They got my delivery wrong one week, and then missed it completely the next week. Look elsewhere if you want dependability.

This is a small business to support the water system they have is reverse osmosis they help you fill all the jugs and cap it. It's very clean. They can sterilize huge 5 gallon jugs for you and they have a special system where the first time they'll give you 12 free gallons. The owner Steve is absolutely wonderful I am thrilled to have found this new place to fill my jugs. Do not get your water anywhere else ! Yahoo !!!

T Brown: Fuller Life Water is some of the cleanest filtered water in the Michigan area. I have been a customer for about 2 years since I was diagnosed with DB-T2. I had come to trust Fuller Life Water Company and the water delivery service. I did have one misdelivery to another household and a couple late deliveries but the delivery service was generally reliable and a blessing for me.Unfortunately, when my water delivery did not get delivered this past Friday, March 24, 2023, it wasn't until I texted and called Francine around 7:30PM that I found out at the last minute that the business was closing and I would not receive my monthly water delivery at all this month. I was totally shocked that the business was closing, as this is such an essential service for many people but most importantly, I found it hard to believe that this business just shut down out the blue without having ANY idea that a pending closure was forthcoming. Additionally, the lack of transparency to thier loyal customers (or maybe just me) and pushing deliveries back a week without making plans to fulfill the last monthly water orders (leaving customers with NO clean drinking water) is just unconscionable and unprofessional.I have serious mobility issues and it is extremely difficult to pick up + transport filtered water bottles to & thru my house which is why I paid for delivery. Most certainly, I would have paid extra for the delivery service because Fuller Life Water is excellent, clean filtered water and worth every dime. I just wished Fuller Life Water could have either delivered my last monthly water delivery this past Friday so I wouldn't be without drinking water or either been transparent with me about thier impending closure so I could have made adjustments to find another water delivery service before all my water ran out. Instead, I wasn't made aware until after I called once my delivery was missed. By then operations were already shut down and was told the business was closing and I wouldn't be receiving my delivery...at all. Not only was I shocked, I was left with only 2 gallon jugs of backup of water in the house to drink + cook with and nothing else. I couldn't set-up another company to begin water delivery because none were open on the weekends to set up a new account. I rationed out water from my 2-gallon backup for drinking only for the next 5 days, however I am starting to have residual health issues from being dehydrated w/DB-T2.I am so saddened that the Fuller Life Water Company is closed as they had some the best water I have had in a long time. However, to leave a customer with health issues, ZERO water to drink is beyond disappointing and I will not soon forget this experience. Lesson learned.
