Petunia Gray: Easy to get a hold of quick to respond. Did a great job on putting in the patio door sill that we couldn't find any one else willing to do. Will definitely call him back for future brick work. Highly recommend.

Scott Wojewnik: This company does excellent work. We had some surprise leaking windows in our soon to be finished basement. Richie came over next day and gave me a great explanation of what he believed the problem to be and how he would solve the issue. He gave me a fair quote and tailored the day to complete the job around my schedule. Work was completed I waited the amount of days he explained for mortar to dry and set and after a thorough test, no more leaks. He even did some minor patches around my house he saw while doing the job. He's honest and does great work. I'd hire again and most likely will.

Tammy Allen: The overall experience was just pleasant (except for spending the money 🤣🤣). First of all, Gino (owner) came out to give us an appraisal of the cost to repair our chimney and back porch. He was humorous and kind and what he quoted was reasonable. What we appreciated was that he gave us time to get the funds for these repair and he did not change his original quote price. The workers were polite and friendly (I don't think I have enough space to write all the nice/complimentary things I have to say about them). They did not mind me asking questions and they showed us pictures of the part of the chimney that you can not see from the street. They even managed to chase out a raccoon that was living in our chimney (WAY above their job description and very much appreciated❣). I wish I'd taken before pictures so that you all can understand the quality of the work they've done. After living here/owning this home for over 35+ year, the chimney was on it's last leg and the back porch bricks had eroded that the porch was in danger of collapsing. The bonus was, they got both projects done in one day (there were a lot of workers here) plus they cleaned up afterwards, removed the debris and returned my potted plants back to their original places ☺.Pros: Excellent work, generous warranty, friendly owner, workers and customer service rep.Cons: None so far.Would I recommend: HIGHLY!

The owner is who gives the quote. He is an overpriced, unprofessional, snake oil salesman.My project was a relatively simple project. My pre-existing concrete patio had to be resurfaced, dyed, and sealed. They skipped a step written into my quote. Instead, of giving me money back he charged me for a second coat which should have been part of my original quote. He acted like he was doing me a favor.I totally agree and believe all the negative reviews based on my experience. I highly doubt any of the 5 star reviews are legit. If I had to guess he paid for those to try a make himself look better. Avoid this company unless you like overpaying and be swindled by a snake oil salesman.

He had his crew over the very next day and had the work finished by late afternoon. I needed photos and videos taken of the project and he had them all sent to me the same day. justin wright: I spent 4k having my chimneys fixed up. They forgot to replace one cracked brick which wasn't a problem. They came back out & fixed it. Now the mortar around the new brick looked like it was holding water. So I gave it some time but it didn't get better. When I called back up the guy I talked to said he was the owner. I told him my issue & he got a little attitude because he was the professional. you don't need to be a professional to tell something was wrong. He said he would have it fixed & he did. So this is the kind of work you can expect if you spend $4000 with these professionals after having to call back twice so they can make things right.

Andrew H: Gasper and the crew that came to do the job were extremely professional. There was 4 guys that took roughly 8 hours to complete the entire job. All in which were very experienced in what they did. I'm very pleased with the finished work. They rebuilt that retaining wall in the picture and added a limestone cap. As well as recess an outlet and remove and piece in a milkshoot and vent. Also Gasper was THE only contractor out of the 5 local brick repair contractors who was extremely prompt and responsive. Highly recommended.

Rachel Paul: I just requested a quote on some masonry repairs and was told that they are charging a minimum fee of $1,200 for all work. They will not do jobs under $1,200. Their website has not been updated to reflect this. Just an FYI for anyone who is looking to get a smaller job done. John: My chimney crown was deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I called a few companies and either they had high minimums or could not give an estimate for 4 weeks. I contacted Easy Home Improvement and Gasper was out in two days to give me an estimate. He was professional and did not try to up sell me for anything. Gave me a written estimate electronically which I signed that day. The team came out and did the job. They were professional and took great care to not damage my property (e.g., tarps, hose off roof, not clean mortar bucket in lawn, etc) and cleaned up after. I was given pictures of the finished job as I have a two story house. Not sure how long the crown will last but I would reccomend this company to my friends.
