Northpointe Shores RV Resort: what do users think?
Walter Lee: Peaceful
Vickie V's Mobile detailing: Done work on site, very nice an laid back
Dennis Thibault: Beautiful park on Lake St. Clair! Super clean with plenty of room to back into your site! Will definitely be back!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
DJ Knapp: This is a small, clean, friendly rv park directly on the water. Our camp hosts were great, greeted us on checkin with a folder and a smile! Our paved site was neat, and all the utilities were great. The road in front of this location is VERY busy, so walking out of our camp is difficult. The grounds are immaculate and there is both a wood burning and a gas firepit sitting area. No pool or sports courts, so I would keep the kids home. I did not give 5 stars only because there was no cable tv yet, and the wifi was spotty. But we’ll be back!
Frank Shuff: Great site for RV pads and awesome facilities for use. Very nice peopleRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Stephanie Spaeder: Great place! Beautiful views of the water. We have stayed here 2 times and love it. Will definitely be going back.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Yvonne Gamble: This RV resort has a breathtaking view of Anchor Bay. The hospitality was remarkable and the site/bath house are super clean. Check in and check out are simple and quick. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is the place to go.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More
Christina Davidson: The best park we’ve stayed at. Cement spots with a cement patio- trees and grass at every spot though. The spots are close together but all are full hookup. We stayed a month and were charged electric- which was around $50 without us conserving. Being right on the lake, the service was spotty for 5g. I bought the new nighthawk to pull 5g for work. The campground has wifi but was spotty when the park was full. The lakefront is beautiful. Two community fireplaces but my husband and I were frequently by ourselves- we stayed for the month of October. The color changes were beautiful. Very clean park. I reviewed lots of reviews regarding the rules but we never had a problem and appreciated the rules because the park was so nice and quiet. We stayed in site 3 and put up our doggy fence on the patio. From site 3, you can hear the road at night but it never disturbed our slumber. Highly recommended.
Barbara: Northpointe deserves 10 stars. Wonderful, quiet, clean RV Resort. The lake views are breathtaking. Always so hard to leave. My favorite home away from home.
Jose Antonio Ponce: Fantastic RV Campground in a great location.
Judy James: Stayed there was nice
David Haggard: It was a beautiful RV resort with super nice and clean facilities. The spaces were level and the location on the lake was amazing. I assume they are not interested in having families with children as there are no spaces for kids.
Greg InMI: Great location and facility with everything in great condition. Only issues were road noise and low-ish water pressure. Park is right on a busy road with minimal sound buffering. Getting site near the water is recommended to help with road noise. Low water pressure was not a deal breaker, but a bummer since the park is connected to municipal water connection.
Colleen Sulfridge: This campground has such wonderful atmosphere very well maintained . The staff are friendly and helpful and kind 😎.The lakefront view with two fire pits one gas one wood are very nice. The sites are big enough for everything we need.Great access to the lake with the connecting marina.
Gone2fish: Nice upscale rv park. Everything kept in beautiful clean condition. Very nice Restroom/ showers and laundry facility
Keith Craig: Northpointe Shores RV Resort is a hidden GEM!A small resort with only 35 spots, but the resort is PRISTINE!Restrooms, Showers and Laundry are clean and neat.Owners are the nicest people...they are actively involved in the operation.Staff is friendly and helpful.A spectacular view of Anchor Bay...Sunrises & sunsets to die for!
George VerDuin: Excellent pads, small amenities, road noise,
Bill Cooper: We stayed 12 days at Northpoint Shores RV Park. This is an excellent RV park. Beautifully manicured with paved roads and concrete sites. They have a great location right on the lake. We sat out by the water in the evenings. This is not a KOA with a pool and tons of kids. It’s a quiet, mostly adult, RV park that is very clean. We planned to stay 7 nights but decided to extend our stay. We are fulltime RVers and I would rank this park in our top 10 of over 200+ parks. There is also a very cute downtown area right down the road.
Mark Bones: Great resort very clean everything was awesome

Rudgate Manor: what do users think?
Mike J: Very nice park to live in! Pretty clean and nice services.
nichole elder: Dirty
shayne westerlund: My buddy Bobby lives there it's nice I guess
Joe Stocking: Lived here for a year and had no problems.Everything was close by except my workNeeded to move closer. Thank you Sun Rudgate!
Chris Lichowicz: Nice clean and quiet trailer park. My brother has lived there for over 30 years. He's comfortable with the place.
