North Clinton River Park: what do users think?
lizzie dizzle: I literally brought a picnic basket and sat by the river! What a beautiful place! I walked for about 10 minutes through the trails and instantly found a nice place to relax. I saw some benches on my walk too. I am sure there's lots more to explore, so I can't wait to come back. The sun was shining so warm and pretty through the trees. I could hear woodpeckers and see animal footprints! Definitely worth checking out!
Uncle Friday: Great view and nature walk
Lisa (The Sterling Critic): It’s a long bumpy ride into this park but it connects to lots of trails, the kayak ramp, a playground and around the corner is the nature center. This is a great place to go to unwind or spend the day in the park alone or with family.

Avon Nature Area: what do users think?
Crimson Commuter: Doesn’t allows pets
Andrea Laurain: No dogs or bicycles. Clinton River and wooded area, elevations and simply gorgeous. Turned the day into a 2.66 mile hike through. Loved every second.
R Pierson: One of the worst trails I have seen. I did only go on the lower level. I was so lost and there was no signs. Or maps. I turn around and had to go back the way I came. I Will try upperlevels next time. But someone should mantance the trails it be nicer Also not good for little ones.
N Palus: Beautiful.
FriedChicken: Good access to the Clinton river. I see some people walk their dogs or just enjoy the environment and fishing too, but be careful of the woods in the water. There are a lot of fallen trees in the water that your lure can get caught on
Greg Beeman: Lots of mosquitoes but a really nice place
Ashley Howard: Love it here!
Anuya Varde: We took a small trail walk , it was a good nature walk ( very close to nature along with many mosquitoes)
Cynthia Williams (Cynmarie143): Lots of mosquitoes. Wear your bug spray
anup sharma: Good place for short hiking. Maintenance is Ok.. its not crowded. May be it will soon for summer? There is no restroom. Can do fishing I think. Saw a sign board..
Alezae Longfin: The trails are very well kept and it's very beautiful. I stop there two three times a week for my lunch break
Emmalynn Boulton: The place was very neat, a little noisy because it was so close to the road. There were very cute ducks! Very nice place to walk through.
Ankita Guha: So serene and peaceful
Marianne Haines: Nice place
Dennis Reading: Surprise, I met my son and family here. There were birds and deer on the trail and the trail was clear and walking not to difficult to traverse the trails. Nice streams with small rapids here. More than 1 trail and different distances and levels of difficulty. Signage explanation for the trails was not explained very well. There are some benches for rest or just relaxing to watch for wildlife and stairs where needed for elevation. Not good for wheelchair or handicapped movement. I did not see any signage for restrooms here. Will check next time. Worth more than 1 trip.
Jalyssa Fannin: Beautiful and peaceful
Ratandeep Singh Kukreja: Short but beautiful trail.
A C: Beautiful little nature walk. There was deer wood trucks Chipmunks a lot of neat nature
Kyle M: Well maintained trail. Easy hiking with the paths. Been there 2 times in 10 days. Great place!
Rajesh Kumar: No maintenance, very less crowd . But good for small trail walk. A small stream give a scenario beauty
Sarah Carter-Wallace: Very nature. Such wow.

