Karoline Ferraz: I've never thought about coming to a gym 5 times a week and on Burn I want to go even more, like twice a day or so. This is how much I love being there. The energy in this place is unbelievable it makes you feel so powerful. They thought about everything in there, from the signs on the wall to a childcare so, Mamas, grab your kid and come have fun with them. My kids absolutely love it too. The trainers are excellent, they assist everyone and make us feel comfortable doing everything. Evan is the trainer that doesn't let you to stop moving and his energy is contagious so watch out for the days that he is coming. Alyssa is always on a good mood that is contagious too. Ava keeps telling us to "feel the burn" and she is right, I felt it and it's good. Jen will make sure you understand the assignment and give you extra tips. They all will want your best and challenge you on your way. It's an amazing community, I'm glad I found Burn Boot Camp Troy.

Steve Holmes: I cannot recommend this group exercise MORE! It is an all-inclusive gym; all fitness levels are welcome and made to feel welcome. The trainers are kind and encouraging. It’s 45 minutes with class mixes of all weights or conditioning or both. I have gotten stronger and healthier by attending.

If you value your health and want to get back in shape this is the place to go they offer 7 day free trials, free childcare with membership, an extremely supportive community of women and the fitness program is phenomenal. By going here I retrained my habits and went from never working out to working out 6 days a week, eating healthier, treating myself better in terms of mental state, and just overall improved physical and mental well being. Even after leaving my habits continue and there is not one day that I don't want to go back, I just cant afford the process at the moment. If its within your budget this is the place to be.

The workouts are different every day so it never gets boring and there are always modifications depending on your fitness level. Seriously, this is a gym for any fitness level. Do not feel intimidated to come in because you aren’t fit enough and don’t think the workouts won’t be hard enough because you are super fit. Finally, it’s really nice to work out in an all women’s gym where there aren’t any creepers:).

I am an avid marathon runner but had always struggled with getting myself to do any sort of strength training so when I saw the Groupon, I asked my sister if she wanted to go, she agreed and we bought it! We at first were intimidated to start coming as we did not know what to expect / what the environment would be like. That anxiety was quickly eliminated as every single trainer - Bianca, Alyssa and Emily - were SO welcoming and excited to have us. The other women are welcoming and always willing to help too. The workouts are killer! We are consistently challenged week in and week out. They walk you through the entire workout every time as well as provide modifications for all exercises. To anyone considering Burn, do it! I promise you won’t regret it!
Ms Davis: Love, love, love them here! It's an amazing gym! The trainers are very enthusiastic and attentive to each person. And they help you to push yourself harder. But, they don't make you feel bad if you have to do a modification of a move. They recommend you go at a pace that's good for you! I recommend everyone to go. They establish a friendly environment and encourage team work. They also encourage you to encourage your fellow workout mates. It's just a nice vibe here! You will definitely see results.

Chloe Reed: I'm a stay at home mom and lead an extremely busy life so I have to make time in my day to workout. I did some research and came across the Adventure Bootcamps. I didn't think I could commit to something like this but because they have such early morning hours I was able to fit it into my day. I love how energetic I feel after those morning workouts. I've only done one of their boot camps so far and I'll plan on going back in a few months.
Jenivie McKevit: I used to play tennis for my college team and it has been years and I still play often but I wanted to ad something something extra to keep me in shape. I had a few of my friends mention the Adventure boot camps and they convinced me to sign up for one of their one month camps.When I was younger I could stay in shape by just playing tennis and now I feel like I need to do something extra to keep playing. This boot camp is just what I needed right now.The workouts are very intense and the special attention we get in our group was perfect. I also wanted to mention that David Krainiak is great, he really knows his stuff and he inspires confidence.

Melinda Losano: Week two of going here and already love it! It's 30 minutes of non stop moving and the workouts change daily. It's a little on the pricey end but it's worth it if you are looking for a fun, quick, new way of getting out of the boring gym and wanting to get in shape. Especially if you are like me and you are absolutely terrible at figuring out what you should do at the gym beside getting on a treadmill and picking random machines to workout on. They did allow me to come in for a free trial before I decided to sign up. So if you're nervous about signing up and hating it just call and see about that free day trial, definitely make sure you check the hours of operation, and ask about pricing.