Chris Ponke: My girlfriend/finance mom lives here. It's a nice place.
Jack Mehoff: Horrible Management, Becky is absolutely horrible and so rude, do not move to this park if you want peace of mind because you will not. Not to mention the constant loss of of water and the crime my car has been broken into twice my shed lock has been cut off and contents stolen in the night. Just a warning from a current resident do not move here there are so many nicer places to live.
Cynthia “Gidget of the Ghetto” Novoselsky: Lied about pool never going back
Iisa Reeves: I lived here for 16 + yrs. This place is horrible. They towed a legal plated and insured car and the manager is rude. They took away our picnic and are a horrible company. Don't move here unless you want Rats and water under your trailer. Worst experience ever!
Kristen Lis: Rudgate Manor is overrun with Rats. Any honest exterminator will tell you don't waste your money trying to rid your property, which is owned by the park I might add, because until the park decides to address the issue, which they will not, the rats will continue to come back. The park is poorly managed and looks like a ghetto.
Susan Koller-White: Live here and love it. Quiet and clean
John Alianell: It was clean, weren't really bothered I would have gave it 5 stars but my daughter had to track down the keys to get in, luckily Becky I think her name was came in and unlocked it for us
Donna Fidel: Nice
Amanda Sue: We have been here 5 years too long. This place was a good first home for us, but it really went downhill. The office never answers their phones, constantly loses rent checks, and run through management companies like crazy. Even the regional Vice President of the company quit! We have been wrongly charged for rent on multiple occasions, and they even tried evicting us for it! They flat out admit that they don’t want any older trailers in the park, so they won’t help you sell it if you decide to do so. Even though you pay for the lot, you can do nothing with the yard. We had a tree branch fall on our lawn a while back, and they wouldn’t do anything about it even when my lease stated otherwise. They also won’t warn you about the tru green company to opt out, so if you plan to have any garden, good luck. The utilities here are a joke. We stopped living in our place for a whole month before we sold it, and somehow our water and sewer bill went from $50 to $70. If you own a pet, don’t move here! The whole park is also covered in fleas. I’ve gotten bitten myself just sitting in my yard. All in all, I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t move here if you don’t want random people cutting through your yard and stealing or damaging your property. Sunhome communities are dirty slumlords at its finest.
Tanya Joseph: I was just visiting. Nice place.
Stanley Dorsey: The management at Rudgate manor does not do anything about any complaints regarding rodents, dogs constantly barking, people not mowing their grass until it’s 4 ft high, or anything related to constant speeding (40-45mph) or constant loud noise during the night. DO NOT move in here if you have children, enjoy peace and quiet, or don’t want to pay unreasonably high prices for terrible service.
donna carr: I have family that live in rudgate it use to be really nice now they have new owners and its going down hill they have run down trailers in there, people do not watch thier kids at all ( kids as young as 2 and up to 6 roam the streets running in front of cars or sitting in the middle of the street and there no parents watching them) people that live in there do not follow the speed limit (15) who can afford $1200 to $1800 a month rent plus lot rent
Jason Perry: If you can afford to live here, you can afford a house.
Jilly Jones: I am looking to move and seeing these views about the terrible maintenance and people that are suppose to take care of the place, made me change my mind. I knew something was calling me to read the reviews and usually I don't. I was just about to buy a trailer in this park. Definitely changed my mind.
Joann Billhymer: Wow reading some of these reviews helps Me make our decision to Not Move there, SAD SAD SADDDD!!!
Michelle Graessle Connor: Saw my friend's nephew and his kids. Had a blast.

TIFFANY MCCABE (Detroit Duchess): Five Stars all the way!!! there’s so many wonderful things I can say about Sterling Heights nature Center. My son is the one who actually told me about this wonderful little secret, Tucktaway in Sterling Heights. We took a walk down the nature trails and seen amazing wildlife not to mention the beautiful Clinton River. Inside the nature center there is a plethora of different animals and even a giant fish tank with a variety of local fish we have in our lakes not to mention the little scavenger hunt they have and the amazing options they have to celebrate your birthday here be sure not to miss us. If you’re ever in the area this little secret gem is something that you do not want to miss out on.
Cliff CliffCliff: Excellent little place! The live exhibits and taxidermy displays are fun and informative. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to bring kids or for anyone interested in seeing local wildlife up close
Tom Drobny: The personnel are always helpful and make sure that they answer your question. Very kind and courteous.
