F P.: I wish I could rate negative stars!I decided to give this business a try after reading all the positive reviews online. I wanted to have a CLA (clean, lube, adjust) done on my Ricoh 500ME as well as having the light seals replaced and a broken dial fixed. I was told to send the camera along with a check for $50 deposit.A few weeks later the camera was returned to me. The light seals were replaced and the dial was fixed. (He charged the $50 deposit). There was no evidence that the CLA had been performed or even any mention of an estimate to have the requested service done. There was also oil present on the shutter and aperture blades which was sticking and causing the camera not to work correctly. This should have been addressed with the CLA I requested.I sent the camera back, and after a month contacted the shop to check on the status. I received a response that the camera had been cleaned and checked out okay. I was told to send a check for $40 and the camera would be returned.The camera was returned a few days later. It was cleaned but still not working correctly! The camera worked in manual mode, but not auto mode. I called the shop, got a recording, left a message. Several days later I have not received a call back, and the phone goes to voicemail when I call.I did some investigation of the camera and discovered that the reason it didn't work in auto mode was because it wasn't reassembled correctly! I was able to remedy the problem myself and get the camera working properly again.So, I've spent $90 to have the light seals replaced and a dial repaired. I have no idea if the shutter speeds, meter, and rangefinder are accurate because the CLA I requested wasn't done! By comparison, another camera I own, a Minox 35GT which is in a comparable class to my Ricoh was CLA'd for $88 by DAG camera, a shop that specializes in Minox.I am not pleased with my experience at this shop and feel that I did not get what I paid for! I will not be returning! Thank God I didn't trust him with my high end Nikon gear!

I took my phone to the Van Dyke location and spoke with Donny and he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. AB Sandhu: I came in to get my Google Pixel 6 Pro's screen replaced. When I called earlier, the person answering the phone was quick and attentive. I stopped by after work and I was stunned by the due diligence, friendliness, and effort put in by Jake, the gentleman working there. The price wasn't too bad, the price for the screen usually runs about $200 without adhesive type or tools to repair the phone, so $300 is not bad for service plus 1-year warranty included.Again, I was so surprised by how quick they were. They had all replacement parts on hand. I came in after work and they were able to have it done by 7pm. Definitely go here if you have smartphone repairs.Edit: I dropped my phone again, and I'm glad I returned to the store! I felt very well taken care of!

Leontra Murphy: Highly disappointed at the morals of this organization. I purchased a new screen from this company just 2 months ago. The store manager told me there was a year warranty on the screen and that was all. The screen started to malfunction and I took it back in for repair with the warranty I was told I had. When arriving to the store the rep informed me the phone could not be repaired because there was physical damage to the phone. I informed the rep I was not made aware there were terms to the condition the phone had to be in to be covered under warranty. I then asked to speak with a manager who sent a piece of paper with corporate number and said ‘he was busy’. At the point I could not have the phone repaired that would have been fine but it was about the disrespect of the manager not coming to speak with a paying customer who asked for him. Business decency is none existent now days. I have never had such rude behavior occur. I will not be back to this establishment.
