Tony Crimando: Great bowling alley! Well kept, good food, good customer service. If you're looking for a bowling alley that looks like it is actually maintained this is the spot. They also recently added golf simulators and while they aren't that accurate they're still fun. Great place to visit!

Staff was attentive and helpful.Food is just standard concession-stand stuff - everything is pulled from the freezer and either deep-fried or tossed on the grill. Mediocre at best.Bar is a disappointment. The bartender refused to give me two glasses with a pitcher of beer without producing a second ID. She claimed this was state law (it isn't). Cups are available for water, and in the snack bar you can pick up a dozen cups. Just not at the bar. So, the stated policy is neither required by state law, or effective - it's just in place to frustrate and annoy customers.Definitely would have rated 5 Star Lanes higher without the dishonest, antagonistic treatment from the bartender.

Reem Alton: We had such a horrible experience specially with the bar lady and also the receptionist jim. They were both extremely rude and would not even acknowledge us. Ken that works there was very nice person came and apologize to us.

Justin Hillier: Rude front desk personal, older, dark hair with glasses. While told I was in a wait list, another group was put before us on the lane deliberately. Asked him and he made an excuse, never again, place is trash!

The guys at the counter are super nice, the bar is nice too. Definitely the best bowling alley in metro Detroit.

Tony Nasser: Ordered a pair of shoes off Amazon from this place and paid for it to find out that it got delivered to someone else. Will not be ordering from them anymore since they can’t get the right mailing address in their packages.

Scott Redford: I ordered a pair of shoes and was not happy with the quality of the plastic laces when they arrived. I decided to send them back and look for a pair that did not have plastic laces. I paid the shipping both ways. Beware of their fine print. Customer service was not helpful. The return stated it may be subject to a 20% restock fee. I did not wear the shoes, packed the box back with all materials to avoid a fee, and the company still processed a restock fee, solely for the fact that I was not happy with the shoe. The fine print needs to be re-worded. I paid $40 plus shipping to try on a pair of shoes. Customer service was very crass and brief.

Virginia LeGwen: I and a fellow bowler order the quesidilla. Both of them were dry and little cheese and chicken. Mine was like this for 1/2 of it. I order from the grill every week. When I complained, they said they had used the allotted amount. Next year I will not be ordering from the grill. Today was the last night of our league. Very disappointed!!!!!

Alena: We had a very disappointing experience at this bowling place. My family and I arrived at 4:45 pm and were informed that all lanes would close at 5:30 pm due to some leagues coming in. However, we decided to stay and paid for the lane. Unfortunately, we were given only one light ball to share between two kids, and the computer on our lane was not working. It took some time for someone to come and fix it, and even after the repair, the score was messed up.The equipment is old and got stuck a few times, causing my children to have to use heavier balls (their lighter ball was not coming back). Despite the younger child's hand hurting, he came up to the front desk and was refused another ball. We were also told that the lane would close at 5:30 pm, but it actually closed at 5:20 pm, which meant we had only about 30 minutes to play. The game ended even before every player’s turn was over. Additionally, we usually use bumpers for our kids, but the old screen did not allow that option, we decided not to waste our time further figuring it out with the front desk.Upon leaving, when returning our shoes, I tried to express my dissatisfaction with the experience, but the person was extremely rude and made it seem like it was all our fault. He did not show any sympathy or understanding for our situation, and instead blamed me for not coming to him and explaining the whole situation with the only light ball. He also did not seem to care that we were unable to keep score during the game.Overall, I was very disappointed with this bowling place and the service we received. The equipment was outdated and faulty, the staff was unhelpful and unsympathetic, and our experience was ruined as a result. I would not recommend this place to anyone and suggest finding a better bowling alley.

Mike Shipman: I see attempts to repair the parking lot thank you. However, two points need to be addressed, first is the maintenance of the ally machines and second most leagues have 5 person teams but each lane has a table with 4 seats. I know there is sitting down by the lane but this doesn’t allow the team to sit together. Machine maintenance, reoccurring break downs and belt or glue marks are seen on balls returning. I have found the marks VERY difficult to remove/clean. It is almost like being back to Astro. The marking was brought up to the counter in 2021 and in still being seen. Please get the maintenance up to customer and USBC expectations.
