When the tech was here he laughed and said no the gas to the fireplace is an additional job. $299 for that plus the $99 visit. I was very clear when I spoke to the lady okay so it's $99 for him to come, shut off the gas, check the AC and if somethings wrong with the AC that will be extra. She said YES. She lied to me on the phone. I was told one thing from her and another from the tech.
