Priyank Baxi: The take out service was very slow and the pizza was cold and the chicken was not cooked properly and served to me. The spicy chipotle chicken pizza had nothing on it and they gave everything on the side which wasn’t enough. When I complained while picking up the food they didn’t do anything about it and told me this is how it is. The take out service was absolutely terrible. My wife and I weren’t happy with the food at all. They messed up our order 2-3 times and nothing was done to resolve it.

Bits 97: We sat at the bar . Well the poor bar tender was not only getting drinks for the whole restaurant plus waiting bar, he also had 5 booths to wait??? Poor guy. I have to hand to him , he busted his arse and did it with a smile all the while the manger n district Manger sat there hitting on patrons? Shaawntae Jernigan: Came in earlier to notify the manager of a take out order I placed Sunday sometime before closing and informed him the pizza I received was burned and even showed him pictures. Versus him apologizing and saying I'm sorry about that he had the nerve to tell me when something like that happens try to notify us right away. We'll that's hard to do when the restaurant is closed by the time I make it home. Then he walked away from me after me telling him that, never stated If he was giving me a credit, gift card, or making me a new pizza, so after waiting for him to return to see what the next steps were I had to ask one of the workers to grab him and then that's when he said he was making me a pizza. The way he handled this situation was very very poor and disappointing. I order carry out here frequently and never had this issue. When a customer brings a problem to you, you apologize and make the situation right and don't walk away from the customer without letting them know what you are going to do. Then when my boyfriend called the restaurant to speak to him the lady that answered the phone had the nerve to say "I don't know what could have possibly went wrong" you don't ever say that to a customer. Just terrible all around. José customer service and management skills are terrible.

Sharon Ahearn: I can not thank manager's Tom and Dave enough for all their help in placing an order for QUICHE. Yes, quiche from UNO Pizzeria and it was absolutely delicious! They admitted it was not something they normally make. I informed them I saw it advertised on their website, and they more than happy to try it. They knocked it out of the park, it was so good. The thick crust that UNO's is known for, made for one of the best quiche's I've had. The three different variations were a huge hit for Mother's Day brunch!!! Thank you UNO staff!

The cake was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was good. The waitress was nice and took something off the bill. I'll give them another try, but I probably will not order the deep.
