Susan: My grandson had a great time! We hadn't been able to visit the Bounce House since pre-COVID. The experience did not disappoint. It was nice to see so many children (but not crowded) playing. There were a few out of order games, but, plenty to have fun without them. Lack of parents enforcing rules was a little annoying - bare feet, older kids in the tot bounce, and even an adult playing in the bounce areas (no kidding) - but, only to the adults in our group, not the children. The staff was efficient taking care of us promptly when we arrived and for a water purchase later. Don't forget to smile sometimes, young workers! :)

CMOQ Investments, LLC: I love All Around Bounce. I’ve been using them at least 2 times per year for 9 years, from when they were relatively new. And from 9 years ago to this past weekend, they’ve ALWAYS been reliable, professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Only one time last minute I needed to add tables and chairs and they weren’t able to accommodate (it was a holiday weekend). They referred me to someone else who was just as professional and good. They weren’t scared about referring out the business. And they shouldn’t, because again, the very next year, All Around Bounce was the first company I called and they took care of it. Whether my request is last minute, complicated, or simple/easy, they’ve always been able to deliver high quality equipment and high quality service.

It was the BEST party ever for the BEST money! You cannot beat a backyard party with a double Water slide big enough for "grown up" kids. Conner wants to do it again next year.

I work at a local middle school and they were so patient with changes that needed to be made, school payment, pick up, etc. they responded quickly to emails and were very helpful over the phone as well. We rented the 35 ft obstacle course, snow cone machine and cotton candy machine. They delivered it all and picked it all back up at the end of the day which made this teacher’s life VERY easy!. We will definitely be using their service next year!

Stephanie Stephen: I’m extremely upset, I emailed this company a week ago to book the curbside gaming truck with Bob. I was given a time slot available for the day of my party (today) and was told to send another email back with my full name, address of the party and the date of the party to confirm and book the time slot I was given and I did so. They were supposed to be here from 6pm-8pm and after 3 calls, 1 voicemail and an email they finally called me back at 6:36pm to tell me they don’t know what happened but they never put my event in their system and they’re currently at another party until 8:30pm and can come afterwards. Now i have 10 kids crying that were waiting for this game truck since it’s the main event we had planned for the party. Thank you for ruining my Godsons 8th birthday party!

Richard Munie: Awesome people to work with. We had a company event with a scheduled dunk tank. The original vendor provided a piece of equipment that we as a company determined was unsafe and we decided not to use it. Needless to say the employees were disappointed. Called ABR last minute and they were able to provide a very nice high quality dunk tank in a matter of 3 hours. The event went on as planned. Will give them 100% of our company business in the future.

Jason Ward: Everything was great until they came and picked up the tables and chairs. My wife was told that she would be notified with a text or phone call when they were on the way but nobody notified us. When there was a knock at the door we were immediately greeted with a rude attitude about how the tables and chairs should’ve been taken to the front. I agree it would need to but I didn’t want them to be stolen over night. Then I felt accused of stealing a dolly which was never provided in the first place but the person insisted that they leave one at every job. I assured her no dolly was given or present but was still told that “if it comes up” to give them a call. I really don’t like to be accused of stealing from a vendor for something as silly as a dolly. It’s unprofessional and rude. This encounter will ensure I never use their service in the future. It’s unfortunate that someone was apparently having a bad day and took it out on their customers. Otherwise the 3 stars was for being on time with delivery and having good quality tables and chairs for a good price.
