Taylor Kepler: Staff is amazing, Dr Kohler is incredible. Autumn Greene (PA) is incredibly rude, uninformed and poor with patient care. I was consistently spoken over and interrupted which led to an absolute waste of an appointment. It takes more than a degree to make a positive impact. It’s clear that her years of PA are limited and there are major skills lacking.
Jerry Oermann: Dr. Howard has been treating me for mantel cell lymphoma/leukemia for several years. I cannot begin to you what a blessing he and his staff have been for me and my family. I do not believe that anyone could have done more.
Robert Horvath: Dr Muskovitz has both excellent medical skills and a extremely bedside manner. I have treated with him for 1.5 years and my Multiple myeloma is in remssion. Thank you Dr M.
Dre Velasquez: Dr. Muskovitz has been amazing he has helped me and i am now undetectable.
Prakash Patel: Great office. Staff is friendly and bend over backwards to help you. Doctor Akhtar and Dr Howard are wonderful with good bedside manners. Knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommended.

Bam S: Nurses are outstanding with their care. But the scheduling staff are lacking training in empathy and kindness. It's a shame that some people are allowed to work in the medical field, in particular this infusion center having zero customer service and empathy towards the patients that are trying to call and schedule their torture infusions. First try, the lady had zero idea what medication I was coming in to receive, which made me very uncomfortable to even schedule it. To which she started to repeat herself slowly as of that would help me understand her lack of knowledge in the technology field. Today I get another lady that was the rudest ever, repeatedly and loudly responding as if that would get her point across better. Beaumont, please retrain these ladies or relocate to another unit. This is an infusion center, look at the purpose of this place and we're coming in for. It's hard enough as is, we don't need rudeness or attitude.
Marion Duncan: The nurses are phenomenal. Always kind. I love them all. My issue is with the receptionist who checks you in check in. She's very unpleasant. It's hard for anyone who has to come and get treatment. The first person you see is her. She doesn't greet you with kindness. That sometimes sets the tone for how you are going to feel once you get to the back. No one should walk in the center and not feel welcome or not met with compassion. My request would be fir a supervisor to address her about her demeanor. It's not a good look at all. People are fighting for their lives and that should not be something that they should have to deal with when checking in. The schedulers are kind and why she not be heald to that standard.

Elaine Oakes: I was diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2020. Henry Ford BreastCancer Center went above and beyond in helping me get scheduled and treated. With everything that needed to be done, my surgery was scheduled and completed on January 4 2021. You get assigned a nurse navigator that pretty much takes care of everything. I was lucky to get Dawn and I can’t thank her enough. I also want to thank the radiologist who found this tiny cancerous tumor. Everyone pretty much told me that it was not an easy find. Well I thank God he looked at mine that day. I want to thank everyone at HFH Dearborn, HFH Detroit and HFH Macomb for making me feel comfortable and at ease. My doctors, nurses and receptionist were all very kind and helpful and I am looking forward to being part of their survivors list.