Slimmen Shane: Great for kids great place to visit
Beth Nicholls: The hours listed on Google for the winter are incorrect, and the staff member we saw today was rude.
C: Nice little place.
Joe Soehren: Great place for a walk and just enjoy the weather.
Michael Lumsden: Cool native species aquarium
Fred Maro: This entrance to Dodge park features a lot of well-paved and nice trails that go as far as the Clinton River end of the park. It also has two playgrounds for children with swings and slides. Beautiful scenery and the city actually takes care of this park a lot. Pest control is done annually.
Lou Cannella: A pleasant and friendly place to review the plants, fish, and animals of Michigan.
Liliana Mejia Cruz: Simply great place to take the kids. The staff is super friendly and at all times they help and explain to the children... a wonderful experience!! Thanks to all the staff
Maria Rollinger: Visited today and was very impressed with all the wildlife present. Staff was very friendly and helpful with answering questions. This place is great for people of all ages. Enjoyed the eco-friendly theme throughout the center.
Jeremiah Miller: Cute small park for a stroll
cB Cb: I took my dog here today. This one is better than the Madison Heights Nature Center. This one takes you all the way to the park in Utica. I will Definitely come back
MaryAnn Selomi: Great experience! The staff was knowledgeable and were really good with the kids.
Janet Arnold: Kept 4 kids, ages 2 and 5, occupied for an hour.
Keith McClane: We had a birthday party here today. I wasn't sure what to expect but it turned out amazing. Everyone loved looking out the window at all of the different types of birds at the feeder and in the trees. There was even a deer that was hanging out in the woods right behind the center. The kids all had a blast with the scavenger hunt and trying to find all of the creatures in the center. The staff did an AMAZING job with kids during the presentation. We learned about turtles, toads and snakes! All of the kids were so engaged! The parents even learned some interesting wildlife facts! I can't say enough good things about our experience. Thank you to the staff for making our time there so enjoyable.

Sterling Estates: what do users think?
James Rogers: Seems like a quiet neighborhood. Lots of kids.
Nicholas Young: This place is horrible place to live. They write you notices when everyone parks on the empty loot next door people park on there grass and I’m getting kicked out because of that 1st problem was my dog when people have the same dog and dogs that are not aloud in the park. THIS PARK IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! BTW YOU KNOW WHO I AM
Jose Flores: My Daughter Rent this place For a small family reunion.a 50+/- old lady who was in charge that Saturday. She was rude to everyone. Bad attitude. If she doesn't like to work on a Saturday. She should stay home
Jordan Aluzri: Do not live here
Ree Johnson: Great place to live, nice community.
Mike Adair: Management needs to be replaced, Current one is one sided to many people Don't let your grass get over 2" high or you will be giving a written notice, They should clean up the trashy trailer yards, instead of worrying about 2" high lawn
jen burns: Nice park.
Christopher Morgan: Moved here 6 years ago with wife and 2 children and at first we were happy, but now this place is filled with inconsiderate people...ALL DAY LONG bass is blasting from all directions..years ago you call the office and someone would come handle now the office ignores calls..got a job? Have fun going to work on no sleep..call the police for help, but they don't like anyone is this place. Not a place to raise a family place is full of drunks
Rob Allen: Clean and well maintained
Joe R: Management is working to give it a face lift by getting rid of the old & busted homes out of there.
Kevin Stewart: Rent keeps going up, maintenance costs, but it looks nice
Matthew Marovich: Been here 10yrs. Could be less expensive. These people make a ridiculous amount of money!!! But!!! Where else u gonna live for $650? Not even in the city!!!! Beautiful pool! Many many good people here!!!
Teddy Walker: This place is absolutely the worst place to live. The rent is not worth it .
Diane K: Parking is horrible even with an assigned spot, neighbors try to take over your parking spots. Homes are old and yards need clean up badly. Looks junky. Tons of stray animals too. People are paying for garbage and they're not picking it up. Ridiculous!!!!
Erin Boone: Rude people
Keith Wilhelm: Total Dump.
Sebastian Watkins: It’s a mobile home park but it’s clean
Tara Lucci: Ladies in the office are wonderful. The park manager can be a stickler, pretty stubborn, and always right. I feel personally the amount of lot rent is outrageously ridiculous.
bambi mossman: it sucks
Kandi Skiba: OK living space.Price keeps going up.Burt(MG grounds) is a non friendly person. Do not call office for his help. You are on your own once bought. Many stray animals. Main staff are understanding, helpful and very polite!
