Colleen Dickey was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely polite and patient with all my questions. I had scheduling conflicts that prevented me from going into the shop in person but Colleen made sure to communicate my choices for cover selection and even sent me a template to approve before moving forward with the process. She worked around my schedule when it came time for me to pick up the finished product and the craftsmanship was outstanding. You can tell that there is real passion that goes into each piece that Tessmer produces. My mom absolutely loved her gift and couldn't believe that we had it custom bound with such attention to detail.I know that I will be using Tessmer bindery for all my future book binding needs and would urge whoever reads this review to do the same!

He gives independent and small businesses a bad name.