The coaches; Nicole, Jenn, Amber, and Cristina motivate and encourage us during every class. They ensure we're doing the exercises correctly and safely. After every workout, I leave feeling great physically and mentally. Every member is paired up with a coach to provide one-on-one help/encouragement even when you're not at the gym. I have joined and cancelled countless gyms but my friend recommended FBBC because they are 30 minute workouts that really make you sweat! I hated going to the gym and being there for an hour and half and feeling lost and not sure what to do. At FBBC, its like being in a workout video and I love it! I don't have to think about what I need to do today at the gym because it is planned out for me! The coaches are there to motivate you and help you along the way with your goals. Dawn Barth: The staff is amazing at making sure you have the correct form, so there are no injuries. They have each made it a point to introduce themselves and create a personal experience for each and every one. At first I thought 30 minutes isn’t enough time, but let me tell you, they pack so much in that’s about all you can take. Amazing workouts!! I also love that they keep the music lively and have a pretty good mix! I even heard some Pantera and Rammstein today, which I appreciate. I have definitely recommended them to others!

deboramagnoliluz: I have been coming to this gym for 4 months now. My cardiologist recommended me cardio and resistance exercises. I came for health reasons and ended up learning so much about nutrition, exercise and other healthy tips. I lost more than 8 pounds and I feel so more energetic and confident! I am losing all my old clothes now, as you can see in the picture. Haley, my personal trainer, helped me to gain so much knowledge and encouraged me so many times I thought I couldn't do it. She always believed in me. This is my first experience with personal training and I loved it! She is THE BEST! The Edge Strong classes are so fun and you really work out hard. I bring my kids here when they don't have school, they always hve a good time at the kids care. I recommend the Step and cardio dance classes too!

She will push you to your best and offer advice, explain the weight loss process, food/diet impact, exercise form very well. She is very disciplined and keep training fun too.
Kathleen Watkins: I tried to cancel my membership. I was told due to Covid it was extended until my 2 year contract ended. I was reassured it would not automatically renew. I went in a second time and again my billings would stop when my contract was up. I was continually being charged. I went in yesterday and was told I had to put it in writing and it takes 30 days. I am SO mad. Not once did the staff on the other two occasions tell me it had to be in writing. Just stealing peoples money. 👎
John Slayton: I work out there 3-4 days a week for a year and a half and I live on 8mike that's a half hour to an hour ride there and back now you may ask "WeLl BiG jOhN ThErEs An EdGe FiTnEsS iN wArRaN WhY dOnT yOu Go ThErE" to that I say mind ya buisness, their staff is boring. I love the staff in sterling heights I even work out with some of them In their off time they're super and willing to answer any and all questions or even demonstrate exercises to help with your form. If you have the money personal training is a good idea I've lost 120lbs with mine, if thats out of the price range the edge strong classes are a great happy medium ngl I almost prefer the classes intensity and if all ya want is a base membership aye showing up is half the battle!!

Ashley Walker: DON’T JOIN THIS GYM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TRAPPED! I joined this gym and a year later had to move and there’s no edge locations by me. I tried multiple times to cancel and they made it impossible and would not allow me too even though I provided proof of address change. They stopped reaching out to me then a year later I was sent to collections with a balance of over 300 dollars. I fought to fight it even had proof and they still would not let me. They said “oh you can join again and we will waive it” why in the hell would I join again when I live 45 minutes away?! So I can be trapped in an agreement all over again??? I have never dealt with a gym like this. I 100000% do not recommend going here.
sacred_andy: This is the nicest gym by far in the metro Detroit area, it has the widest variety of machines, is the cleanest and also has the nicest workers. 5 stars any day of the week.
Alex Wasik: This gym has gone downhill so quickly, the bathrooms are falling apart, no body cleans in there and there’s never any soap. A portion of the lockers have broken hinges, people leave their trash on the counters in the locker room even though there’s a trash can. People leave their weights around instead of putting them back, cushions are ripped on a lot of machines. Ropes for Tricep pull downs are destroyed. They should invest more into cleanliness.

She always has a smile on her face and is excited to see everyone just for showing up! Lauren greets everyone with such a big smile and is always willing to help.
Katie Dailey: If you're looking for a person trainer, Haley Reed is your girl. She is extremely knowledgeable not only with workouts but nutrition too. She makes you work that's for sure but keeps you motivated in such a way that makes you want your goal more than you did when you started. I was two years postpartum and needed someone who would help me get back to a healthier me and she did just that. I can't recommend her enough. Edge Fitness overall is a great gym and I am happy to be member there.

She does not judge at all! I have lost weight, but more importantly, I have gained strength, mobility, and confidence working with her. The gym itself is ok. The staff is friendly and encouraging and you get good value for your money.

Peyton is a phenomenal personal trainer, I love his style of training!Extremely dedicated to getting results and tailors workouts to your individual needs and goals. Would definitely recommend both of them! Also they have the nicest front desk around, always greeting me when I walk in and out and they are all really good at making smoothies. Really great atmosphere I’m happy I made the switch from my old gym.
