or I would have went somewhere else.

A couple of weeks ago we had a. Problem with our chlorinator as well as our jets in the pool. We thought we were going to have two call out someone to fix it. I went in the store for a water check and was telling Maddie and Dillon W. about our issue not only did they help explain thing to me in the store, I was still having difficulties so I called and they both walked me through it. rj magiera: I was shopping for a 12x24 oval pool in May of 2020 with very little luck. I contacted Pools and Spas a Go GO in Utica and spoke with the owner Steve. He consulted me about the versatility of going with a round pool instead of an oval. Luckily, he had one 21' Sharkline pool available.... kinda. With all the Covid shutdowns it took a few weeks to completely get the order full, but throughout the whole ordeal, Steve and his staff were not only very accommodating, but also professional. We installed in late June and of course there were small hic-cups to overcome but again, Steve and his staff were always available to assist. I highly recommend PSGG and look forward to doing business with them for years to come!

We got home and had the pool back up and running in no time where other shops would have taken several days. Entire staff is friendly and always look forward to their spring pool opening savings.
christina doran: I was having major issues with poor water flow and we thought we needed a new pump. I spoke with Steve from the Shelby location and he was a massive help. I was prepared to replace all the old equipment I have just so I could be certain that we would be able to use the pool all season. Steve was able to help me troubleshoot the problem and save me $2k in unnecessary equipment and repairs. He was patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and followed up. Very pleased with the service I get whenever I go into the store!!
David Joseph: Covid shopping: demand is high and supply is low! Sales was great explaining and pricing options. Radiant appears to be great on paper but the cost ($20k) and install ($8-10k) became quickly unrealistic. Ended up going with a Doughboy which has all the features we wanted (partial bury) and affordable price point.
