Denise B: This place has terrible wait times. They don’t value your time at all. I was told that there was going to be a 30-35 minute wait because they were short staffed. After waiting 1.5 hours, I went to follow up with the front desk to see how much longer it would be. The response I received was “they don’t like us going back there to check.” After insisting because it’s already been 1.5 hours, she finally went to check only to come back to tell me they they just started processing my order and it’s going to be another 15 minutes or so. They really do not value you as a patient or your time. Go elsewhere if possible.

Sarah Sanders: You can't claim to be able to care for children and adults with special needs..... Then leave everyone in a position of getting hurt. Today was absolutely horrible for my son that is autistic and cognitively impaired. I had one nurse plug her ears as my son was struggling. She came to help hold him and then kept letting go of his ankles. Flat out told me that she was too scared of him. They left to get other help as I struggled in the room alone with my son for over 10 minutes. They won't board or send us over to the emergency side for safer care. My son has some real heath concerns and he has to have his blood taken now more often...... I have asked if I can call ahead so that they can be ready with proper care... A staff that won't disrespect my child with special needs by plugging her ears. That's a no! "Because they have staff that can help." NOT TRUE AT ALL!It's extremely sad to watch Beaumont drop the ball on the special needs community this way.

Shashikant Shah: We had a very bad experience today with the registration. Wife and I asked to pull out only one order from the computer but she pulled out unnecessary tests from computer and ended up waiting for more than 1 hour in registration area. People behind us finished and left while we were waiting. This was happened because of registration inefficiency and this was not happened for the first time.

Christopher Biddle: I have been getting labs drawn regularly since 2018, when I had a major health scare. I used to go to the lab at the Shelby medical mall until it closed. I tried a Sterling Heights location, and it was OK - not great, not terrible, but OK. (I might be a bit biased, because I loved the medical mall lab). One time after the medical mall lab closed, I went to the lab at Lakeside. I gave the tech my right had, where I normally have labs drawn - the only place where I have good veins, and she said that the Lakeside location had a policy against drawing from hands. It had to be drawn from the arm, or I would have to go somewhere else. I have never heard of this. Just about every time I had blood drawn prior to my current situation, they ended up drawing from my hand because that was where my best veins were. Do not go to this location if you have poor vein access, or if you do, check to see if they have changed that ridiculous policy yet.

Kathy Alexander: I've been getting my blood drawn here every week for almost a year. The very nice lady that checks you in, even knows my name when she sees me. The blood draw always goes well and I usually don't have much of a wait.
