2nd & Charles: what do users think?
C Wilton: Love this place the environment the people Ian, Denise, Jerry, and a few others I'm sorry I completely forgot their names. They are the best I come from across the county to see them sometimes 2x a week. Thanks Asa. They turned me onto them.
Rachel Roberts-Lucy: The selection here is fantastic! The only thing I didn't care for was the lighting. It's pretty dark in there, especially in the manga section. Overall, I had a good experience and will come back to look again
Lynzie Who: One of our favorite places to mosey around and browse on the weekend. Decent prices and trade-in credit. Not sure if they still have a coffee shop, but I'm grateful for the plant-based milk options
Gustavo Camarena Ramos: Tienen de todo a buen precio
Tene Stone: The used book section is great!
Justin Gray: I love resale opportunities. 2nd and Charles is a friendly store that seems to do well with the used books. Wife and I go here semi-regularly. Do yourself a huge favor and become familiar with their deal days. Find out what you want to look at and go on the corresponding day.
Crystal Rose: Amazing selections, friendly staff, cool
Michael Baker: Was better when they had more seats.
Manny “Manchete”: Always a good time. I usually come here for comics, Graphic Novels, and collectibles and rarely leave disappointed.
brandt lippincott: We love the selection. It's hard not to find something interesting there.
Rob Weatherly: Huge with so much to see and buy! Loved it!
Crimson Little: Dangerously amazing show! Had subverting for everyone
David Harp: Fun store, tons of media, 😛.
bsee89: Essentially a toy store for any nerdy adult like myself.
Kevin Palmer: Always great staff and selection of books and just cool stuff
K. H.: Love this place so much! Fantastic children's area and great adult finds too.
Jason Lyons: Great store for second hand books, movies, comics, and music.
Smuggler’s Cargo Toys and Collectibles: are used to really like going to this place but all it is now is a company that clearly buy stuff at retail and then just sells it at their store for increased price. Half of the items they have in the store I can go out and get anywhere else, and cheaper. I also noticed that the manager or an employee at this one likes to go buy things from five below in Gabes, and then put it in their store to sell. And what things they have that are collectibles that are older or just not available in stores anymore or so grossly overpriced when you can get for them on places like Mercari and eBay.
Joanne Peters-Waterworth: Goid selection
Melissa Hader: My boys love it here.
Nardo: I learned of this place from a YouTube channel. What I didn't learn was music, books, movies, games, collectables, comic books and more. This place is amazing. They did for everyone. Anime? Yup. Candy? Yup. Funko pops? Yup. Video games? Yup. Vinyl? Yup. It's a huge store with so much going on. And I found out there is another location in Auburn hills.

Barnes & Noble: what do users think?
Kayla Koss: I have never had a bad experience ever at a Barnes And Noble so I can't believe I'm writing this. I went with a friend to pick out books for us to read together during the summer and the first set were not priced. The lady who looked the price up was rude and seemed annoyed at doing her job so I went to the service desk and asked if they did price match and let my friend know that yes, they do price match which is cool! We get to the register after browsing for awhile and the lady who had checked the price of the two books for me earlier rung me out and an older lady rung out my friend and their partner and both ladies were extremely RUDE. They said they didn't know how to price match and that the price in store was better than online which was false. The very sweet lady from the service desk who was the manager on shift came to help and after she left, the older lady huffed loudly at us.
Rob: Bought a book from a nice lady at the register, I will for sure go back!
Billy Garcia: It was great, I'll go there from now on, very friendly staff to help you. Thank you.
Tene Stone: My son loves going here. I prefer used book stores.
Trevor Diehl: Love the coffee shop, and I always find at least one book I want here
Emily Brewer: I could live here.
m scott: There is a Starbucks inside
Lynn Allison: Clean organized and nice staff.
Edward Thiel: Great place to get Starbucks and buy magazines and books at a discount.
Mark & Cindy Charbonneau, Realtor Realty Executives: Hadn't been in years...what a cool book store, and more.
fred diparvine: Very nice place. Friendly staff.
Dan Pieniak: Great section of magazines. And love all the discounted books
Karen Hopman: I haven't been in a bookstore in a couple of years. My kids are graduated and I have limited time to read but just as soon as I walked in the store, the smell of books is so unique and familiar. It was so great to just walk around and look at everything again. I actually bought 2 travel books as well as a gift for my niece. If you haven't been here in a while, go back!!!
Mythical Dreams: Cozy place with lots of book selections and a nice Starbucks Café to sit and read in. This place brings peace to my mind, not a thing I would change :)
Marino Santi: Great time taking the kids. They had lots of options for ages 7-10 so they were in heaven. They even asked to stay and read what they bought when they saw others reading there.
B. Anne: Lack of seating post-COVID makes the store impersonable, not the best corporate or managerial decision for a struggling retail enterprise.
frank wessel: Always friendly and they have what you are looking for.
Nicole Koss: Was super grateful they had the book I was looking for... a guided journal called, "My Grandmother's Story". I knew they had it at one point but couldn't find it anywhere. A team member checked their stock internally, proving they had it, but wasn't out on the floor, so they checked their stock in the back. Thankfully, they just got a shipment in! Even the website said they were out. Moral of the story... always ask. My 4 star review is sadly due to the bathrooms being a shocking disaster. Wet, toilet paper everywhere and no soap. Yuck. I'll still be back, grateful for all bookstores, no matter.
Lynn K: It's always nice going into a book store. I do miss the sporadic chairs and benches throughout the store to sit and browse.
James Tomlinson: Good BooksGood Service
A. Carina Spears: A friend's daughter was lamenting the loss of some of her favorite classics. With it being close to the turning of the year, another friend and I went looking for the large compilations Barnes and Noble often puts out around Christmas. We could find one book, but not the other. Since it was on their website, we were able to order the sets we wanted through the checkout line and have them mailed directly. The shocked thank you when they came in from the daughter was priceless.(Of course we found a few things we liked for ourselves on the trip as well. It is a book store after all.)
