The BOY who answered told someone in the background that I wanted to speak with a manager. The female voice in the background told him to handle my call. No accountability taken by the store. Jeffrey H.: Service horrible. Cashier argued with me over the fact that I paid for a drink to get free fries in the app. Apparently, the drink didn’t “show up” on their screen. Offered me a small, instead of the large that was ordered. Whether a problem with the app, the computer readout, or improper training; I will be boycotting this location in the future. More training on customer service should be done for staff, or I’m sure this location will lose more business, in the future. Good luck and good riddance.Edit: also, only one patty on my bacon king, which is supposed to be a double burger. Would give zero star review, if possible

James Sliwinski: Now I can see why BK is closing down. Very dissapointed with the service I did not recieve. That location must have by far the laziest manager known to Fast Food. How can you not service a simple request like " No Bun" on my Dbl Cheeseburger. I even pointed out numerous containers that could be used the manager follwed up thats its against policy to serve a burger without bun. I guess people with allergies will not get service.

Brian Scaffetti: My wife and I were coming home from a concert and decided to get a take out. And yes it was 10:20 at night but they were still open, which is great the way the times are. We both wanted a Whopper with cheese and be the employee told us they were out of whopper meat . What the heck. I guess I did something dumb in the morning and wanted breakfast since I did not have something to eat that night. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwiches and I received 2 bacon sandwiches . I can't win and of course I did not receive a order or register receipt. I'm done 👍

Monica Sanders: My kids and I stopped in to eat here after school today. The staff was friendly. The food was decent. The inside dining room need to be cleaned better. The floor was sticky and the drink machine was dirty. I figured they were short staffed. On my way out I stopped in the restroom. Big mistake the restroom was nasty! If a restaurant can’t keep its restrooms clean I question the cleanliness of the staff preparing the food. Based on how dirty the inside I was we won’t be back.

Jessica Rose: The guy who worked the night shift drive -thru at around 9 PM on Sunday, May 7th, 2023 is the sole reason this location received a 1-star rating from me. I went there Saturday afternoon, and the young black guy was extremely nice and pleasant. That’s the whole reason I went back earlier tonight.The guy in the drive-thru tonight was so rude for no reason! The ordering screen wasn’t even lit and after sitting there for about a minute with no one saying anything on the speaker, I pulled around to the window (naturally). The guy immediately goes in saying I have to pull back around to the speaker and tell them I’m picking up an order I placed online. He said I couldn’t just “cut” in front of people. Excuse me?? I already paid for it online! I wasn’t “cutting.” I stopped at the speaker and no one said anything. He literally goes, “well, that’s too bad. I’m not going to give you the order unless you pull back around and say you’re here to pick up an online order on the speaker.”If you think I’m about to indignify myself by obliging your callous and unreasonable request, THINK AGAIN. I then asked to speak to a manager who took about 3-4 minutes to even acknowledge me. Then when he yelled to them to start preparing the order, the rude guy goes to the back, too, out of view. Ummm… no. I’m not going to eat that food. He could have gone back there to tamper with it or anything. I just pulled off and e-mailed support.It seems like he is intentionally trying to get fired or get the restaurant shut down. I am 35 years old and he was literally thee rudest service person I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

I was there with my friend order a burger from the unshowered toothless Bill Murray at the front counter while being serenaded by the gentlemen on grill screaming who I think had one too many muscle relaxers. Opened up my burger to find a little fuzz friend on my tomato as well as my friend's burger. Sadly, I did not think my boy "Bill" would give me the greatest service at the front so tossed out food and ran. Soda was also flat.

Justin Strong: PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!Friday Feb 3rd around 10pm. Had the pleasure of being helped by an amazing drive thru employee. He was the only one working. He had to direct cars around the side to keep the lane clear and run food out to people individually (3 degrees outside). Even when understaffed and over worked he was unbelievably kind even asking how my day was. To top it off, it was the Best Burger King burger and fries I've ever had. There was a taste of each topping in every bite, even just the right amount of ketchup for the fries. I hope someone there sees this. You dont get service like this anywhere anymore. Give this man a raise!!!!

Misha Benoit: I love the Impossible Whopper. Some BK’s make it mushy to where it falls apart when you’re eating it. This one makes them perfect! Big slices of onion and the perfect mixture of sauce. This one was super last week busy but the workers were courteous and quick.

Chicken wasn't cooked right and fries were barely warm. The ranch that was a weird color too. I can see why BK is going in the toilets lately.

Alicia Fisher: I'm not sure why I continue to come here thinking that I'll give them another shot a couple months after my last visit. It's really time to just shut this restaurant down because yet again here I am in the line for 15 minutes after I've ordered my food! And I still haven't even paid yet. Brenda Ahearn: Walked up to this Burger as we always do for breakfast. But today it was pouring rain, we couldn’t get in the side door at 6:50 but front door was open. Passed by a female worker who was delivering food to a drive through customer. She said nothing to us until she came back in and we were standing at the counter. She said they were not doing orders at the counter in the lobby. We have always at in the lobby and ordered here shortly after 6:00 am. No explanation was given she just rudely walked away. This was on 3/31/2023. Maybe a note on the door as the time on the door said opened at 6:00 am