Parrotzville The Bird Store/ surrender: what do users think?
Steve Santore: We had a great experience with everyone while making our visits. Knowledgeable friendly. And most importantly they care about the birds first.
AstroGummi: Amazing bird rescue! Super nice bird rescue and they let you interact with the birds if youre polite!
Cramy: Rob is a very smart and kind man. Highly recommend this guy
Rigomortez Zetro: Professional knowledgeable affordable doesn't get better than that. These birds need homes! Go get you a feather baby. What are you waiting for!?
Kathy Morgan: Such a nice clean store and the people are so nice. They take really good care of all the birds.
Baja Gryphon: My favorite place I come here and look around hopefully not being too annoying it's very comforting to see and interact with the birds hoping to get my perfect bird here when they come
OMG! Becky: I found this gem on accident and could not be more thankful!!! I went in wanting a cockatoo but left with so much more!!! I had so many questions and Ann took her time ( literally every single time I came in) to answer all of my questions and to guide me in the right direction! I did not get a cockatoo, however I did adopt a Green Cheek Conure and could not be happier!!!! I made several visits and spent time bonding with “Cuddles”. All of the staff I talked to was full of information and eager to help with any questions I had. This rescue truly cares about the birds they have in their care. I will be using Parrotzville for all my boarding needs when I do take a vacation!!! Cuddles and my Chicky Nug will be in this summer for some grooming ❤️ Thank you Parrotzville staff for everything! You all are truly amazing.
faygoforthejuggalo: Super knowledgeable and friendly Josh enlighten me on how much work some of these birds are great store
nancy podkowa: Talked at length with one of the employees who made me feel that they really love to take care of these birds. They are great.
Kimberly Schatz: I love going in and seeing all the beautiful birds. Since my mom passed it cheers me up when I see and talk to them. I even adopted 2 brothers from there and I'm glad I did.
Dre M: Amazing rescue! They do beaks, nails, and wings. We travel from Ohio to board our U2 here. If you're coming here to see the birds just keep in mind, they can't touch them and you can't take photos or videos. This isn't a free petting zoo, nor should it be. These birds are either people's pets or need to be taken care of and Parrotsville treats them well.
bunny Chitwood: beautiful birds and super friendly staffthe birds I surrendered were super happy there and laying eggs
Janae Robichaud: Was very clean and nice. Workers clearly care for the birds very well.
Christine Lovell: Staff is very informative about there birds. They also remember and take very good care of your birds when they are in there care even when they are being groomed.
Tokejotti: Parrotzville is like heaven on earth for bird lovers; but it’s not just the birds that have an abundance of love to share. The staff & owner had me in tears of joy regarding their knowledge & eagerness to help me! Not only did I purchase a little 5 month old Lovebird Parrot… I became a Parrotzville member with benefits. In also certain, my little one will be in good hands when it’s time to board him on holiday. Thank you Parrotzville. My happiness appreciates you. If you love nature & have a heart to donate, please do. Their work is amazing & priceless.
viri: The owners here are amazing people! I went to get my bird’s wings clipped, and they told me all about how to improve my care for my bird, and told me many tips and tricks on how to fix issues I was having! They are very kind, and extremely helpful
Angie Person: Decent, clean, but this is a rescue with the same guidelines as other rescues. Not a store.
scott McBain: What an Amazing place. I had Great experience.🐦
s AINT 13: Needed to have my birds groomed was very fast enjoyed interacting with the birds while I waited staff was friendly and helpful
M for Maniac: WOW what a wasted drive the owner is completely paranoid about COVID. Will NOT let anyone in unless you make an APPOINTMENT. Drove across town and he wouldn't let me in said he's worried about the COVID numbers. WOW what paranoia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Janis Blaskowski: They take such good care of so many birds. Just loved all the talking birds. They everything you need, very educational people.

Drayton Plains Nature Center: what do users think?
Danielle Hawkins: This is a great park for nature lovers. It has trails that wind around the large ponds in the center. There's always a gaggle of ducks and geese, especially in the summer, along with many other avian varieties. I absolutely love it! Dogs are allowed but please pick up after them! This place is beautiful and it should stay that way.Playground: There's no playground.Restrooms: There is an outhouse next to the parking lot.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed, but you must pick up after them.Picnic area: There are picnic tables located by the parking lot.
opBreAnne Upcott: Awesome Place!!! My Mother helped create this place, I remember as a kid going there and seeing the inner workings. This will date us for sure and tell you how long this Nature Center has been nurturing Children and Adults. I was in my pre teen and early teen at the time, I am now 62 years old and my Mother is 97 and still kickin' it!!
