DatDamDanté OFFICIAL: Coming from Atlanta, after a 11 hour drive, this was literally the only hotel that had a room available at 3am. Upon reading the reviews I was very very sketchy. However I got a suite (charged too much for my taste) however no roaches when I turned the lights on, no bed bugs. Bathroom needed to be detailed but outside of that I slept well.

Ashley Wilkes: First of all customer service was horrible. You definitely can smell a really bad oder when you first open the door. They say free breakfast in the morning not true. Bathroom door doesn't close right on less you push hard on it. Wifi is really bad. You better off using your hotshot. In the end, the hotel did not want to return the money to me, it was $1,500 dollars that I paid because he was going to stay several days. Not at all that I recommend it.

Tiffany Ann: I was charged for a “no partying” policy by this establishment because I had a few balloons and a happy birthday banner. Mind you this was for a 3 YEAR OLD. Also there were only three adults in attendance. I also let the woman at front desk know upon check in. She said that was fine. I spoke to the GM and she was absolutely rude and had a very condescending tone the entire time. Would literally cut me off while I was speaking. I would also like to add that the staff at the front desk throughout my stay was horrible too. This entire place is a joke. They are acting as if this was an actual birthday party. It was a small thing to celebrate my miracle child and I’m being charged. People like this are cruel and disgusting. As a Hilton member I am dissatisfied.

It took us forever to check in The front desk did not know how to explain the shared room the owner supposedly locked no more shared room one thing the rooms were very very dirty no. Shampoos for couple people at all tissues were empty. No one cleared the room the next day even though we tell them we have our own rules that's the answer they give us. I think this is enough.Rooms: Rooms were not clean, Their customer service is very bad not enough towels in the room even though they know we were 2 people in each room we had couple rooms. Tim Christian: The hotel was unable to understand that the booking service had already paid for the stay. Had to pay twice then get refunded once they were able to figure it out. A minor inconvenience but the employee was very rude and short with me about it. This also seemed like an unsafe place with all sorts of warning signs about them not being responsible if your car gets trashed vandalized or stolen. The breakfast was good.

The AC and the bathroom vent weren't working. They did not switch the room until next day. The hotel was fairly clean and not all staff were friendly. Definitely not booking there again.

Kim Mittelsted: Bathroom filthy! Very dirty through out the room. Furniture all beat up. Likely 20+ years old. I’ve never experienced this filthy of a place at a Hilton. Not Hilton quality, by far!! Kids running and yelling in the halls until late at night and people above us allowing their kids to jump off the beds for hours. Reported to the front desk, but nothing was done. Checked out next day and told I may still have to pay for my additional 2 days due to checking out early. Will discuss that with Hilton! Don’t stay here. Just don’t!
marvin guiger: Well to start off our room was okay at first, then we noticed the carpet and tile floor had not been cleaned there are crumbs and papers and misc stuff on the floor. Probably going to be here for the next people. Could have been cleaner by far. The tub looked like it had blood in it. We had to ask for new sheets due to the fact the pull out bed sheets had pee stains/ dots of blood and hair on them. They tried to charge us $10 per person for wristbands after after 4 people to use the pool. We had 4 kids and 2 parents. Which is nuts. We will never come back here.

Mr. Badri: If You anyone is traveling to Sterling Heights MI, there are many hotels, do not stay here. The customer service is horrible. The manager Amber has no people skills and knowledge on how to deal with customer service. My son who has cerebral palsy, went swimming and puked in the pool. No one told me anything about a charge. My deposit was refunded and I left the hotel. Later that day I see a charge on my visa. When I called, the staff were shocked and couldn't believe that the manager had charged me for the incident. When I spoke to Amber she told me she "spend thousands of dollars to drain the water and hundreds of dollars to clean the pool ". Than when mentioning my son has a disability, she got frustrated and before hanging up the phone, She said my boy shouldn't have been in there if "he was sick or not feeling well". She used my son's disability as a sickness. To me this is unacceptable and I need an apology.I recorded the phone conversation and will attach it with a link to YouTube on here in a few days unless they refund my money.Don't stay here, they are not welcoming and inclusive. Charging because a kid puked in the pool.
Marien Prakash: This was a below average stay. The staff was not friendly and the lobby seemed very filthy. The swimming pool was in use and everyone dragged their water into the elevators - no rules were enforced. The breakfast was decent - I certainly have had better experiences.Part of it was just the unfriendly staff - a little customer service would go a long way!
